I took my van in for a quick no frills oil change before going on a trip. When I picked it up after, I looked over the receipt & paper they give you that shows that they have looked over all your basic vehicle necessities (wiper fluid, brakes, lights, etc).Upon looking at this I noticed something funny. My headlights were marked: Fine. Hmm.... weird. Why weird? Because I have a headlight out and its replacement is sitting inside the van, waiting to be fixed!!!So, if they didnt do something as simple as see if all my lights worked before marking it, then how do I know they checked anything else at all?Just as easy, (and cheaper) to go back to the place Ive been going to for years, but have to make an appointment at. I just wanted convenience and took work vehicles here previously. I wont make that mistake again.

Have never used this Jiffy Lube. I was at the next door restaurant for lunch, and came out to a flat tire. My daughter walked into the Jiffy Lube and ask for help, and 2 employees came over to my car, changed the tire in minutes and were very kind and helpful. I tried to give them money and they refused. I want to publicly thank them for their kindness and help.

My man was so appreciative of the crew here. His oil change didn’t go as plan because the previous place apparently broke the oil pan plug. Without knowledge of it. The crew gave him advice on how to handle the situation & were very generous.

The maintenence and repairs are outstanding. Courteous, friendly employees with excellent prices and labor. Conveniently located with fast check-in and great quality service.

I went to Jiffy Lube on the Golden Strip in Williamsport today for an oil change and state inspection. They were kind and professional. They were very helpful. I had never been there before but I do plan to return. Thank you.

Has to wait 2 hours to get truck serviced. Also my iPad wasnt in my seat after I left. Oil left in my drivers seat and on door and oily hand prints on my fender. Will never go back and will let everyone I can not to go there. When I called about missing IPad they was reviewing camaras and footage before I could get back. I was only 6 miles away. They should have waited until I got back to review cameras.

These guys are great and very professional. They do good work, are always polite and super helpful! Im very satisfied with the services for my vehicle I get here and will continue to come back. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone in the area.

Went for diagnosis told them I just bought the car knowing everything isnt up to pare. First they tell me nothing is wrong then I ask bout the exhaust smell they then yell me I have an oil leak I asked bout the rough idling they told me its nothing rough idling comes from bad spark plugs or wires it seems they didnt check anything till I started to complain and tell them I think they did a lousy job cause at first nothing was wrong till I started asking questions I explained to them I carry a 2 and 4 year old in there thankfully one gentleman offered to take another look at it for me as another gentlemen told the manager he informed him the car stalled out my car has never stalled

I really am on a tight schedule for work so I can only do maintenance for the car on the weekends. I tried Steve Shannon’s and Mr. Tire, both too busy, before resigning myself to Jiffy Lube. They immediately took my keys and pulled my car around. I could hear the communication between all the employees and they work like a well oiled machine. Let me tell you, I love these guys. I have never had a shop actually pull my air filters out to SHOW me, which they did. Gave me my options for oil and future maintenance, and checked out a suspected problem for me when I asked. Didn’t push any extra products or services on me. Everyone was friendly and polite, even held the door open for me. They have absolutely won me over in terms of service and conduct. Never been to one before but I’ll be returning to this location in the future. Thank you guys so much!

The person with red hair and beard was friendly and easy to talk to! He did a great job at making me feel very comfortable. The work was done in a timely fashion, they had knowledge of my vehicle and gave me the information that was need to give my car the best performance as possible.

The staff at the Williamsport Jiffy Lube were the best. I went for an inspection and oil change on a Saturday and they luckily discovered I needed two tires replaced. They told me to come back early a Monday morning and they would work it out. On that Monday, within about 3 hours, they found and got the unique tires my car needs, put them on along with necessary service, did the inspection and emissions test. Everyone was super helpful and pleasant, especially the manager who was fun to talk to in passing time and actually lended me a cell phone charger when my phone was running low. Highly recommend going there for car care.

If I could give it a zero I would! Went in for a inspection and thought might as well have oil changed. After listening to the guys all talk about how clean my older truck was they could not believe there was no rust,leaks or anything on a truck that old. So what I thought was a routine oil change I returned two days later beacause I had oil everywhere under my truck and not only everywhere but now I had an oil leak The manager then pulled it in and cleaned up some of the oil. And said yea sorry it’s an older truck so things are bound to happen. So instead just of the god awful price for the oil change and inspection I then had to turn around and drop another $500 to get the oil leak fixed that the manager chalked it up to an older truck.Very unprofessional place. I will not ever go there again and promise to let everyone I know the about the circus they are running in there!

