I had my hair braided. I doesnt matter what I go in there for, I always get great service, good products, and great customer service. They make my husband and I feel very welcome. My husband and I like to kid and joke around and they laugh right along with us. We have a great rapport with them.

The girl they stuck me with had no idea what she was doing. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted she looked unsure and she didn’t seem like she knew how to operate a pair of scissors. My hair is uneven left the sides way too long and when she used the clippers she took off way too much in the back. She hid it when she styled my hair so I wouldn’t see it. Never going here again. Don’t waste your time or money. Now I have to spend more money to have someone else fix this hack job.

Good place for hair. Brought my daughter by, they were able to squeeze her in right away for a cut that was very needed. Being 10, shes fussy about her hair but they were great with her. Will continue bringing her here for her cuts.

I love coming to holiday hair! I met Linda Whaley probably 4 years ago and I refuse to see anyone else. She is always in a good mood...dancing and singing...my mom and aunt now see her as well. She always does an amazing job and by far one of the fastest at doing foil highlights. I will continue to recommend Linda to all my friends and family!

Took my girlfriend here to have her hair cut and dyed like a style she fell in love with in a picture. She shows the stylist and was given all kinds of excuses on why they couldnt do what she wanted. Then they agree on something and it turned out to be just a dye job that looked terrible and killed her hair. And when she called to make management aware of this, the manager got rude and hung up on her. $100 for a terrible experience. And it happens Everytime she has ever gone to this location. Customer service is not on their agenda.

I will never EVER go there again! had a nightmare experience! the worst experience ever in my life at a salon! 3 hours & money waisted!They dont know what theyre doing!Not only was I extremely so unsatisfied with my experience, I had to pay more on top of that to get my hair fixed.They ruined my day, they ruined my night, they ruined my plans, they ruined my weekend ( my bday weekend), they ruined my hair!!I dont know how these people have a license, they dont know what theyre doing!STAY CLEAR!!

Scheduled an appointment at a location, had a verification and everything. They waited until I got there to cancel and then I couldnt get in at another location even with a few hours notice. I went to another salon completely.

To be honest Im not happy about my hair cause the two colors I had picked out the girl said she didnt have so she picked out another color for my highlights well she didnt even do that right it is only highlighted on top not all through like I asked thatI needed it thinned out cause its really thick she did it a couple of times and that was it and its still really think and when she said she was done I asked you done thinning it out cause it still feels heavy and I need more thinning and she Said if she did anymore it wouldnt look right cause I was getting layers Im very dissatisfied

Had a 330 appointment..walked out at 420...no haircut..when I walked in a 330 only thing she said was that she would be with me in a few minutes..ugh

Amazing!!! I walked in on a Wednesday night, and I only waited a few minutes. I got about six inches taken off my hair, and I showed her the hair that I wanted. She got it on the first try and I’m super satisfied and happy. They all were super talkative and made me feel welcome! Definitely would go again, and I hope that others make the same decision!

Some of the stylists are great and others are terrible. The stylists change frequently as well. If your looking for a quick trim its fine.

Will not return. When I got there, a young girl was sitting on the sidewalk out front. Went in 5 minutes before my appointment, there were 2 employees, neither of whom were doing anyones hair. Was told I would have to wait outside because they were only allowed so many people inside at a time. No way Im waiting outside in 90 degree heat until they took care of the person outside on the sidewalk. Told them no haircut was worth waiting in that kind of heat. Will never recommend this shop again.

95 percent of the time the stylists are talkative and pleasant. sometimes i understand there are reasons someone may not be as bubbly and thats okay as long as they arent nasty. holiday seems to do a descent job for the price. thank you ashley for fitting me in last minute the other day. great job!

The hair dresser I had didnt look to happy to see see me mind ya this hair dresser has done my hair may times before at another holiday hair (ik I wasnt on time to the appointment tho that doesnt mean the hair dresser had the right to do poor work) work was done on Saturday Saturday June 13, 2020 so Ive shower a few times a this is going to be the final look unless i pay to have it fixed, also mind ya I said a few times that i would rebook the appointment when the hair dresser told me their was only 30 mins for my appointment (hair dresser seamed very unsure about doing my hair)

Today was my first time in and I will definitely be returning. Chris was my stylist and she did a great job, I only asked for a trim and she did exactly that and didn’t cut it too short. Everyone there was very friendly. Didn’t have to wait at all and I was just a walk in. Definitely recommend.

