My 90 year old mother was in town for only a short period of time. I needed her to get the hearing aids before she left town. Where she lives in New Jersey the wait for an appointment is much longer. We were the last appointment on a Tuesday evening when Lesa discovered my mother had a piece of her old hearing aid broken off in her ear!! I had to bring her to med express down the block to get it removed. Thankfully Lesa waited for us to return and completed her evaluation and was able to get the hearing aids back quickly enough for my mother to get them before her departure. Words cannot express my gratitude to Lesa for being so patient and understanding. Job well done Lesa!! Thank you so much!!

The staff at the Williamsport were first rate! They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is amazing how much I was unable to hear over the years. I dont think I have said What one time in the last several weeks and I no longer have the t.v. volume turned up to 80 or 90. I am extremely happy with the Miracle Ear hearing aids!

I went with my Mom to her most recent hearing aid appointment. She has had a wonderful experience here. The hearing aids have held up for 4.5 years and the staff is extremely courteous and patient. They shared options for upgrades but were not pushy at all and helped us determine the best option for my Mom. I wish the hearing aids were more reasonably priced but they are similar in cost to hearing aids everywhere else.

The staff is always courteous and talks and listens to me about what I am doing. Lesa always explains to me what she is doing. Appointment times are kept quite well. The office is always neat and clean. If I need to change my appointment time, no hassle. Very accommodating. They always allow me to bring me big Siberian Tiger Victor with me, they always have about 5lbs. of meat for him to eat when we come. He like to have a hearing test also. Now settle down, I dont have a tiger. Guess I got you all a little excited. Stay safe....

My husband has been a client with Miracle-Ear for a year now. We just had our yearly check up last evening. He was treated very kindly and patiently. Leza was wonderful with him with each visit. July 14, 2020: We (my wife and I) arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment time and received a friendly greeting from Jackie. She advised us that Lisa was with another individual and would see us shortly. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Lisa was genuinely concerned how my hearing aids were functioning and if I was having any concerns or problems. She replaced the ends and answered all questions we had. After some discussion she made a fine adjustment to one of my programs. She said to try the adjustment and if it make things worse or if I felt further adjustment was needed to call the office. We were treated as friends not just a customer. Very happy with the visit.

Husband was not hearing clearly, with his three year old hearing aides. One quick visit showed the a broken wire was the culprit. Free repairs by thoughtful providers is hard to beat!

My mother who is 87 years old had hearing aids for years. After one broke she decided to try Miracle-Ear and what a surprise? I am e recent customer, having had a set of hearing aides from another company via email solicitation. They worked OK but I viisited our local Miracle Ear facility in Willaimsport, PA just to see what they had to offer,The reality is they SERVICE the customer. My new set of hearing aids have been fine tuned to my hearing deficits and are a far more higher end with price which is OK with me because they have improved as[ects of the former pair by far. Additionally, follow-up appointments only make their service after the purchase even more valuable!

The staff is courteous and friendly, they remember our names and ask how our daughter is doing. The hearing aids themselves are fantastic. No more yelling so my wife can hear me. Best money we ever spent!

How do express with words the gratitude I feel for the precious gift of hearing that was given to me by the caring staff, Tiffany and Deb. When I put in my hearings aids for the first time I felt like a baby who had just learned to walk. It literally took my breath away to be able to hear sounds that I had forgotten existed. I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude for being able to hear the sound of the true voices of my loved ones. To be able to hear the sound of my grandchildren’s giggles on a windy day in the park and the notes on my keyboard was amazing. They do a very good job of adjusting my hearing aids. I can hear deer, turkeys and bear when I am in the woods. And the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I made an appointment for hearing test. Had worn hearing aids from another provider but looking for a less expensive hearing aid. Went in and had test. I was then advised they could not proceed any further until I brought my wife in. I said she was not needed. They could not go any further on fitting me until I had my wife come in. What a waste of time . There has to be an underlying reason for this. Will not go back or recommend miracle ear.
