Bill and Ashley utterly failed to fulfill a very simple print order request on a Saturday, and theyre closed on Sunday. After sending a document through email (with such clear instructions Im certain a child couldve understood them), and multiple sessions of phone tag, I was told that the person responsible for printing went home before printing the same-day order...which was placed at 11am. Stay away if you have any kind of time-sensitive printing needs.
Do not ship from this place. Spent 33 dollars plus tax last Friday to ship paperwork from Williamsburg to Raleigh North Carolina. Paid extra to assure paperwork was there Monday morning. Still have not seen mail and when I went into location where I paid and sent paperwork they said they could not help me and that I needed to call the 1800 number. Called them and they said it would be a few more days. How do these people stay in business when they over charge you and can’t even tell me when package will arrive. Tracking number still says pending after 4 days. I paid for overnight. Never Again.

This location offers a two day delivery rate that cannot be guaranteed, however for “double the price”, they will guarantee it. However, When my package arrived 2 weeks later than expected, I called this location for a refund. They told me to contact customer service. Customer service says they have suspended refunds and that the store should have never guaranteed any rate. Additionally, they sent me a bill saying I never paid! In what history does anyone get an individual package shipped from FedEx without payment up front?
FedEx unreliable, unorganized, unprofessional. Smh all around disappointment with no help and updates. Last time ever using or even trying to recommend.
This location is hit or miss. Ive had some great experiences with the people working there; extremely helpful and pleasant and want to solve your problems. Or, you have the person who is rude and annoyed that they need to be there at all. Its a bummer because I have to use this store for a bunch of stuff and I never know who Im going to get.

Had a wonderful experience with a young woman named Unique. She was incredibly helpful assisting me print my resume on resume paper for an interview I had. She was very kind, professional, and fast. I appreciate this store’s quality customer service-people notice. Keep it up!
Fed Ex is a terrible organization if there is the slightest glitch (on their end!) and not be able to work it out! Fed Ex was supposed to deliver a package to us and it had a delay of a couple of days. We were going out of town in the day they said they could finally deliver it. We asked them to vacation hold it and then deliver it when we got back. They said ok. We later find out it’s at a facility where it can’t be redelivered to us, but we have to pick it up. It’s 2 dining room chairs— we can’t pick it up! This is what Fed Ex is supposed to do! After being on the phone with sever people, over a few days, they still can’t authorize it to be picked up from their facility to get it to our house. I will NEVER use Fed Ex again. Never
Bill was extremely polite and helpful over the phone. When I came into the store, Michael was able to walk me through the process and getting me the products I needed within a matter of minutes! I had specific measurement and material needs and they were able to meet all of them. I will definitely utilize them again in the future for custom projects.
Unique and Bill were excellent. Very helpful and super nice! The staff is willing to help their customers and go out of their way to solve your problems efficiently and without breaking the bank. Would definitely recommend!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Im a local reptile breeder in VA and have been overly disappointed with how are reptiles have been handled. We had a FedEx lady drop a box off to our customer upside down. It doesnt take any common sense to realize what arrows pointing up means. We yet again just shipped out 2 packages Tuesday. One box had 2 reptiles in it and the other package with just one. They went to two different places and now we are getting complaints that our reptiles that we sent out perfectly healthy have large bumps on their backs. The FedEx employees where we drop off our packages too also said that the ones who work in the shipping department are very rough with the packages and do not care at all how they are handled. Do not trust them with your animals!!!!! We will be searching for a different shipping method until this horrible service is corrected!
HORRIBLE.The most RUDE people I have ever dealt with in my entire life.Heres the story:I landed a huge job for a new high-end hotel in another country - Im a decor product designer - so I needed my 45 pieces shipped to Hong Kong. I went online to get a quote for the package and was quoted roughly $235. I went into the store to double check this and pick up a box. I was quoted $418 and $488 for the SAME SERVICE. I was told if I take the package to a shipping hub it would be cheaper and to call the number on the bottom of my receipt from the box to ask.I called the number and was told this is incorrect. I was also quoted according to the box that I could either choose a smaller box and my price would be $255 or I could continue with the box I purchased for $263. FedEx Corporate called this location and corrected them. I told FedEx Corp what they quoted me in the store and they said it was wrong and to go back.I went back and the man was extremely rude and wanted to know what I wanted. I begin to tell him nicely what I was told and he stopped me and said FedEx called and yelled at them and that they were wrong. And I began to try to tell him about the price discrepancy, in which he began talking over me so I began talking over him. With the manager standing right there not saying a word and just looking at me.I simply wanted to know why there was such a huge $200+ difference in prices that I was being told from them, from the computer, and directly from FedEx and he said You bring your stuff in here, you put it on the scale, and what it says is what it is and Im not calling corporate because theyre wrong and dont know what theyre talking about or have any control over what I do here on this machine(the scale/computer). I grabbed my things and walked out.Theyre ignorant and rude. You can kiss that $488 shipping fee goodbye and and future business from me. Id rather buy a plane ticket and take the products there myself.USPS is shipping faster than FedEx for $178. Enjoy that.
They are courteous, respectful, assist customers as each one comes along to their best of their ability. I had a LAST second job that we needed that day and I called Luke and he to complete care of it. The employees there went above and beyond for us and I am EXTREMELY grateful for the effort that they gave. I would highly recommend this FedEx Office. Thanks again guys!

Pricey but all-inclusive services for your packaging needs and more, always better and cheaper than UPS and USPS! Only lost a star due to expensive rates and too many new employees....
Worst service ever. 50/50 thats the rate of how lucky you are and they ship your product. I just left the store because printer didnt print the label. When I sayed that it should work thats the exact answer I got 50/50 good job fedex your days are counted
Absolute rudest so-called customer service representative Ive ever encountered. He was entirely useless (gave me the tracking number the website already emailed me) and hung up on me. This location was supposed to hold my package but it is currently still riding around on a truck.
I must agree that the people here are not nice. they act as if they are doing you a favor. occasionally you may get a nice person but i have learned to drive across town to ship my fed ex packages. they also tried to sell me a box when i clearly had my own super duper box that the machine was shipped in to begin with. I think they must pocket the money! I went to another fed ex store and the cost was half of what they quoted. either they do not know what htey are doing or there is something fishy going on there!
I hardly write online reviews but this is one of them.I trusted this place. Customer service at the location is very nice. After the package is taken at this location and I paid for it, they lost my package. No proper communication after that. I cannot trust Fedexany more.
I often do prelabeled shipments off for work and Bill ALWAYS gets me in and out super quick when if he is juggling 2 or 3 other things. As soon as he sees its a prelabeled drop off he takes care if it immediately to keep you from waiting! Thanks FedEx!!!

HORRIBLE!!I use FEDEX weekly and I will write to corporate. The guy was on the phone handling something work related when he started to help me then he proceeded with the phone call and I was waiting. The girl that works there (Afro american with braids. Glasses black color)was NEXT to me and she was FLIRTING with the FEDEX delivery guy!!!If you do not like your job it is time to change. If you are LAZY you shouldnt work at FEDEX!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. In addition to print a 4 page pdf, takes at least 5 min and charges you $5. In any another place I could print that in less than a min.
