RUN.... Thats all I can say. Paulette, the woman I encountered today (who was clearly raised my wolves as she has no common decency towards other human beings) was one of the most rude individuals I have ever encountered in my existence. From the moment I walked through the door there was no smile or hello welcome to my dingy, hole in the wall 30 square foot alterations business.Needing a bridesmaids dress altered and straps made, one would think the first think a seamstress would have you do is try on the garment needing altered... No. She apparently thought it was rude of me to ask, well can I try on the dress and have you tack the straps on and hem? How dare I ask a seamstress such a question?! Apparently she is a wizard who expects you to know exactly measurements of how much length you need off and dont dare show her a picture of straps you may need made because apparently she is a wizard who can just throw them together.I suppose its my fault, really. The name of an alterations business alteration DUN-right should have been a red flag in itself. But non the less, I wouldnt trust this lady to alter my cheapest socks.I ending up taking my dress to Levinsons tuxedo & tailoring only a few miles away and I would highly recommend anyone looking for alterations with someone who is pleasant and experienced to go there
