Staff was very polite and friendly. Service was very quick and efficient.Only downside was $40. To glue the Interiorrear view mirror back in place. $40. For less than 10 minutes work Thats out of line IMO. If that reflects all their pricing I will not be back and not recommend them.

Three things for Expert Auto Glass I have to say.....fast, clean and fast !!!

Expert Auto came and replaced our windshield yesterday morning. The technician was about an hour early, calling on his way to ask if it was ok to come. I loved that he was early! He asked me to have the car unlocked and called me when it was done to tell me the office would call for payment. It was completely contactless, which is great in the current times. Pricing was great also, compared to other companies.

Efficient, fast, good price & pleasant employees. Only reason for not five stars, greasy oil footprints left on floor carpets. This could have been easily avoided.

I have taken 4 different vehicles here and they always turn out well. They do what they do quickly and accurately. As long as they are open I will always have my windshields done here.

This is the place in Williston to get fresh glass. Prompt courteous. And if your in a big truck its possibly the only place you will find a new windshield in the bakken. The truck stop is just up Broadway with hot food. So let these folks take care of it

Yes, fast service, friendly people, good work. I would have given them 4 stars but since its the Wild Wild West out here and anybody can set their price as high as they want, Expert Auto Glass did just that. I went to Alpine less than a mile to get my windshield changed for $175. I got there for my appointment but they did not have my size in stock, so the recommended Expart Auto. They did the job for $240. I would have went somewhere else but the crack was bad and was getting worse by the minute.

Outstanding service and great prices!

Had 2 windshields done here for 2 work trucks. Decent prices compared to other places. Was in and out in less then an hour both times, and the staff here are very kind. They have comfy seating for waiting there if you dont have anywhere else to be, and if you need to be somewhere that is near there (not sure how near) they offer a ride to where you want to go.

Very good to work with had multiple windows to put in. Worked great on scheduling and showing up on time.

I am with an insurance agency in Minnesota. One of my customers suffered a broken windshield while working at a job site in a small town in North Dakota. Expert Auto Glass was the ONLY glass company in a wide area that was willing to travel that far to replace one windshield. And I called around to a whole lot of different shops in ND and MT. So glad that there is a company like this that understands the customers situation and is willing to go the extra mile (literally) to provide service.

I have used these people many times over the years. this time was enough to make me go else where. i have a brand new truck that fell to the Williston curse and had a rock go through my windshield so i called to have Expert come install my glass when i went out to look i found scratches all over the hood, roof and windshield pillars have deep scratches i had a local body shop look at it and before telling them what had happend they asked if i just had a windshield done like they new anyways turns out i have $2500.00 in damages that of course Expert said they could not have done. so sad to say i wont go back and if anyone has work done there look close at job done. thank you for taking time to read this.

I came in with a nasty chip, and received expert advice. I was advised that it couldnt be fixed and that to try was a waste of money because of how badly the glass was chipped out. I was then advised to wait until it cracked out to replace it. I appreciate getting advice that is best for me: they could have tried to fix it and charged me, and I would not have known the difference. Thanks for honest, good service!!

Horrible. Had my windshield changed out after taking a large rock to the right side. The windshield squeaked constantly. Had it pulled a second time and installed in my heated shop, and let it sit for 3 days and its worse.The manager said he would get back to me after he found out more on what to do. Lets just say I finally called him after waiting two weeks. Now its gonna cost me the 300+ for the original and then another 800 for a factory one...that I might as well have Toyota install.If you have a nice vehicle dont cut corners or go with somebody that wont back up there work.
