Everything you need for halloween. Very pricey but I guess thats everywhere nowadays. Spent $60 for my 10 year old sons costume. He loves it though. Had no problem getting the exact one he wanted in his size and the selection is big.

Got the few items I needed for my nieces party. The store was a bit messy and some of the stuff is definitely overpriced but I didnt have to order anything online so I was happy.

They have a ton of products but I get overwhelmed easy. Theyre isles are small and very high and I honestly feel claustrophobic in them. But if youre throwing a party Im sure they carry items youll need. I usually get the large golden number balloons.

Ordered party items online and they were ready for pickup in 2 hours.

Not nearly as many Halloween selections as years prior. I suggest Spirit Halloween in lycoming mall for Halloween gear.

They are over priced. Employees are few and far between. They stand mostly behind the counter amd dont assist customers in the store.

Loved the fact we found when we where looking for when other places did not have it. The ladies that helps me out where very sweet.

Purchased birthday balloons and was told we could bring them back to be filled with helium. Came back the day before the party and was told they were out of helium. Was told by the associate we do a lot of balloon orders and run out of helium.

Normally love shopping at party city but tonight was a different story... called ahead to see if they had a peppa pig pinata due to the fact its a 45min drive and I had just worked 9 hours. Lady who answered said yes did you want us to hold it its our last one I said yes and I appreciated it. Well when I got there I said why I was there they got it for me and I looked at it and the hand was busted off the face stickers were ripped with it being the last one I asked for it to be discounted the cashier then got mad saying its only 20 dollars well no its not its the gas I used to get down there and the point of if i was told on the phone it was damaged i wouldnt have went to get it she finally did discount it but then told another lady to bag it so Id leave... obviously the worker could use some customer service training Im sure in my shoes she would have been just as upset

Went to pick up some clown shoes, only had one pair.They wouldnt work with the costume we got earlier from another store but we did pick up a clown nose. I was told they had 5 pair the day before.