Cut just the way I like it. Feeling cute. Might switch from using great clips all the time. I dunno...

Very good hair salon! The hairdressers are so nice and friendly. It’s expensive for getting your hair dyed but the hair cut price is normal. My FAVORITE thing about this hair salon is that you don’t have to schedule an appointment! You can just walk right in!

This is my go to, salon. When my regular person is off, they have always come thru for me.

I went in yesterday 6/5/19. Worst hair cut o my life. I have hair...HAD. Hair to the middle of my back I only asked for a trim to get my ends off. Didnt have her wash it or anything. Easy right? Apparently not! Now it looks like I have 2 different hair cuts one in the from thats short and long in the back. Now I have to go to someone else to get it fixed and more cut off that I didnt want cut in the first place! Bad sevice!!!

I have really long hair like past my hips. For my birthday I wanted to treat myself to a color and foils. When I walked in a lady walked over to me and asked what I wanted. I told her what I wanted and she asked me to turn around and show me how long my hair was. She gave me the price in a with an attitude trying to get me to say never mind. I asked if they were having any specials and she said nope and one of the other stylists said yes they were a 15% off so I had her calculate what price it would be after that. She said only and how much it would be off. Just really tried hard to discourage me to say forget it and walk away. I have had terrible customer service before this too.

So I box dyed my hair black, hug3 mistake, I was getting my hair lightened and I kept telling them the bleach was burning my scalp but the lady kept insisting I wait a few more minutes every time I said something because my hair wasny light enough. Another thing is that it lightened unevenly. She dyed my hair and it was gorgeous.. Only to find out she didnt wash the dye out all the way. And now due to my hair lightening unevenly, the dye is lighter in some sections of my hair then others. And its very noticeable. I paid $200 for a crappy hair due. The only thing I like is how they cut my bangs.

Walk in at 4:01pm and they close at 4:00pm. Just needed a quick trim on they neck. Very rudely got told they were closed even they were doing nothing and taking money from customers at the register. Nice to know people dont want to help others. I asked nicely and got handled rudely. Thanks.

Came here for hair cuts for me and my 4 yr old and her older sister. The lady that cut my hair was nice and all, very pleasant and professional but she was very slow and didnt seem to know what she was doing. My hair is ok, not really what I wanted and she had to fix my 4 yr old hair a few times. The other one had someone else. We waited forever and every other holiday hair I went to usually another hairdresser takes the next person in line. It took almost 2.5 hours for 3 trims. I am not pleased. They need more ppl here who know what they r doing and not make ppl wait forever for hair cuts. Wont be coming back.

Unfortunately I dont like to write bad reviews but I got the worst haircut in my life. I first walked in and had to wait 7 minutes to be waiting on, and after my name was in I still had to wait. The lady cutting my hair was really nice but my haircut was very uneven and I was charged $19 for a mens haircut, never have I paid that with a tip, only if I got my Beard done as well at a barber shop.

Last time i went, i had a bad experience. The hair dresser was a (snappy) guy and he was talking very dirty and sexual with his co workers while he was cutting my hair (talking about sex and licking some body parts), which i dont care if he talks or not if i am getting a good service. And when he was drying my hair, he was so concentrating with conversation that he had his blow dryer on one spot on my head. It was so hot that i jerked my head to the side and then he asked me what was wrong and i answered it was too hot. And he said with very rude attitude why didnt you say so ?. And He was at the counter and neglected me when i walked into the salon and didnt direct me to write my name on waiting list so i ended up spending 1 hour just waiting. That was my last time i will ever go to this place. Never again!!

Great place to go when I can but not often cause they have outrages prices and the woman who work there are snotty not all but some over all great place but not my favorite place.

Hit or miss and I got a big miss. If youre a guy Id recommend not going here. Today my haircut was rushed through, they never offered to wash my hair even though you pay $16 for a Shampoo, cut & style.

Best place for walkins

Went there at 3 pm on a Sunday and they close at 4pm. They refused to cut my daughters hair because one worker was coloring the other workers hair on company time and said we should come back Monday. We all know that will never happen. Horrible business practice.

Had to get my hair fixed somewhere else after they messed it up and still charged me for it. I told them I could see lines in my fade and they said it was just my hair and it will go away after I wash it.It didn’t go away, it was just a bad haircut. Never again.

The hair dresser that did my hair was just snobby and acted like she didnt want to cut my hair, wouldnt even accept my military discount. Will not be going here again.
