Yesterday was a disaster and I drove over to get my package only to learn that the person who called me about it was being ridiculous and it wouldnt even be back off the truck until after closing. Today the gentleman there was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had my package and to try and help me find another one they supposedly delivered somewhere but obviously not my house. I cant say the experience was without hiccups but he apologized for a new driver and offered that generally that route has the same driver so if I can get the regular one to find it, I should be set.
Didnt answer the phone but people must have been there bc I finally got connected with someone online who forwarded my issue to them and then finally got a call to say hey we dropped your kids birthday present off at the neighbors across the street can you go get it bc we cant till tomorrow if even then.
Live in a subdivision, driver did not bother to knock or go around rear of building. Instead he placed a notice on the sign that states there are mailboxes in rear of building. The notice said Door not marked. Why not knock? Or walk-around the building. Shear laziness on the drivers behalf.

MY packing jars were on the truck to be delivered, driver took it upon himself not to deliver them, I know have to shut down our small factory due to this type of service they provide!! Williamsport need repremanded!!
This company cant understand that paying for overnight delivery means receiving it next day and not 4 days later...custom service hasnt a clue on how to make things right....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is a prescription that the mail order pharmacy charged me for 18 days ago but after a phone call by me, to them, on Wednesday 8/17/16; they realized they had not sent it! Would rush it with UPS! I was told by the sender I did not have to be home for delivery. Package was expected for delivery Friday 8/19/2016 or Monday 8/22/2016. 8/22/16 I came home from Drs appt. at 2:15 pm to find a note on my door. Said it needed to be signed for and would be delivered the following week day. That would be today. I posted notes on both doors that I was home. Also working door bells. It is 5:10 p.m. and I am still waiting. Had to call doctors to have an RX to local pharmacy. I should have been shipped by USPS priority. Would have been less expensive and faster delivery.
Ups driver just sped down our road posted 25 mph doing at least 45 mph. I guess if you speed, you can get done your shift early! This is unacceptable and dangerous!!!!!Update: 10/8/2019, U.p.s. driver barrleled down road again speeding at 2:08 p.m.!Updare: 10/18/2019, U.p.s. driver went speeding down our road again!! 2:25 p.m.

Apparently my address does not exist. But fed ex, and the postal service have no issues. Driver didnt even attempt to call me. I called and tried to get it situated and even offered to meet the driver at a more convenient location. This place isnt even worthy of one star.

Theres nothing I can do for you.The drivers cant find our house, and since we moved to Williamsport a year ago, weve had to pick up all of our packages at Wahoo Drive. The staff is impolite and declined our offer to give directions to our house. FedEx and the Postal Service have no problem delivering to us. A little effort goes a long way.
I called to find out what time they were open they told me 3:30, so I went up at 3:30 to find there was a notice on the door to say they open at 4:00 because of COVID 19, didn’t the local UPS customer center know this before I got there to see it on the door.
Yep, another package sent to wahoo drive. Why does Amazon always have to use UPS? Yet another email stating that a delivery was attempted. This time they didnt even leave a note. I left one saying Im home, ring my doorbell if not leave it. Ive had it with this place. I am not sure if the drivers just dont care or are idiots. They get paid well enough to deliver packages to make sure the consumer receives them. I honestly thought, how could anyone screw this up? I specifically left instructions for what to do. I have to go watch pay it forward videos on YouTube to restore my faith in humanity, because that turd demolished it. Its obvious they just blatantly didnt feel like doing their job. Plus they had two different shipments going to the same address by two different vehicles here. How efficient is that? Square yourself away UPS employees. If a foreign woman with English as her second language can read and find my place to deliver me Asain American cuisine you can too.

Literally PROMISED by the same Indian lady both times that on that day I would get my package. Even i lol because we talked@ 930pm est. Still open 3pm to 7 pm in case I miss my home delivery, they are always v helpful. There are currency restrictions now for shipments, but if you have a preference paid label you can drop off and get a receipt.

I worked at this location for 2 years. Everyone worked hard to get to one goal and that was making sure packages always get delivered on time.
Horrible customer service. Heidi caused me to lose over $1600.00 by returning my packages and paying restocking fees on 21 boxes. Desk guy was very quick to blame me. Very poor communication with the 1-800 number.
Not a Fortune 500 company not a government financed company and is considered an illegal License company EuropeanDos gather and miss us SSI numbers, Company doesnt care if it miss uses SSI numbers, Company taken over by Union, 787, CC means County courts.Dos not have a valid Transportation license as a legal sorting or transportation company.This has gone to also Postal service as well as fed-ex far as company take overs by violence and and threats by that of union people.Dos not meet the mandate of Transportation and dos not hold to mandate of past Generation experience as this company has a murder mandate to appear in Europe as Administration of such European country has demanded it appear or Canada hand over employees requested that failed to appear in before Military for investigation.
Constantly claims packages are delyed due to weather even when there is no bad weather even when they send me an email telling me its out for delivery then they say it will be another 5 days past due... left package at a neighbors home that they did not have permission to leave it at at 8:20 pm when their was no reason they could not make it to my home. Call center is in South East Asia the woman just told me.
They always say my address does not exist. But fed ex, postal service have no issue. You can even see my home from the road they are on. Yes I live in a couldasak one way in one way out... then when i call they change the address (which didnt need changed)with directions and state i will get a call, then no one calls, new notification says its at the center for pick up, but have no way to contact center for further info.. this doesnt even deserve one star

Staff is not very helpful or really care to hear about any issues. Its almost like its your job as the receiver to track down a package when they cant get it to you and if you dont track it down then your loss when it gets sent back to the sender.
