ZERO joy! Let me repeat, ZERO joy! Extremely sad place! Wow. The lovely girls are sad and honestly seem abused. Kinda broke my heart. My toenails looked fine, but man. 💔

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Staff was all wearing masks and a plastic shield for pedicure, then mask with plexiglass combo for manicure. All staff was very nice and concerned about my happiness each step of the way. It was comfortable, friendly and I appreciated the outcome. I didnt take pictures until I got home. I got in right on time. Online appointment system is easy to use as well.

Love going to Glamour Nails not only because the staff does an amazing job but because its easy to schedule an appointment online! Its the only salon in the Burlington area that allows online scheduling!

Made my appointment online a week in advance. Wrote in the appointment notes exactly what is wanted (ombré French gel fill) and my appointment was accepted, no issues. I got there right on time and they made me wait and took me late and then when I showed Lisa the picture she started acting like she’d never seen nails like this before and the man and her told me they had appointments after me and wouldn’t have time for what I wanted and told me to pick something different... excuse me? I ended up just yelling then to cancel my apt and went to luxury nail spa in south Burlington where they have me what I wanted no issue. Will NEVER recommend glamor nails.

I Love Glamour nails. I have been going here for quite a few years. I drive 10 miles to get here and it’s definitely worth it. I’ve been to 4 other nail salons and Glamour nails is the best by far. Just the leg and foot massage alone is worth the trip. The finishing results? Beautiful and Excellent!!! My grandkids love Glamour Nails too!

A nice salon that was able to take me in last minute to remove gel nails. I weirdly like to see where/how the tools are sanitized, and I couldnt tell here, but technicians were fast and gentle.

I’m sort of new to this whole nail color thing- Ive tried a couple other places but always leave having to touch up. NO MORE - Glamor Nails has hooked me with their friendly and meticulous finish!! Nice job ladies:) Oh yes and the hand message is such a nice finish!!💕

My husband wanted to get my nails done and a pedicure for my birthday. I called and made an appointment, when I arrived they took me almost immediately. The employees barely spoke to me the entire time I was there, the girl who did my pedicure didnt speak English and honestly the pedicure seemed more like a foot bath and painting my nails than a full pedicure. My nails looked decent when Done however again no customer interaction and spoke their language amongst themselves which made me as a customer uncomfortable. I will not return for additional services.

Glamour nails has won me over! Use to go to Bella Vie - no longer! The ladies at Glamour nails do an AMAZING job! I always leave with a perfect pedicure and they dont rush the leg/foot massage. They never rush the process and you dont feel like theyre just trying to file as many people through in as short of time as possible. Thanks Glamour nails!

I would much rather spend this money to help the Animal shelters each month. They need our help all the time. this money will feed the precious homeless animals. Id much rather donate it than go to get let down on a much needed pampering. When a business is too busy or rude to treat the customer with care, its time to change things on what is more important in life.

Every time I go here, Im amazed by how much better it is than other nail salons in the area! Recently went in to get a full gel set for my wedding and I couldnt have been happier. I wasnt sure what I quite wanted so they sat down with me and helped me pick out what was right. It was beyond what I was hoping for!Theyre great if you go in with a group - always have multiple employees ready so you dont have to wait.

It was a good man/pedi but not a lot of selection for nail color and staff didnt talk to me

At one point I loved glamour nails. They use to provide okay service but their service is no longer good. I’ve scheduled appointments and waited 30 minutes, only for them to take someone else without an appointment ahead of me. This was not the first occasion and I’m through with their poor customer service. I’ll go somewhere else for my services.

These people make an appointment for me for my nails and then couldn’t do it so now I have to go somewhere else. Bad place to go.....Bad service maybe because I was black!!!!

Went tonight to get a manicure ten minutes before they closed (didnt realize until they had started). They fitted me in without saying anything and I got a great manicure. As they were closing, they were doing a very thorough cleaning. When I went to pay, my card didnt work (not sure if a problem on mine or their end), but they waited very patiently as I went to get cash from my car, even though it was 25 minutes after they closed. Overall, I would recommend. Very professional, accommodating and clean!

Lily does a great job on my nails. Shop is extremely clean,and tools are sanitized after every client. Other girls are friendly and each help each other. Its my relax time when I go there.