This place is joke. We only needed a simple oil change, and we were told half an hour. Alright. Fine. An hour and a half later, we asked for an update as we were still waiting. Come to find out they hadnt even started on our car yet, and never bothered to update us. If you dont have an entire day to waste on an oil change, this is not the place for you.

I will never use this place again they are a bunch of criminals went in for an oil change and inspection left with a $550 bill

Nice, quick and convenient if making appointments is difficult for you. Coupons and avoiding the up-sell are my best tips.But one time the mechanic/tech came all the way out to our house after hours to double-check us for a call or plug piece he discovered in his work area just to make sure it did not belong to us.

Price was great for oil change, light bulb change, and we even got some of the stuff our terrible toddlers put on the floor picked up. Im giving a 4 star because there was little space for everyone that was there in the waiting area and some confusion towards the end. While we were waiting for check out another customer who arrived with us stated he had been there for a half hour and not greeted yet. We made sure he was taken care of before we left.

Just went there to have my truck inspected. I gave them my registration and insurance cards; one was the old one and the new one. When I return to get my truck they told me that both of my insurance cards were invalid. Then I go to the truck to get them and the new one is missing. If they didnt want to do the work, just say so. Dont take me insurance card and then tell me you cant inspect it. I will never take another vehicle to Jiffy lube again. And I have been going there for over 15 years.

Employee lost my keys for a time and because of it I got skipped over and had to wait longer. No apologies or even acknowledgement of their mistake. My simple oil change ended up taking over 90 minutes. Wont go back or recommend.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I needed my inspection done, I stopped in...there was 1 car in each spot and I was next. Yet, I waited an hour before they came to me and said my vehicle needed $800+ in work. I said nope not happening. They started listing problems...I told them there was no way bc 3 months prior I had already had those things fixed by my mechanic. Once I said no to their estimate, they got testy and it took another 20 minutes before they rang me up. Needless to say, less than a week later, I had it inspected by my mechanic...only 2 things coincided with jiffy lubes claim. I needed 1 new tire and 1 brake light. Never again. I had to pay for an inspection that they lied about and Ive found in not the only one that has had this experience. I caution anyone that uses them to know your vehicle history so you dont get scammed.

Crazy Great! Very fast service...insanely great prices (btw they vacuum out your car and clean windows free of charge, its part of oil change service)... Could it get better? Yes! Staff was extremely polite (referred to me as maam)and friendly! Coffee in lobby and soda machine outside. Conveniently located near many businesses so getting a quick oil change or inspection while running errands was easy. I always went to Walmart b4...never again! Great service and pricing but the staff are certainly what make this well traveled lady call this the best car service ever!

When I got home I read over the invoice and it listed washing the windows and vacuuming as completed, which was not done so that made me wonder what other items marked completed were not really done. Very disappointing. I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for years.

Come on Jiffy Lube. A brand new truck with 3000 miles and you all fail to put my oil filter on tightly enough. Im driving across country spewing oil everywhere. Luckily I noticed. As you all should know, no oil equals blown motor. That would have been a $30,000 oil change. Tighten up like for real.

I would be careful of going here and getting your car worked on. I spent roughly $2500.00 for tires and repairs to my two cars the day before we moved. I planned on getting it inspected but we had misplaced our registration cards. Since it was still good we just decided to wait till we moved to Williamsport and go get the card replaced and our cars inspected. At the previous garage I asked for them to check, fix while making sure we are ready for state inspection and they pulled me aside and walked me through all the work that needed to be done and did the work for us so our inspection would go as flawless as possible when we moved.We moved and found a Jiffy Lube offering inspections right beside an Olive Garden so we decided to kill two birds with one stone. Horrible decision. First off, they seemed like they had no leadership. We sat in Olive Garden and watched the shift leader and woman (assuming she was a parts person or a customer) flailing their arms back and forth at each other and yelling for an extended period of time. So loud we could hear them at Olive Garden. Some choice words were used and I am very glad our kids didnt pick up on it. Very unprofessional on his part. Very shortly we sat there and watched our car being inspected. I get a phone call from the lead that my first car will not pass inspection. I ask why, I was then told that my breaks were bad and multiple other things needed replaced or tightened. I was given a quote of almost $800. I said I cant do that, I just spent almost $3,000 on repairs to get both cars inspection ready how could this happen? He said the other place was wrong but would give me some deals and discounts that would help lower the price. Also they would pass my car although it needed brakes but they would only last about a month. Now were looking at almost 500 for my car to pass inspection. I didnt know what to do, I had to agree because we needed a car.The second car was then pulled in for inspection and guess what???? It too had the same exact issues as the first. I began to get suspicious about things. I was told that although they were able to squeak my first car by with the bad breaks they could not do it with the other car. That the mm were too low and below state minimum. I couldnt pay for it.. so we had to scrounge the money to pay almost $500 for the first car, but we couldnt afford to make that kind of payment for the second car and had to leave with a failed inspection.They gave me a receipt that had what work was done on both cars, separate receipts and the 2nd car had a list of what needed to be fixed before they would pass it.Here is the kicker..... As I looked at my receipt for the second car, they gauged my brake thickness and wrote that number down on my receipt. Guess what?? That thickness was well above the state minimum. THEY LIED TO ME! They told me that my breaks were below state minimum but then they proceeded to document on my receipt that they were above the minimum.I lost so much money believing these people. I took my car to another garage and they confirmed and showed me that my breaks were fine and above state minimum. I had to pay for another inspection but the new place at least showed me. Now I am getting my first car fixed because it had no issues when I took it into this place but now the brake pads are all messed up and it makes a horrible jolting motion when I brake.As a public speaker, I speak to over 500+ people a week in this area and you can guarantee that this experience will be used in some of my talks about bad leadership, poor service and fraud.

