Update!!!This shady company has gotten even worse! After terminating service a month ago, their driver says he was trespassing on my property and got bit by my dog. They are completely dishonest, unreliable, and have been VIOLENT towards our livestock guardian dogs.I will definitely be reporting this company. I’m the meantime, let me save you the hassle of dealing with horrible human beings: RUN DONT WALK from this company!This company would skip days and then call me a liar when I’d call to remind them. They are terrified of all dogs, no matter how calm and literally hit my dogs with the trash cans in a clear case of abuse. We agreed to lock out livestock guardian dogs up half a day on Tuesday since they were unbelievable and unreasonably scared. They still wouldn’t stick to a schedule and would show up ranting and cursing even at my small children because the dogs were on property at a time he wasn’t even supposed to be on proberty. He used profanity and quit mid job and made his poor elderly cousin woman come finish emptying his bin. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!

Have used Suburban since 1970. What wonderful people. They really take care of their customers and are so very responsive. Come to your door and always leave the area clean. Thankful for them!

These guys are the best in town, hands down! Their service is always on time and the gentlemen that service our neighborhood are so nice. Last week, I forgot to put my trash can out on the curb. The day of service, they noticed my can was not out, drove their truck down my driveway (my driveway is about 100 yards long...), and PICKED UP MY TRASH CAN from beside my house to empty it in their truck. That is simply amazing. Cant get that service with any other company. The best in town!

After repeated issues with a larger company, we decided to support our local company, Suburban Disposal. Best decision and wish Id made the change much earlier. The office staff is always friendly and professional. And, the pick-up service is always on time without issues. Thanks Suburban!

We have used this locally operated company for over 25 years. Never a problem, alway responsive and helpful. . Not one of the big boys

If I could rate it zero, I would. I wanted to use a local business, rather than a big out of town conglomerate, and at the beginning, they were less expensive. The problems began right away. They sent me ther nastiest lookin trash container in the neighborhood. Many neighbors use them, all of them were clean. Mine was marked up with white gang signs, etc, and looked like the side of a building in the Bronx. Then, they began raising the price (Im single and many weeks I dont even have enough trash to put out), so now, Im getting a bill for $32 ! I set up an automatic payment with my bank immediately, and still have had to call numerous times about bills that tried to charge me double for the services. I would stay away from them. They clearly dont know how to run a business.

I have used Surburba disposal for over 20 years. They are professional, courteous and prompt! I would highly recommend this disposal comapny for anyone who is on the fence line. Anyone...from out of state and new to the area... anyone who is dissatisified with their garbage pick up or just want to switch for any other reason!Also, more importantly, they have reasonable rates!Thank-you Suburban for being there for me and our family!

Pick up is on time. Relationship is easy going and they will do extras for the right price.
