PLEASE READ BEFORE DECIDING.I would HIGHLY recommend that NO-ONE goes through this company, if you can even call it that... Their techs ARE NOT properly trained, meaning that they do not receive the ACTUAL training they will need to install your internet! Their newer techs (The ones who are NOT trained properly), are given FAKE IDs, these FAKE identification card come from their lead techs who actually have proper training. If you EVER get a tech that can NOT produce and Identification card, DO NOT LET THEM DO THE JOB. We tried to have a job done where the tech that showed up was extremely young and could not produce IDENTIFICATION. You ABSOLUTELY need proper training to install internet. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, save yourself the hassle and ask the tech to produce ID. If they can not produce ID, MAKE THEM LEAVE. If they do produce identification, make sure that it is actually them. Very professional... Great CX service!!!!

I think the technicians are very nice and work very well. But the actual bosses and managers don’t care about their employees, they don’t care about their safety, they tell them to say what they need for a job so they feel safe or if they are in a situation where they don’t feel safe to leave until a further time, but then make them do the job and get hurt and not care about it! They don’t care about their personal lives either, for example having a new born come in to the world but want to keep you out doing jobs til very late at night time even though they said they wouldn’t have their workers out past 5-6pm. They make promises but don’t keep their word. Also when trying to work with them while being in college they basically tell you to choose your college or to work for them instead of working with you like they have promised. I think working for them is terrible and if they want to keep their workers they need to learn to care and respect their employees. Maybe also not promise anything to their employees if they won’t do it! I will say their is a manager or boss named Shawn that I give a lot of credit to for trying his best to work with his employees and speaking up when he needs to. But as of the rest they need management training I think. And I will leave my comment at that and hope that it helps this company come together and be better with their employees and work as a “team” should.

I am on day 6 waiting to be activated and nobody really seems to care !
