Reliable and great selection of washers! Its extremely helpful to have the large washers and I never have a problem getting a machine. Just to note, I tend to do any washes early-mid day on weekdays only (so that might make a difference). Ive had no issues with broken machines so far and the place is generally very clean and not crowded.

Brought stuff in over a week in advance before a wedding and I did not have those clothes for the wedding, misplaced my clothes at one point. Lady behind desk was very nice however.

First they shut off wifi, which is fine I guess but it was nice to use without having to use data but now the bathrooms are locked?? I dont understand why, especially if someone really needs to use the restroom and now people have to ask around at other shops to use their restrooms which half of them refuse if we arent customers. Its the only decently priced laundromat but lack of wifi and restrooms hurts their rating.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to this laundromat and used their coin machine to get quarters to do my laundry. The machine ate my $20 bill without dispensing any quarters and I called and emailed the business owner to let them know and see how I could get my money back and received no response. Do not use this laundromat, they’ll just take your money.

Always a great experience. Fast, reliable, easy! Highly recommend. I bring my clothes to be washed, dried and folded before work, makes my week so much easier not having to go to the laundry Matt! Thanks guys!

While this laundromat has a decent set of washers and the price isnt too bad, its frustrating to come in and half the washers or dryers arent working. The same ones have been broken down for over two months now leaving people waiting for washing machines and dryers. The woman who works on Saturday could have more of a personality or be more helpful rather than sit and watch movies like the last time I requested assistance. The bathroom always has something wrong with it, right now its the paper towel dispenser... and it could be cleaned once in a while too. The stain on the wall next to the toilet has been there three weeks as of Saturday. While I still continue to go here because of the prices and accessibility, the experience isnt that great.

I wish my experience had been different. Brought a coat in with a couple of stains on the front. The older woman that works there thought they could get them out. Picked up today and she hands me the coat. I let he know I would like to see if the stains come out. She hangs the coat up and walks away. I look.... DOESNT EVEN LOOK LIKE THEY CLEANED MY COAT but she sure rang me up and took my money ignoring the fact that I Mentioned the stains did not come out. Horribly disappointing and no care to her job at all. So I am $17 dollars poorer with a coat I doubt was cleaned at all. worst part was teh lack of care at all. There are other dry cleaners around who i am sure take much more pride in their work. So. please find another spot. I sure will and will make sure to let all I know the same. Super super bad customer service.

If it was an option to give 0 stars, I would. This laundry mat always has 2-4 regular sized washers out of commission (they only have 8 and it is a busy town) so it is hard to ever find washers available. Today one of the washers i was using (today only 3 to choose from) broke, spilling gallons and gallons of water onto the floor making it extremely slippery. And it would not release the door for me to get my clothes. I tried to call the out of hours number because no personnel were on site, and the number told me to call back during business hours then hung up. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Always machines out of order. The sink in the bathroom has been out of order for 3 weeks. Gross! Come in Greers. Get with it. This is so unsanitary.

Half of the washing machines were out of service both times I have used this laundromat and it’s the only place in town to do laundry. Please have operational machines. Don’t exploit those of us who must rely on your laundromat to wash clothes. Guess I will travel elsewhere.
