We have never had an issue with service and they are reasonably priced compared to other disposal services in the area. We have used them for 20 years!

Worst disposal service I have ever had . I recently bought a new house and had to change disposal services because my last one did not service my new area. I have heard there ads on the radio and all they brag about is there customer service. That is the biggest joke I have ever heard . There customer service is the worst thing about them . I called and obtained there service . Then I wasted my time dragging my three garbage cans to the end of the driveway and then back to my house for three weeks . I assumed I was missing them or I had the wrong day. I assumed I was In the wrong because they brag about how great there service and customer service is. Finally I call them to make sure I have the right day or see if I was missing them . Come to find out the first day they came to my house they say a dog barked or scared the garbage or almost bit him. I couldnt get the full story (the truth) out of them. So what do they do? They just decide somehow to not provide service . They dont even call to tell me that or anything . They make me waste my time for three weeks!! An just let my garbage pile up. They say a dog almost bit the guy well then why didnt you call the dog warden, police, me, or anyone . What a joke of a company . Then I ask to speak to the manager or owner. The receptionist tells me that the owner is the one who was the garbage guy and made the decision. Then I ask why they didnt notify me?. She says because they didnt have too. Can you believe that ?? I asked dont they care about there reputation or getting reviews and I was basically told my opinion didnt matter and was Hung up on. Thats fine my opinion may not matter to them . An I could care less what a crappy business thinks of anyones opinion . Be fore warned . All they want is you money and treat you like the garbage . . Poor business practices and ethics . I know anyone can open a business without graduating college. Which I can tell nobody there did. Business management 101!!! Check it out!!! . An dont brag about customer service when you are so far from serving the customers!!
