I will never go to another tire shop as long as I live here in Williamsport! Tom and his crew solidified that decision yet again for me this weekend!! I arrived promptly for my appointment at 0800 and was met with smiles by Tom and greeted with courtesy. Explained what I wanted and he made sure he understood which was important to me. Total transparency is what I was expecting and thats what I got. Job took what he said it would take and kept me up to date. They went above the and beyond the scope of the job in Williamsport and Im a happy customer! Thanks, Tom!

Upon walking into the facility we were immediately greeted with a big smile by the manager who was very pleasant. Tom took great care of us and gave us the best customer experience anyone could ever ask for. Our vehicle was done in a timely manner, and it will be because of Tom that we will be returning customers.

I was traveling from New York to North Carolina when I got a flat tire in Wiliamsport, PAMr. TIRE was recommended by 2 people near by. The staff was extremely kind, gave quick excellent service and a great tire. They even let my dogs rest inside due to the August heat!! Thank you so much MrTire!!

Dont let them do a wheel alignment for your car. I brought my car in back in January, to get my car aligned, because the dealer messed my alignment up and tried to fix it by just filling up some of my tires to 60 psi instead of the recommended 35 psi. I take my car in, and immediately noticed that my car was pulling to the left the moment I took my car out of this Mr. Tire shop. I ended up checking my tire pressure on the tires on the right side, just to find my right tires to be at 60 psi as well. Lowered the psi to 35 psi all around, just to find that they didnt fix the problem, just attempted to hide it and charge me for it.

I had an appointment for 1:30 today to have inspection and emissions done spoke to them on Sat. When I arrived and spoke to the guy at the desk he tells me Im not in the computer he has no appointment for me.. I specifically had a conversation w the person who took my information a few days prior. I told him I had doubled checked that it was the third street location and the person I was speaking to said yes across from Red lobster. So I didnt mix up where I called. He was unwilling to work me in and made no effort to apologize. Wont call again!!

Replaced my brakes allowing my car to pass inspection. Only took a few hours and I was able to use a coupon. Great service! Tom was very professional.

BEWARE. A female friend went here as a right tire was making an odd noise. They told her she needed 4 new tires and an alignment, like $400. A pretty new car with only about 20k on it. Fortunately didnt have her size in stock and made a future appointment. Issue was a screw in one tire that was easily and cheaply repaired at a different business. Shameful.

My husband uses the Williamsport Mr. Tire location for all of his service needs. Earlier this week, there was a communication and timing issue at the shop that caused us some problems. The shop manager, Tom, jumped into immediate action without hesitation. He took responsibility, was apologetic, incredibly professional, and never made us feel like he wasnt going to remedy the issue. He acted quickly and followed through on all of his promises. Im very impressed by him and we look forward to continuing to use Mr. Tire for our future needs. Thanks, Tom!

My daughters car was having a tire prob but she didn’t know what it was. It was just smelling like burnt tire. She called around to garages and my tire told her they had no prob with her just limping Her car to them so they could check it out for her. Her father and I came down as well and they showed us what the prob was and how they can fix it. She had broken a strut. And it was eating into her tire. They fixed everything. They answered all out questions They were all kind and courteous. We told them we would be recommending them to friends and family.

I was charged $125 to install a battery in my daughters Subaru Forrester! Never have I paid for a charge like this. I got a quote from a battery store in town and they don’t charge for installation. The manager sent my bill and quote from other store so I could be refunded. Been a week and he says still waiting from corporate.... I’ll never go there again!!

First time going to Mr tire. Ordered some tires from tire rack and they were listed as an installer so gave them a try. Tires were delivered on Wednesday and Friday installed, service was prompt and adding other services while there was not an issue. Prices are great and Ill be returning for future maintenance needs.

These guys are the best! I drove over a huge chunk of wood and got a major flat tire. As I was losing air in the tire I pulled right in and they were able to help immediately. They had the exact same tire in stock, and switched it out in no time at all. I highly recommend them!

I went in for a simple oil change. These guys were are great. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be done. Watched these guys deal w/an older gentleman that wasn’t being specific on what he needed done, wasn’t the nicest person. Good job on your patience with him.

Lets talk:I sent my car there off a good review from a local. I heard they were honest, fast, trustworthy, and hard workers. I sent it on a Sunday when they were closed. By the time Id called on Monday, the guy had already pulled it in and started to troubleshoot the problem before Id even told him what had happened. Then he overnighted the part I needed and checked and filled my car with premium parts and lubricants. Because I never anticipate extra good deeds, I was surprised to see a free tire rotation, free antifreeze flush and refill, and brake check.I think the main takeaway here was the honesty and the promise to never lowball their customers. I felt taken care of from the minute I called to the moment I left. I may actually return to this place from where I live (3.5hrs away) just because I trust them that much - that is if my car can make the trip if it needs another repair.Go here.

Ive been there several times already. Prices are reasonable, service is exceptional, and my favorite part is that they do not call you for random stuff about your car. I drop it off for an oil change and they do the oil change. I ask them to look at the brakes and they inspect the brakes and reccomend repairs. Theyve never called me to fix unnecessary stuff like most places do. I highly recommend this team for their excellent work!

Their oil change service is quick, and very reasonable priced. Their knowledge of each vehicle is superb too. Now that I know Red is working here this is the only place I will have my vehicle serviced. He is honest and does not try to upsell services I dont need. When I left I was having issues with my hood. I took it right back and he immediately fixed the issue. My car is getting older and the latch is rusted. If there is a problem he will make it right! Highly recommend!!

Got charged $200 to get my tires balanced and aligned along with an oil change and for them to fix my tire pressure monitor system which they didnt do but still got charged I highly dont recommend this place at all

Awesome service!! I am working out of state and had to drop my truck off before hours and pick up after hours, I just paid over the phone. I needed an alignment after my leveling kit and they not only did a perfect alignment job, they recalibrated my tire sensors that were aftermarket and not working. They also gave me a discount (not sure if they were running a special). Beyond pleased with the service I received from people I never even got to meet. Thank you!

Not what it used to be with Ben & Ryan we’re handling the business. Had a vehicle running rough, just wanted to look over, next thing I get a call while on vacation that my vehicle was fixed. When you do work with calling for authorization ahead, you do not get a second chance in my book.

My car made very bad noise so i took the car to this garage expecting to spend serious dollars to have the problem fixed. The technician was able to fix it by adding some steering fluid which didnt cost me anything. Very honest people. Will definitely go back if need arises in the future.

Great garage to take your vehicle to for repairs or maintenance - give you price quotes ahead if something is found wrong, very fair pricing, great people to talk to - had an issue the other day with my Dodge Ram 4x4 during the below zero cold snap we had recently - when I went to start my truck it hardly wanted to start & I just had a new battery put in by an establishment approx. 3 days prior, code lights came on & stayed on so did a quick scan for codes & found out that my ECM thru a code P0652-lowvoltage called Mr. Tire & talked with Ben Confer & he recommended that I bring the truck to him so he could run a complete diagnostic on it with his computer, long story/he found that the battery that had been installed was not big enough for my truck & recommended another vendor over in South Williamsport to fix my situation & when asked if I owed him anything for his services-Ben smiled and sent me on my way an wished me good luck--GREAT GARAGE & PEOPLE