Very convenient and the people are friendly. Sometimes they get carried away with the up selling of other services as all businesses do but they dont pressure you.

I took our family car here to have the oil changed before a long vacation drive the following morning. The staff was friendly and listed the recommended services. I opted to have the tires rotated and air filters replaced in addition to the oil change. I waited for almost an hour which was a surprise considering I arrived early morning within minutes of their business hours. Later, while on vacation my wife commented on a thumping noise and my parents traveling behind us verified what appeared to be a tire wabbling. It turns out the lug nuts were never tightened properly on 2 of the 4 tires!!! Thank God none of the wheels fell off while we were on the highway. I will never take my car to another Jiffy Lube!

I went to get a state inspection done for a 2001 Subaru Outback. They told me the motor mounts were bad and needed replace. They dont do motor mounts at jiffy lube. They didnt charged me for the failed inspection. They were busy the day to took my car there jan/20/18. So I took my car to an other local shop and told them that jiffy lube said the motor mounts were rusted and almost shot. They put the car on the lift and showed me the whole under side of the car the motor mounts looked fine and the transmission mount also looked great the rubber boots for the rack and pinion were bad and one of the rubber boots on the cv axle was torn and needed replaced. I think Jiffy lube saw the 3 to 4 hours of labor it was going to take to do the cv axle and replace the boots and didnt want to do it. I dont know why they had to lie right to my face? I am never using their shop again for anything. Did they think I wouldnt jack up the car and take a look for myself? If they didnt want to do the work just say so also hey it would just as easy to say the boots for the rack and pinion are torn and the driver side cv axle needs replaced its rubble boot is also torn we are busy here today do you know of another shop you could take your car to be worked on.. There will not be a recorded of me having my car at jiffy lube since they didnt charge me for the failed inspection.

I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. “15-20 minutes”. Well, they apparently broke a lug but, didn’t have any more and had to have them brought in. The worst part was hearing “Just 30 minutes” over and over again til they were finally done 2.5 hours later.

I would give 0 stars took my car to get inspected and they told me I needed $900+ work done like no way had it looked over before hand they didnt even show me the estimate I had to request a copy but there computers were down so they said they would write it down there was a whole list of items they didnt even mention as they were talking to me in person at that point I just wanted to pay and leave but I sat for another 45 min after I was handed my keys to be rang out ended up going to a different garage the next day and guess what passed inspection without needing anything I wouldnt recommend ever going there they are just there to rip off there customers!

Experience was okay. They were busy and werent organized enough. They took cars/ customers out of order. Staff didnt have a good idea of ETA until my car was going to be worked on or done. I waited there almost two full hours which is not usually the norm.

Quick, friendly, and even fixed up my fuse for free when I noticed it stopped working after my last visit. These are kind, honest guys who will fix you up so you can be on your way.

Had oil changed they suggested to replace air filter which they did do but never put the breather tube back on also they never put the right amount of oil back in its about two quarts low and I specifically told them not to fill the washer fluid and they filled it any ways will never go their again !!!!!

Expensive, they dont advertise prices until after your already in the shop. Cost me almost $40 for the cheapest oil change.

The only reason I gave it 3 is because the people were very polite, and the service was much quicker than anticipated. ( I got rear brakes and state inspection). But I do not plan on coming back. The prices are set incredibly high and I was misquoted about $200. I only came in because my inspection ran out and I needed it done asap. But trust me neither of my vehicles will see this shop. Id much rather go to a local place whose prices are much more reasonable. Moral of the story....check all other options first and if you have to get your car in today.. then this would be alright
