Im sorry to go against the grain, and leave a poor review, but. . . .I took my computer to LE in December of 2020, after being assured by someone on the phone that, yes they could fix it.. My computer is a Macbook Air 13-inch, which I purchased new, around 2015.It developed a magic cursor, which often moves (NOT controlled or directed by me) several lines above where it should be, and continues writing in the newer position (I am admittedly a poor typist, and look at the keyboard, NOT the screen, while typing. This is not the computers only problem, but its the major malfunction. The LE folks told me it simply needed a cleaning, and should work fine.. It typed with the SAME problem when aI got it home. I next took the computer back there the next month (January of 2021. They told me it needed a cleaning, and should work fine. Guess what, folks,?Same lousy problem. I SHOULD have realized that it they told me it needed a cleaning one month after it had been cleaned (and after I was more careful with it than any mother is of her newborn baby), something was wrong. Okay, the major thing wrong is that its still a bleeping mess, and the cursor pulls the same re-appear-in-a-higher-place-act. This follows four round trips from western Tioga County, PA, of some 160 miles each (good luck finding reliable fixes anywhere nearby for Macs), and my living without a computer for over three weeks.Do I have a right to be peeved? I think so.

Very caring people. The service tech, Tallon, took a look at my MacBook when its screen randomly broke. I also had the Apple Store look at it and I feel Tallons advice was more open & honest. He really knows what hes talking about. Thank you for your help!

Appears have a nice variety of electronics, particularly those dealing with desktop computers, and knowledgeable staff. However due to the nature of computers you should call ahead to ensure they have the exact components you need. Its really great to have a local computer store, especially if you need parts quickly, or professional advice on an issue/component.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Leading Electronics. Ive had them fix computer things over the years & they helped me install a laptop hard drive right in the store. Also had operating systems installed that were too complicated for me to figure out. Helpful employees & lots of useful inventory for sale; accessories, etc. Good business!

Took my old laptop to them and total upgrade was just over 200. I was surprised

The staff here absolutely rule! They are incredibly knowledgeable, eager to help out, quick to answer questions, and have always had the parts I have needed for making a quick repair. The staff made sure I had everything I needed before heading out the door and were happy to offer tips and tricks for getting the job done right. I eagerly await my next visit!

Great place for anything computer/smartphone. You can have you computer (windows/Mac) and cell phone repaired here. The staff is knowledgeable and very fair, they wont try to take advantage of you.

Great shop with tons of electronics and computers. They fixed my iPad, iPod, and hooked me up with a new computer.They also have a vast array of video games from the 90s and early 2000s. Unfortunately the prices dont really line up with current demand.Still, the shop does a great job repairing electronics and is worth a look if youre in the market for a computer, laptop, or gaming console.

Took in my Macbook Pro last summer to have the screen replaced. They did a great job and it is still going strong a year later.

Good customer service but overpriced. Found another place for the same service (laptop fixing) and they charged me $100 less.

Gave them my iPad to look at and I came in the next day to get it back and they said I had to pay $50. They never told me that when I gave it. And all they said was it needed a new screen, which was VERY obvious.

Gave them a simple HDMI port job to replace on my Xbox i got it back and now it wont even turn on
