The only reason this company has a low rating is because getting in touch the first time takes a bit of effort. Once you are able to make contact everything else was great. I always worry about having men come to my house but as soon as I met this man I knew he was “good people.” Give them a shot :)

Called with new power. RON. to clean chimney and Harman in appointment made 1/22. Ron showed up with no equipment. He rescheduled for 2/, he never showed up and will not answer calls. Would not recommend!

Most Horrible experience ever, was given a proposal for a liner, had a question about the proposal and never returned my call. Then I sent a 600 dollar deposit as the proposal stated and waited over 2 weeks and still no call or response back. So for the next 4 weeks I called several times and still had no response so finally I called and ask them to please return my 600 dollars as it seems you don’t want to do the job and still no response so I had no choice but to stop payment on the check I sent them which cost me 30 dollars to do. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company, who the hell runs a business like that, maybe one the doesn’t want to be in business long

I live in Hughesville and after months of frustration being led on by vain & phony promises of a local chimney sweep I was about to give up when I was given the name of Old English Chimney Sweep out of Williamsport. Despite it being the busy season, they committed and kept their promise to come out and unblock my chimney so I could again use my furnace in this cold weather. The fellow was fast and efficient as well as the price being very reasonable. Most importantly, he was honest and very knowledgeable. I was also very happy to learn that he also sells stoves which may come in handy since my current system is aging. I highly recommend these people.

Had issues with water leaking through chimney into living room. They repointed and sealed in a timely manner. No problems since. Thanks

Doesnt return phone calls

Poor customer service. There has been an issue with a dear friends of mines chimney after they did a cleaning and they never pick up their phone. I personally have called multiple times with no way to leave a voicemail.
