This was the nicest experience. I took in a stray a couple weeks ago. They were able to see Whiskers on short notice and get him neutered, rid of his ear mites, and medicine for our upcoming trip. She answered all my concerns with taking in a stray. Its a cozy place, with exceptional quality, affordable, and obvious Dr. Karen really cares about animals. Whiskers is very happy!

A friend of mine and I had to pick up our puppies at 5 weeks old due to unforeseen circumstances. I called Kritterz to get our pups in for examining. She was able to get us in the following day. It was obvious she had nothing but the best interest in the puppies health and care and was thorough with the examination as well as directions for future health care as well. I highly recommend Kritterz.

Recently, I took my 14-year-old Siamese cat for a skin issue to Kritterz Total Pet. He had such a good time exploring the office and interacting with the vet, I was not sure he would want to come home with me! It is extremely gratifying to be the one and only client in the office and have all the attention bestowed on your pet. I am always confident that I have received excellent medical care for my pets and could not imagine going anywhere else!

Finally got a response. But have never use their service. Maybe so it just popped up, to revisit and I remember someone getting back to me at one point or another. I raised it from one to three Stars not trying to offend anyone.

Made time to see my elderly cat on her usual day off due to a QOL issue. She was able to easily draw blood for diagnostics even though at a previous vet visit somewhere else i was told it was impossible that day (understandable, she can be unruly, but the vet kept her so calm here.) She was very kind to my old kitty, very sweet for allowing me to come in on the chance it was time to let her go. We opted for treatment and following bloodwork to see of shes responding. Thank you so much.

Dr. Babbitt is amazing. She has seen all 6 of my dogs for routine shots, neutering and emergency care. This is not the typical cold, sterile vet office. She runs a small country vet office with a ton of compassion and care. Dont judge based on lack of fancy equipment and decor. She has access to everything any other vet office would have if needed and she doesnt demand a bunch of unnecessary tests to run up the bill. My pug, Jack (11 yrs old), has a collapsing trachea and has needed round the clock care. There is only so much that can be done for his condition, yet she has made herself available to me for my panics, million questions and same day/after hour visits day after day. I appreciate her more than I can say. You couldnt get that service at many vet offices. I highly recommend Dr. Karen Babbitt at Kritterz Total Pet.

We took our cat to Kritterz and loved it. She listened to all of our concerns and gave us a quality explanation of what she suspected the problem was. She seemed to love animals and was genuine and caring. We have been to another vet in town and were rushed out without a single question answered.The clinic is quite small and very quaint. If youre looking for a sterile, cold doctor-like office to take your pet, this is not it. If you want a comfortable, caring experience (our cat was so calm the entire time) then this is what youre looking for. Well definitely continue to visit Kritterz.

I took my cat Jack, recently rescued off the streets, in to get his shots and to be neutered. I had tried to treat him for ear mites previously with which he had a very adverse reaction (terrible stuff they sell at Walmart). He still had them, and the vet checked a sample and treated him for them again (no reaction). I had him micro chipped as well. I dropped him off at 10 and picked him up at 4. The Doc did text me when Jack was out of surgery to tell me he was doing alright, she trimmed his nails as a complimentary service (but still asked, which I appreciated). When I went to pick him up she explained very well everything that was done and answered all of my questions politely and respectfully. She even let me borrow one of her carriers since I didnt have one and Jack wasnt exactly happy with the days events. Very kind and considerate of her. Jack was fine as soon as we were home, a little loopy, but not mad anymore. He ate, didnt get sick, and entertained himself with his water dish for awhile haha. I had a good experience at Kritterz, pricing was fair, she got me in within the week, and my baby boy is doing well so far. Thank you again, Dr. Karen Babbit-Stamp at Kritterz!

She came to my home when my lab passed away while we were on vacation. I have called her at all hours and she has never failed me. I absolutely adore her. Her compassion for pets, as well as the owners, is amazing. She has even cried with me. Thank you, Dr. Babbit. We all in the Barrett household love you!!!!

Two days after moving to Williston our dog had an odd bump show up on her leg. We ended up making two vet visits, first at bakken mobile, and next with Kritterz. Tell you right now my experience at Kritterz was far better than at the mobile vet. Read full review for explanation!The vet at kritterz works out of her home. Although it seemed a little unorthodox at first, she was very knowledgeable and kind to me and my dog. First, this vet made time in her busy schedule to see us. Then during our visit she took a sample from the growth and looked at the cells under a microscope—she didn’t jus report her diagnosis, she opened a text book, showed me the kinds of cells she was observing from the tissue and explained that it was very likely cancer(hard to say what kind exactly, but cancer non the less) and naturally she advised surgical removal to nip it in the butt. She even proceeded to prescribe some meds to take until surgery to help decrease the size of growth to facilitate the procedure—a relatively new technique, and it worked! I can tell she is well practiced, takes pride in her work, and respected me as a consumer and was therefore diligent in our visit. Because she was booked 2.5 weeks out, I ended up making an appointment with a near by vet in Montana for the surgery. Hopefully all goes well!For the record—this experience was in stark contrast to my experience at the bakken mobile vet—the first vet we saw. He looked at it, squeezed it, and ruled out mange and ringworm, but didn’t care to actually look at the cells like the Kritterz vet. With this kind of growth on a BOXER(prone to skin cancer), that was a poor practice from the mobile vet. Instead of actually looking at it under a microscope, he sent me home with antibiotics and a topical treatment, racking my bill up over $100, ultimately prolonging time between proper diagnosis and successful treatment. I was disappointed at bakken mobile vet.

I called one day with a kitten that I found with a cut open bottom lip..she not only fixed it for free(I donated) she did some investigating and found the family the kitty belonged too.. she cares about animals and no matter what the clinic looks like ..I take my kitties to her for there shots and when needed .. p.s.. I need to come see you,I thought you left when your trailer was gone.. now you have a new building.. =)

It took an hour to get our food and when I got my lil one meal it was wrong dont think I will be going back

This place is awful! It is not professional at all. They dont even have a computer system and it is not very clean. I will never take my animals there ever again. Go to Western Veterinary INSTEAD!!
