Great service in helping.
I pay for the half gig services and I have than 4 devices connected to the internet. I have my Xbox plugged straight into the router and have terrible lag. I would not recommend Midco even to my worst enemies.
No building in Williston to pickup modems and equipment. Helpful customer service when you can reach someone.
Literal trash service. Nobody answers customer service calls. Internet goes out at least once a week. Raises rates every few months. Terrible terrible company. Highly suggest not wasting your money and time.
Theres no one here to talk to and its sad when there is a midco company in Grand Forks where you can go and talk to people but not one here this is why there losing Business I no longer have an account here the only reason why I was there because I was looking for a job this is why they need a store And this is why you guys get bad ratings Because it takes a month to get anyone out here If you guys had a store then you guys would not have a bad rating

I love MIdco!!! I rarely have any issues with them and when I do they are very prompt and friendly answering the phone & talking care of my issues. I love having cable vs dish/satellite
When it’s working at all it’s working at half speed. Expensive and almost worthless.
After having had their service when living in williston then moving back to small town Montana their internet service was top notch for a decent price. I miss having their internet.
For 3 years now been having issues, not one of their people can fix it but wont call u back when they say they will, wont give u any credit on your bill they simply do not care about customers..... beyond pissed, frustrated!!!! Poor poor customer service
If I could rate this 0 stars or even negatives I would. Ive had internet for months now and have had nothing but problems from the start. What problems you may ask? My wifi will connect and disconnect over and over and over and over.... not even worth attempting to use.The first time I called, they sent a tech out and he simply replaced my router. Cool, it worked fine for a day then went right back to the same b.s.The second time I called, they did some sort of switcheroo on their end, worked for a day then right back to the same problem.Now the THIRD time I called(just ended my phone call 2 minutes ago) the only thing they can do is send another tech out to basically look at my apartment and tell me about my interference because I live in an apartment building...I get thats your guys EXCUSE but never in my life have I had these issues anywhere ever. I pay to have Smooth running wifi and all you can say is interference?Whats funny is the customer support lady even shared a story of another customers experience and long story short they gave him his own channel. Well isnt it only fair that people get their own channel?TEN THUMBS DOWN WORST OF THE WORST.
Service has been great, on-line payments have been great. A few glitches on both internet and cable tv occasionally but that is to be expected when dealing with computer type equipment. I heard today that we will be loosing KX news soon?? I am very upset about that as it is the only news that mentions Williston ND so it’s the only news I watch. Please do not cancel this channel, I love your service and really would rather not go back to direct tv. Please keep this channel!!
If you love waiting on hold for hours, this company is for you!!Internet service itself is okay. Customer service is a joke. Probably spend over an hour on hold just trying to talk to SOMEONE.
I havent had any issues with Midco and their support has been very helpful and friendly for me, lucky me!
Expensive to boot and sorry internet. We pay for a modem and router but it doesnt matter because our computers need to be hard connected so we can actually use the internet when we get on the computer without waiting 3-5 minutes for it to find a connection. Constantly have to reset our modem because the speeds are just terrible. Weve contacted them multiple times to resolve the issue but are always out of luck on improvement. Will most definitely consider another option when we relocate.
I just had one on their representative hang up on me really rude. he did not know how to look up my account. he asked me if I knew my account number and I asked to speak to a different representative that knew how to look up an account he got mad and hang up the phone. Their internet is really slow. Cable boxes always lose signal. And when you need help you are on hold forever. I am still on hold as I try to call back and speak to a different rep. Wow!!!
Worst internet people ever all they care about is the money nothing about the customer
Horrible customer service. Spent 3 months and numerous calls trying to get my statement/Auto-pay online and customer service was too busy reading a trouble shooting script to discover that my account was conflicted with a previous address. After being billed late fees numerous times when I had been told my auto-pay had been started I discovered the modem they rent me utilizes half the speed I pay for. Nemont costs a bit more but Ill be happy to pay the difference.4 months later: Still getting dinged on late fees. Seems like their whole business model revolves around having a horrible cumbersome website, burying the itemized bill and then hoping its confusing enough so they can rack up a late fee. Always have money in my account none of my other bills are ever late except this one - By their design imo.
Horrible. Site crashes constantly so i cant even pay my bill. Internet randomly freezes up, when i try to call and selected debit card payment it switched it and asked me for my 9 digit routing number. Debit cards arent routing numbers and arent 9 digits. When i tried to talk to someone it said they were busy and i could elect for a call back or to stay on hold. I chose 1 for call back. It put me on hold anyways for a good 5 minutes before giving me the option for a call back. 15 minutes later im still waiting.** updateTook another day to finally get through to them before i could pay my bill and they could fix there online service. Paid it up right then over the phone to make sure everything was good. Told them i wanted an email receipt and was told they would send me one right away. Next day i still havent received it and now i can view my account online it says its still not paid and when i called they still say its not paid yet they took the money out of my bank account. And statement clearly shows up as midco. Not to mention the internet is not even working now today, they are a scam and a hoax of an internet provider do not throw away your money on them.
Good speed, but lagging ping times. Hard to play online games and messaging sometimes times out.
The internet is this company is very expensive and always has problems, I definitely do not recommend it, and the customer service is zero, they never answer....
Slowest internet i have ever seen. I had Hughes net and it was faster than this junk ! they always tell you its because everyone that has the same internet around me is on it at the same time and it slows it down ! really ???? then my bill should slow down also then !!!!!
Horrible service and even worse customer service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. In fact I actively try to get midco customers to switch to Nemont because midco is that horrible and Nemont is that great.
Just pathetic all the way around, from lies of internet speeds to choices for your hard earned money to any ease of access. The worst has to be sitting on hold forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Midco YOU SUCK!
Every time I call it am on hold for more that 10 minutes. This is getting VERY annoying. They need to learn how to answer their phones.
Always problems and no service. Reran wires and left out on top the road and was ripped apart by a vehicle. Poor services bad experiences

Worst company ever and very bad customer service they are still billing me for my internet and I turned off my service with them Im still getting bills from them after I paid for there crap dont recommend them at all!!
