Got a cracked windshield driving from a rock driving from Florida to Williamsburg. Could get hold of any major auto glass repair chain (everything is a machine and automated) so I called Danny’s Auto Glass and they were great! Quick fix, no hustle, would recommend others to work with it.

I recently went there for an issue with my windshield. There was a miscommunication along the way regarding what was needed, but they were very polite and professional once that was discovered and they made things right. We had previously gone to another one of their locations to have a windshield replaced on another one of our vehicles and they did a great job with that as well. Had an excellent experience getting my windshield replaced with Dannys Auto Glass & Mirror. I had a crack in my windshield that kept growing every time I took my car out so I needed it repaired ASAP - I called before 9:00 AM and they had an appointment booked for me at 1:00 PM. They even did a conference call with my insurance company to verify the insurance details. Very fast, friendly, and fair service!

Walked in at 8am to order a cash windshield replacement. They got back to me by 9:30am with the windshield sourced and options for same day replacement. By 9am the next morning, the replacement was complete. They did a beautiful job transferring my inspection and toll pass to the new glass. I couldnt ask for better service. Thanks guys!!

Excellent service. Good prices. I dropped off a glass faced door that had been broken and was told it would be 5 days or so until I could pick it up, but it was ready in two and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

2017 Ford Edge Sport with cracked windshield. Had new windshield installed. The work they do is exceptional. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Did not need camera calibrated like other competitors claimed. The lane assist works flawlessly just as before. Give these guys a try vice Safelite. I’ve dwelt with Safelite and never again after finding this place. You won’t be sorry. Military discount as well.

I have been using Dannys for years. They are much more personable and attentive than the big name glass companies. I would much rather give my money to the mom and pop places that care about my business.

Needed a sweep for my glass shower door. After going to Home Depot, Lowes and Ferguson with no help, I was referred to Danny’s. Because the shower is a little unique, they worked with me to ask all the right questions, look at pictures, offer solutions, etc. all to sell me a $12.95 piece of plastic sweep. The customer service was A+ and Kelly at the Williamsburg office was awesome!! Would not hesitate to count on them when I’m ready to do some more serious work!

Excellent customer service. I was referred from Lowe’s to get mirror cut for a project and I’m very satisfied.

Recently had my windshield replaced, the company was helpful and worked with me to source desired glass manufacturer. After I arrived home I noticed the 30 min urethane adhesive was still wet and smeared up and down the car paint in the side groves of the windshield. I also found the rear view mirror to have wires hanging out of the headliner and not properly concealed after reinstallation on the new windshield. The interior dash was covered in dirt & debri after delivery. The wet urethane was quite concerning, the drive away time is no joke and should be properly followed. Modern cars use the windshield as a backsplash when deploying the passenger airbag. If you are allowed to leave with wet urethane and you get in an accident your windshield could be popped out of the frame and the airbag could deploy improperly. Very friendly staff but with a lack of attention to detail unfortunately.

Went to this location to get some work done to my car windshield and overheard the guy at the desk (Mark?) say some disturbing things to one of his black employees. I felt bad for the guy as he was trying hard to do his job. New guy I guess.People of color and different ethnic backgrounds BEWARE! The guy seems nice on the surface as I have went there before but hes racist. Definitely lost my business!

I called to schedule an appointment to get a clip filled in my windshield and spoke to Mark. I was told that I needed and appointment and that there was no availability until Monday (today is Thursday). When I asked to make an appointment for Monday Mark told me to just come in anytime on Monday. My question, If I didnt need an appointment for Monday, why did I need one for today?? I have always used Dannys Glass in the past, but at the Gloucester location. It looks like that it is time for me to find a new glass company. I am very disappointed.

After weeks worth of stress about my windshield needing to be replace (which would cost around $280), I went to Dannys Glass. I explained that my rearview mirror took a chunk of glass out of my windshield so Id need to replace the windshield and put my rearview mirror back up. He took a look and told me that I wouldnt need to replace my windshield and that he could just stick my mirror back on. Not only did he put it back on my windshield, he made sure it was plugged in and working! When he was finished I asked how much I owed him, he said it was free of charge! Not only did I save over $200, but be the service was great. The lady at the front desk gave me future tips on auto glass dos and donts.Overall, Dannys Glass was a HUGE BLESSING! I highly recommend going here: service is great and they arent like other auto places trying to trick you out of a money.

Worst place for any kind of glass.....rip off....had to glass tops made, the did even polish my edges. I brought a piece of glass in to see in they could cut it, I was told no, when I picked up my bad tops, I was told they no longer had my piece I brought in.....stay away...............buyer beware