They arent very talkative, but they are nice, and very very good at what they do. I had them do a two tone pattern for my nails this last time and Twi, or Twee Im sure Im spelling her name wrong, did a fantastic job, being very meticulous. Im very pleased.

I have always gotten excellent service there. The price is good and the pedis are the best.

They are the only ones I trust with my nails.

The worst toe polish change and gel mani I have ever got.... To top it off They were so RUDE! They kept speaking in their own language they one another clearly about because she pointed at my toes and laughed about them, about what? I don’t know..... I will never go back and never recommend this place. And they don’t put covers in the pedicure bath.

I can not imagine what these individuals are complaining about. The salon is comfortable and immaculate and Hanson and Lily do a superior job. They have closed caption television, wi-fi, bottled water and chocolate and make every effort to make clients happy. They are generous by nature and use superior products that are fresh and undiluted. Some employees are shy, given the language barrier and find it difficult to converse. They are never unfriendly. I have been a happy client for 12 years, as have many of my friends. You will not be disappointed using this salon and will be hard pressed to find one better. Lee Rosenberg

The 2 women that were working on my mother and Is nails were extremely rude. They were speaking a different language across the room to their fellow workers and laughing a ton, one kept looking at their phone and had it out the whole time. When you would try to start a small conversation with them, they wouldnt even reply to you! TERRIBLE customer service. Not to mention, my mothers nails came out all bubbly. I do not recommend going there EVER.

Did a walk-in for gel/acrylic fill. It was the second time I have been there. I will never go back. The woman who did my nails seemed aggravated the whole time. She had her cell phone out the whole time and took a call while working on me (definitely not the business phone) and then texted back and forth with someone for a great percentage of the time. The job she did on my nails was not very professional. The surface is rough and the cuticles are terrible. My nails are also filed very unevenly and roughly.

You may walk in but you will leave with out your nails done. I tried them twice and was turned away twice. id not go back again to be turned away.manager/ man at the desk is unpleasant and not helpful.

About 4 weeks ago my 14 year old daughter and I went in for a mani/pedi. I agree with the majority of the reviews: I was quite taken aback by the discourteous way in which we were ignored at the door and then rudely asked from across the room what we wanted, as if bothering them. Once we were seated the actual job was well executed. The results were pretty and our color lasted for a good three weeks (on our toes - not our hands). However, at check out I was overcharged for a service that I did not ask for (using the language barrier as an excuse for the misunderstanding.)Overall, I did NOT like their customer service. It was actually rather abysmal. The work itself was not unsatisfactory so I will probably return and give them another chance. I will post a second review after that.

Used to go here. I always found the staff to be rude/unfriendly and the workmanship is average at best. Its uncomfortable to be there as the staff dont smile or try to make conversation. One of the ladies has a tendency towards being quite rough and hurried.My advice to the owners:Customer service is key in a job where you are around people everyday! Step it up.

I went there with my daughter for the first time two weeks ago. The manicurist was unfriendly and kept picking up her cell phone while doing my nails. She shaped my nails unevenly and left bubbles in the polish. I will not return to this salon - ever.

I have been going here for over 5 years...They are simply the best! Lily and Hanson are wonderful and have a beautiful clean facility.

Paid $45 for a full set of gel nails and they are beginning to lift 2 days later! AVOID THESE PEOPLE WITH THEIR NASTY ATTITUDES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Update:Went back to get 2 repair yesterday and later that evening 2 more nails break!!!!! Staff are courteous and welcoming :) sometimes there is a tiny wait but they do an amazing job and my daughters and I are regulars.

Went here once for mani/pedi a month or so ago and had a competent young woman. Brought a friend and went for a gel mani today and will NEVER go back. Had a guy who completely missed steps in the process, I had to ask him to clean up all the polish...horrible. Dont waste your time or money.

A friend of mine and I made an appointment, when we got there we still waited 45 minutes to be helped while women who came in after us were taken before us. Then their service was lousy, it was extremely overpriced and the people who work there were completely incompetent when it came to customer service. Dont go here if you are looking for a good experience!

Lily does an excellent job!!! she and her husband are very friendly and kind!...the salon is very clean!

I made an appointment and waited almost an hour past the appointment time while walk-ins were taken.
