Wow, what a terrible store. I recently moved here about a year ago and purchased home. Previous chains had remarkable customer service back in my home state. This store however must be the lowest ranked store in their fleet. Terrible phone service, delivery, and no contractors? Ive had 2 separate appliance deliveries and both with serious issues waiting for them to be delivered. The only thing saving this store is the lower prices of course, but good luck finding someone who knows what they are talking about.

Worst experience ever! Purchased new flooring for our kitchen and living room last year. All of the materials were not shipped at the same time and we received items we did not even order. The subcontractors arrived late and never completed the job because they did not have all of the materials needed due to the issue with shipping. Pieces arrived almost a month after the job was finished. Never had the trim or details completed. Had a horrible time trying to return the items that we didnt order. It seemed like the entire customer service department was clueless and did not know how to handle our issue.Also, do not get Pergo Max flooring if you have an elderly dog. Its marketed for large dogs but ours is slipping and sliding all over it. We had to put area rugs all over to prevent her from breaking a hip.
