My iPhone needed a glass cover replacement, brought it here and in just 30 minutes I had it returned to me. A few weeks later the bottom half of phone was nor making contact with numbers. I brought back phone to see if they could look at and repair. They did and without any pushback, glass was still under warranty due to purchase of the premium version. So glad I did. Cracked the screen of my less than 1 yr old Samsung Galaxy A51(the Verizon version). Some companies refused to touch it. Mr. FIX It said No problem. Chris took care of me right from the start and accommodated all of my needs. Worked with me with pricing and was even able to retrieve my data from a completely water damaged phone! I also learned that if your phone is water damaged or believe it to be water damaged, DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT ON. Bring it to him before you do so. It will kill it completely if water gets to the mother board. Highly recommend to all.

When my cracked iPhone 8 screen finally started leaving chunks of glass in my pocket, I decided it was time to get it fixed. Ive replaced screens before, but as long as Im near Powered By Tech Ill never try to go it alone. I stopped in without calling ahead and was immediately greeted by a very professional and helpful staff member. He quoted me a price and told me my phone would be ready in one hour. When I returned my phone was ready to go with a brand new screen that has worked perfectly for the past month. They have a good warranty on their work and I wont hesitate to bring other electronics here when I need them worked on. Great customer service and professional work!

Called Mr Fix about repairing my Samsung Note 8 cracked screen. Although they had to order the replacement, I was able to go to the store a couple of days later and had the phone repaired within a couple of hours. The store location is conveniently located on Mooretown Road, near Big Lots and Ross stores. They follow social distancing rules. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable.

Gave him a call, told him my condition and told me how to fix it over the phone, free of charge! I did exactly what he said to do and so far no problems. Whenever I have another problem, definitely calling this dude up. Hes legit.

Repair guy was extremely helpful in providing directions on how to find and purchase the necessary hardware prior to the service call. At the service call, he was efficient and thorough; additionally, he shared his knowledge of what he was doing and how I might care for my Mac.
