We hired Artisan to do a complete renovation of our kitchen when we bought our new home. Moving into a new house without having the use of a kitchen for our family was not easy. However, Artisan and their contractors worked hard to meet our tight deadline. Dan communicated with us regularly and was on-site through the entire process, ensuring the product was correct and the design was being fulfilled correctly. When unexpected costs came about (due to our old house and the secrets it was hiding in its walls), Dan was helpful in providing options for us to adjust some choices so we could still fit our budget. The finished product was stunning. It was difficult to believe we were standing in the same space as the one before. Dan has an eye for style and unique design. We loved each of his recommendations! Almost two years later and our kitchen remains the focal point of our home and continues to receive compliments from guests. Our kitchen is for dancing and Artisan has provided that special space for our family! Thank you does not seem like enough!

We used Artisan to renovate our kitchen. They were wonderful to work with and came in on time and under budget! The best ideas came from their designer. We love our kitchen so much that we hired them again to create a guest suite in our basement, including kitchenette and bathroom. They worked so well with our contractor that we plan to use them for more bathroom remodels. Thank you Artisan!

Where to begin? Hiring Artisan was truly one of the worst decisions my wife and I ever made. Our island was set 21 from a wall, forcing you to shimmy between the island and wall. This was not true to the layout design, and when confronted, I was told they could move it, but Id have to pay labor. Nevermind 4 of the tiles from the floor we just had installed had to be replaced because their contractors screwed the cabinets down through them. Also, the back panel of the island was damaged beyond repair (new panel had to be installed) when they moved the island to the correct place.Speaking of the island, their contractor also damaged the cabinet when cutting it for our sink. So much so, the counter installer refused to install the counters over fear the cabinet would crumble under the weight and injure our children. We moved a wall, and had Dan here on 3 separate occasions to measure and confirm the placement of the wall, yet we now cant fully open the right door on our refrigerator, due to it hitting the wall ( yes, Dan was aware of the model # & specs of the appliances).Cabinets were hung crooked, and our pantry cabinet had to be replaced immediately. Our base cabinets were attached to the wall with 1, yes 1 screw. After several excuses, and complete lack of ownership, or accountability, we fired Artisan. Only to be left with $20,000+ less in our bank account, and a half finished kitchen.Weve spent the past year looking for a contractor to complete the job, and many were aware of Artisans work, and told me my story isnt unique.Artisan asks clients to post online reviews prior to job completion (Dan asked my wife and I to review them a few times, obviously prior to the mentioned issues).Ive managed to run into other people who have had Artisan do work in their homes, and unfortunately, their experience parallels mine. I only wish I had spoken to them sooner! So now here we are, a year later, paying another $7000 to have another contractor finish/fix things we already paid Artisan to do.Maybe your experience will be different, or maybe Dans library of excuses will be acceptable to you, but I wouldnt recommend Artisan to anyone!

I have used Artisan Kitchen and Bath in remodeling my kitchen and they did a wonderful job! I loved how they helped me in choosing the styles of tile back splash as well as the counter-tops! They are the experts in their field and I trusted their recommendations and I absolutely love the materials and the overall experience.
