Make an appointment with the coach in Williamsport. Bryce is dedicated and very knowledgeable. The coaching helps tremendously to get started and get the workout right.

My first day was a seamless experience. I signed up and paid online, and at the door a Planet Fitness employee got my account ready and got me into the gym in less than 5 minutes. The equipment was all in order and clean. All in all a great experience, and at 1/5 the cost of other gyms nearby.

Was able to go at a time that fits my busy schedule. A lot of different types of exercise equipment. Staff was friendly and helpful

Good luck getting a smith machine without waiting for half an hour or longer. Theyve only had three for years now, and theyre always being used.

We started going last Saturday and not only are the staff super nice and dedicated, but the facility is clean and well equiped. I really enjoy it.

Staff good. Aim to go in not during peak hours or don’t plan on using a smith machine.

I have been an active member of this gym for almost 2 years.The gym is very clean, has well maintained equipment, and beyond friendly and helpful staff.For $10 a month you will not find a better deal, and for $20 you can also bring a guest, tan, and use massage equipment.Masks are currently required. You will adapt to it trust me. Be nice to the people who work there, because they are awesome. Never stop pushing yourself.

I love that they follow CDC guidelines. Every single time i come to the gym there are a few people who just don’t want to wear a mask for no reason and they give the employees hard times however they’re just doing they’re job and it makes me feel more safe when they enforce they mask policy. The staff are always cleaning and making sure the gym is clean and sanitized. They should all get a raise.I told all of my friends to join because although we are in a pandemic still the workers here really go above and beyond risking their lives every single day to ensure that we are able to work out and for those who like to tan gives them the privilege to do that as well with no worries. A very clean and friendly atmosphere where there is always a member of the staff cleaning something! They have taken safety into the utmost consideration while also complying with the current mandates in place. I have been utilizing this facility for years and love the facility and staff.

During these covid-19 times the staff is constantly cleaning with new equipment, i.e. backpack tank sprayer and at least one person seems to be cleaning about the whole time Im there. I feel safe in thinking they cant do much better to protect us. I like the staff. Its kind of like the Boston Cheers bar where everybody is on a first name basis. All equipment is of the highest quality.

When I first moved back here from the west coast, the first thing I did was look for a gym. The only place I could find was this Planet Fitness. When you first sign up you are given a tour and a t-shirt. When I signed up I was given a t-shirt and no tour. I decided to try out the personal trainer right away since I had no direction and I was just making things up as I went along. When I signed up for personal training, I received a notification for the appointment. Several hours later I received a notification that it was canceled. I signed up again and it was canceled again. I went to the front desk and let them know what happened and they laughed and rescheduled the appointment. When I went to my appointment the lady told me were all talking about you! even though I didnt know anybody in town. She gave me terrible recommendations and an even worse fitness plan. She kept making weird comments about how she didnt want to offend me or feminize me and I decided not to go to my second appointment with her. I signed up for the app and I saw where they had set my gender to female when I signed up. The staff was also unfriendly. If you go in the daytime, its packed no matter what time it is. Thats the bad part.The good part is its cheap, they have high quality machines, its a 24 hr. gym and the night staff isnt so bad. If you go in the middle of the night to workout and avoid signing up for the personal trainers, its not such a bad gym.

Love P.F.!!! Very affordable, clean, immaculate machines, very helpful & friendly staff too! I recommend Planet Fitness to Everyone! My only Dis is that the Parking is insane, especially if you dont get there by 4 or 5 A.M.! The overflow Parking, [ across the Street ] is just as bad, because You are sharing it with Penn State Students. Ugh! Get there early, or go very late. Peak hours are: 5-9 A.M. & 5-9 P.M.

It is a wonderful venue for the “more mature” campers. I have been working out here almost from the start.I have never felt uncomfortable. Basically, I dislike exercising—but realize that being somewhat fit keeps usaround longer.The facility and staff are first rate. I have no gripes!

Fortunately, just visiting for the holidays. This gym definitely needs more space and equipment for the amount of memberships they have sold and people using the facility. I only have a PF membership because I travel the country and they have the most locations, so I have experienced dozens of locations (good and bad). There are good people here, but waiting more than 10 minutes to use a smith machine every time is really bad news. Perhaps they need a time limit if they cant accommodate the quantity they need, as I even watched a man spend more than 30 minutes at a smith machine today.

