Speedy delivery and reasonable prices! I had to get a 15-pound coffee maker from Burlington to White River Jct. Dropped it off around 5 pm and it was there the next morning. $18, less than half of UPS and USPS charge, and who know how long that would have taken

Terrible company. Bought out a Maine courier Id been employed with for almost 14 years. They immediately took away benefits. They cut me from 4 weeks of vacation time to 2, no paid holidays, no personal use of company vehicle, took away the company paid cell phone. All the benefits we had all worked hard for were stripped away. Be weary of doing business with a company that doesnt value their employees and only cares about profits.

The first attempt at delivering my package, they said the business was closed and they could not deliver. They were delivering to my house, no signature was required, and I was home all day. The next day I called in the morning and a women told me it would be redelivered that day. By the afternoon I called again, there was a reason I needed a fast delivery, and the man said the driver didn’t have my package, they never had it, and he didn’t know why it said there was a delivery attempt. The third day I found my package sitting on my neighbor’s porch despite the fact my house number is really easy to read. It was almost as if they made it intentionally hard for me to get my order. When I emailed them after, no one bothered to respond.

Delivery was on-time and in great condition when received.

Just superb!!! Were located in Texas and needed a package delivered the same day to a USCIS service center in Vermont. Green Mountain Messenger is located 40 minutes from the service center but they had my package delivered and signed for an hour after I had contacted them! Hayley helped me out today and she is extremely polite, professional and efficient. Dont hesitate to use their services. Thank you GMM for your help today!

Prompt delivery and they brought the package to our front door and rang the bell. The other delivery services leave the package at variable places and they never ring the doorbell to let us know the package has been delivered. Great customer service.

Very Unprofessional Driver on the Road. Monday August 7th around 6pm one of their drivers decided to turn right on red getting off of the interstate in Williston. This decision from the driver, resulted in myself having to slam on my breaks and merge to the second lane, as there was not adequate space or timing for them to pull out. I proceeded to drive and enter the lane I was initially driving in. While doing so, and passing by the Green Mountain Courier driver he proceeded to flip me off. I highly recommend working with your drivers to teach them that while in company vehicles they should be promoting their best selves as they are representing the company.

That was some aggressive driving today on RT 2A in Williston. Driver pulled some dick moves to cut off the backed up traffic getting to Hurricane Lane. We dont need people like that on our roads.
