Had the pleasure of being service by Dawn C. We had a week rental and at pickup our card was having some trouble. Dawn was able to get everything sorted out as she was very informative and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our experience in ND great!

The website okayed the use of my debit card when i reserved the vehicle 4 days prior. But when i went to pay and pick up my car they wouldnt allow me to pay with the same debit card, stating they needed a credit card. Would not help me out either. I had to go through another car rental company and at a much higher price because of this. HERTZ is a TERRIBLE company. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Called to reserve a car for my daughter as a huge snow storm hit our state and I wanted to make sure she was safe. Was quoted $325.44 for 3 days. Insurance was going to be another $25 a day so the total estimate was $417.80 (that’s actually a $92 increase not $75 but whatever). She gets the car and now she’s being charged $560.40-which is still just an “estimate”. That’s a $ 142.60 difference from the original estimate. She lets me know today that the final charge for a 3 day rental was $658.84!!!!! That is $219.61 per day for a car rental! Will NEVER use Hertz ever again. Now let’s see if I can get anyone to call me back!

This Hertz is adequate for a small airport, but certainly not the best location Ive been to. Checking out the car went smoothly enough. Theres a small selection and the car I got was pretty dirty, but that didnt bother me too much. I returned it in the middle of the day on a weekday and nobody was manning the booth. I eventually found some guys at their little car wash and was told to just drop off my keys and paperwork in the drop box. In the end I was billed for the expected amount, so I have no substantial complaints from my experience.

I dont usually review companys but this is absolutely the worst car rental place Ive dealt with and hopefully this will help others avoid a similar experience. Dont use Hertz if renting or returning through their Williston, North Dakota location, theyre absolutely criminal. I was double billed 2 days for a 3 hour car rental. Car was rented in Minot, ND, drove straight to Williston, ND then used the key drop because their staff were nonexistent during business hours. The price was very steep to begin with, $240 for a 1 day rental with their lowest priced car (2019 Toyota Corolla). They billed $480, i had to call and get the charges reversed. Its been 3 days and they still havent credited back $240 to the credit card i used. Staff are never on location at the Williston Airport office. Absolute worst car rental experience Ive had. Ive never had problems with Avis or Enterprise at the Williston, ND airport locations.Update 9/29: charges were reversed, took 4 days to credit the money back to my credit card. Lesson learned if youre going to use Hertz, rent out of Minot, ND, and return the vehicle to Minot, ND.

Trucks are dirty when you rent. Will charge you $90 to $ 100 for gas when you purchase the full tank option. Best alternative is Avis.This Hertz doesnt care and not exactly honest.

You guys are criminals And heartless because I put gas on that car. You want And charge me money for gas again that is so bad .

Great truck rented from them. Hours are strange, they close between flights (17:30-21:30), which is tricky if you drive up.

Havent actually ever rented a car here but have dealt with them, some staff are nice but one of the female managers is quite rude.

Didn’t seem very helpful, they say they have no cars for 2 weeks
