Beware. They charged me 2 days for a truck I had one day. They also have bad hours. Very sketchy place. I would strongly recommend using any other place.

Avoid this scam- Reserved and paid for a 16 foot truck and I even got an email titled reservation confirmation. When I got to the rental office they told me the only thing they had was a 12 foot truck and that the money I paid for the rental was only a hold and they dont honor their reservations because they can change them whenever they want without notice. I couldnt fit everything in a 12 foot truck so I ended up having to rent a second truck, which was another $250 with gas. Budget offered me $15 to compensate for the different size truck and told me they can change my reservation at anytime without notice, but if I want to change a reservation I would have had to give them 48 hours notice. Filed a complaint with the BBB. I would use any other truck rental business over Budget in the future. Complete scam.

Charles, the rental agent, is extremely unprofessional. Becomes hostile when you extend your rental. Location charged $75 as a cleaning fee for vacuuming the car. I used to work for Avis competitor. Thats not acceptable. Never again. Youd think a location with all their competitors literally steps away wouldnt try these games. However, Charles does it.

Very pleasant experience at the budget truck rental. Charles was very helpful and explained everything to us In Details. Overall great experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for truck. Also, truck was cheaper than Uhaul, so a win win.

I rented a 16 footer with a tow dolly for a move from PA to GA. There was something that happened with my reservation, but they quickly got it resolved and I was on the road in no time! Truck was in good shape and rode great. The gas was around $250 for a 850 mile trip.