Pros:Great that its open 24 hours. Price is excellent and equipment is maintained well and is entire gym is cleaned timely. PriceCons: seen just about every rule broken and nobody cares. People converse on cell phones or text. Weights are dropped. Guys that are obviously bodybuilders hulk around and hog the weights and machines. The so called lunk alarm is a joke. Ive belonged to the place nearly a year and its never once sounded. Staff never just take walk throughs even periodically to see whats going on. They just clean or hang in the office. Even the YMCA does that.

Honestly not a fan of the masking policy in place currently and have been working out outside instead of utilizing the gym. The facility is clean, the staff are great, I simply cannot run while masked.

The only gym in town that judges you for going with CDC guidelines. Are masks recommended today or are they bad for you. Williamsport PF will treat you like dirt if you dont do what the Williamsport management wants. None of the other PF within 100 miles try to push the face masks like Williamsports. I called corporate three times in two weeks and still waiting on a call back for corporates guidelines. I will probably be joining a less judgmental gym. Whats PF corporate motto again?Planet Fitness you really cant help yourself you trademark judging people Cleansiderate™. Are you guys serious? Keep drinking the cool-aid. What next you will not be able to enter the club unless you prove you took the Covid-19 vaccine once it comes out.

In a odd location, best one I have been to yet, since we drive all over the US. A lot of college kids go there, and a lot of more serious body building.aa

I dont know where I would be without Planet Fitness. I started my fitness journey 7 years ago and love that I can come to the gym 24 his a day 7 days a week. They are affordable. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and helpful. They get to know people and genuinely seem to care.

Planet Fitness has great, helpful employees, but the overarching rules create a VERY judgmental environment. If you even grunt a little, or accidentally drop weights, suddenly you’re a “lunk”- but the fact is that sometimes hard work means struggling. Especially with fatigue. I think the company itself needs some work, but my local PF is filled with awesome folks!

Good gym as almost all PF’s are. Only question. Do you have a hydro lounge and bed. I can’t ever find them if you do have one.

No free weight bench add says $1 down but they charge you $60 small space so the little bit of free weight area gets packed very little chest machines and only smith machine

The trainer is excellent, I have had three sessions to get the most out of every machine, I have lost 23 pounds so far since January 1, 2018 I’m about a third of the way to my goal but I will probably never stop exercising. The atmosphere is very professional and the staff is always so friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Planet fitness

Gym is dirty and smells in ladies room all the time! Was told by staff member to use circuit machines the way she wanted! You his is the closest one to me so i still go regularly but want them to be aware staff needs to wipe machines down and clean. It is gross and i have been to several planet fitness gyms and staff is always cleaning machines and friendly and helpful to staff they dont demean people on how to use machines!!

Being a black card member, I like the variety of work equipment provided to workout on .The gym is always clean . The staff are friendly, I feel welcome when I arrive . The only problem I see is repairs take to long to keep equipment working properly . One of the lat pull down machine was out of service for two weeks. ? I just worked out it is still out of service.

Its a clean facility with a friendly staff. My only complaint, and its a big one, is with the facility itself and how they manage and offer memberships. They only accept a sign up with a bank account information. My husband and I dont feel comfortable handing out our personal bank account information and would rather have the monthly charge charged to our credit card. Last year I did sign up because they offered a year membership that could be charged to a credit card. This year they no longer offer a year membership package so I have signed up with YMCA in Williamsport and will let my Planet Fitness membership expire without renewing. YMCA costs more per month, but they offer monthly charges to a credit card, and the extra cost is worth it because they have more options for work outs (racquetball, boxing, water aerobics, regular workout equipment, + more).I would be willing to switch back to Planet Fitness if they change their memberships to allow credit card payments.

PF has given my son and I a place where we can work out together comfortably any time of the day and any day of the year in a nice climate-controlled environment.

The gym in conveniently located for me and clean. they are very slow to repair equipment when there is a issue at times. My biggest con would be the trainers who it seams more than not are just someone who got a job there just to use the gym no other real training. Ive asked for help in the past on how to use a piece of equipment and was given a blatantly BS store till I had enough and called them out on having no clue. So in short if you dont need the trainer aspect of your membership its a nice place.

Love going here. No judgement crowd everyones just there to do their workout. They have massage options total body enhancement and tanning. Alot of diffrent options for diffrent people.
