Mr. Kennedy and the rest of his team are experienced professional and did an excellent job. He was extremely detailed oriented and walked us through the process from start to finish and finished on time as promised... Our kitchen came out great and we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend and use Mr. Kennedy again if i had to.

I had this company out to look at some repairs my insurance wanted done due to damage from a storm. After the initial appointment I never heard from them again. I called 15-20 times over the course of 3 months and every time I was told “we will call you back” or the guy who came out to look at my property “was in a meeting”. This was in August of 2020, it is now May 2021 and they have still never called me. I can only think my projects were too small, and therefore was not of value to them, so they had no problem literally ignoring me.I would highly recommend not reaching out to this company for any reason.

The incredible staff at Start2Finish were able to calmly and professionally handle a repair on our home with an incredibly tight timeline so we could close on the sale of the property. The communication was fantastic and Jamie and his staff were calm and confident, reassuring me that the job was no problem. I cant thank them enough for the awesome work.

We had a water pipe burst, ruining my laundry room and living room space. Start to finish came out that night with fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying process. His crew came out the next morning to start demo and renovations. Jamie, Pat and their crew was very professional, caring and clean. Turn around time was a week and a half. I 1000% recommend Start to Finish.

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve experienced. Jamie came out to inspect my roof for a leak on 8/17. He left and said he would draw up the estimate and details and get back to me in a few days. I called a week later and said they were still working on it. Called another week later and left a voicemail. Called two days after that and the receptionist told me that Jamie was on the other line and would call me back right when he hung up. No call back. This then occurred two more times within the next two weeks. Over 3 weeks ago he came out, and I have still yet to receive an estimate or even a call back. Terrible business practices and terrible communication. No idea how they are still in business. STAY FAR AWAY from this shoddy company.

I only gave 2 stars because although I am happy with the results the customer service was terrible! Very friendly people with 0 communication skills. I was very stressed through the whole process when I feel like it would of been much easier if we were all on the same page and communicated when I tried to do that I got no where. I got tired of that and repeating myself alot and repeatedly calling them to get answers.

This company in and of itself seems to be very well run. It is when they subcontract that you need to beware, especially if they give the contract to Creative Remodeling. Be sure to refuse any work that Guy tells you HAS to be done. You are going to get stuck with repair men that show up at unscheduled times, the job is going to be rushed and anything that you dont immediately check, will be left unfinished as it witnessed by the photo attached. You can clearly see the differences in paint color on this wall and so can anyone that sits on my coach. You can also expect a big out of pocket expense at the end.---- UPDATE Start 2 Finish came out and corrected the paint and all of the other issues I had. AWESOMENESS!!

They did a great job refinishing a building to like new condition. They can rebuild from to ground up and refinish anything!

Replacing skylight job done about 10-years ago & surprised and disappointed to see the shoddy workmanship that was done on the roof. Shingles over shingles over shingles and NAILS thru exposed shingles which ultimately caused multiple leaks & weight of skylight to give. Lost trust & respect.
