My son loves Dr. Joseph! He’s only 7 but he knows If he has a problem with his teeth Dr Joseph will help him out. It’s a relief as a parent to not have your child scared of the people who are supposed to help him. The office staff extremely nice & accommodating. We would not go anywhere else. 10/10

Great experience! For me and both of my girls. Having a toddler I thought it was going to be uncomfortable for her, but they made both of my girls feel so comfortable and provided my toddler with cartoons and they both did great! I received a lot of great information and everyone was so kind and nice! I’m so glad I found this dentist office, and I highly recommend them to anyone! 🤗

Im am almost 50 years old, raised two children and i have been to my share of dentists. I am also a head and neck cancer survivor. I became a patient of Dr Joseph during my cancer treatments. I had radiation treatments to my face which left my mouth a total wreck. I could not even brush my teeth for months. When i came to Dr Joseph i had over 20 cavities and radiation damaged teeth. Over the years Dr Joseph and her staff were able to carefully and skillfully put my mouth back together. This Dr and her staff are truly the most caring, compassionate, professional, skilled and friendly that Ive experienced in all my years. VERY good with children as well! I recommend her to everyone and many of my family members also are patients. BEST dentist in NEPA!!! ❤

Dr. Joseph and her staff are wonderful! They’ve been more than accommodating and patient during this whole pandemic. The office has been pristine each time I’ve gone, they’ve spaced out their appointments wonderfully so that you’re never in a crowded waiting room. I recently had a root canal and let me tell you - I didn’t feel a thing! I don’t want to make this sound like a fake review but I highly recommend her office to anyone who’s had prior horror stories with other dentists.

A wonderful practice, owned by an a passion driven, dedicated, family orientated, amazing female dentist! Doctor Elizabeth took me in as a new patient immediately at 7pm when I was in pain so terrible I spent hours sobbing and not one dentist, not even my family dentist would see me because they didn’t have time(I’ve called over twenty dentist even one two hours away)! She is the most kind, caring, gentle dentist that I have ever met in my life and I myself am a dental assistant furthering my education to become an oral surgeon & out of all the dentists I’ve worked side by side with, not one can compete with her compassion and love for what she does and her endless effort to help her patient in need of urgent oral care! She is brilliant and her staff is as well! She has an amazing team just as dedicated and caring as herself! I’ve never once felt pain while under her care, and I’ve never felt out of place in her practice as a person! I look forward to every visit and sent every one of my family members to her since my first visit two months ago when she took me in! Let me start out by saying, like many of us, I am terrified (or even scared half to death) of going to the dentist and I always have been. Dr. Joseph is fantastic, though, as is every member of her team with whom I’ve interacted. Even though, I’m not gonna lie, I’m still pretty horrified of the whole dentist/dental experience, Dr. Joseph has cultivated an atmosphere that makes seeing the dentist a much better experience than at ANY other dentist I’ve utilized in the past. I hope to never need another dentist again!

Dr. Joseph is very kind and friendly. My son is handicapped; he as a child had a phobia of needles. Dr. Joseph was the first doctor that my son allowed, and felt comfortable with the use of a needle to numb a tooth for a cavity to be filled. But the experience of positivity doesnt stop with the doctor, she has a staff that is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything time i have ever walked into the office i have been welcomed with a smile. I am always aware of what is covered within the insurance, and what isnt. There is no surprises with billing. The dental hygienists are very thorough; they make sure you leave with sparkling teeth. The dental assistant is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You cant gather a better group of professionals and design a practice as functional and friendly as this dentistry.

Chevy was only 5 years old and they were so fantastic and patience. I would diffently recommend them. After we left their she was telling everyone she went to the dentist

I have had great experiences at this office. All of the current staff is great. My three year old had a good experience there. I have heard some stories about unfavorable experiences there. But there are two sides to every story.

Never did I ever like a dentist. Did everything I could to get out of going. My experience with them was horrifying. One day I needed to see one. Ugg!!!. I get this appt. I tell them straight up how I feel. They were hoping to change that. They did just that. Nothing but good things from my mouth can I say. She is great.😁. I will keep returning. The staff and the doctor were all very considerate and concerned about my well being with the wisdom tooth issues. They gave me information on how to take care of my issue until I can see an oral surgeon, whe oh they gave me information who yo contact.

The secretarys like to fill their space up with loud infants as of it were a daycare, and not their job. Kicked me and my son out because I asked to go back with him while his tooth was being pulled. He has an anxiety disorder, and instead of allowing me to calmly speak to the dentist they forced my son go sit in the waiting area while the assistant yelled at me for being a caring mother ALL WHILE MY SOM WAS CRYING AMD CURDLED UP ON THE COUCH. I was also turned away my very first (and only) appointment a couple years back without reason. I and other believe that this place is RACIALLY BIAS.⭐️ Your response to my review is a lie and I have other previous patients that can attest to the environment of that office. The entire event was recorded on my cellphone. if you would like me to take it to the news stations as I stated in the office, or make it go viral I would love to do so. Have several seats before you really embarrass yourself, and staff.

I just love the work Dr. Elizabeth A. Joseph did for me I had a very bad experience with another dentist who could not fix my lower dentures and when I came to Dr. Joseph’s office she she took a look at my jaw line and said she would try and fix them she did her best and they did work she reline them and when I used denture paste they stayed in for me and she had me come back a couple times just to make sure that my dentures fit perfectly now I have no problem keeping them in so thank you Dr. Elizabeth A. Joseph for fixing my smile

She goes over everything with you before she does any work and make sure you understand. She take her time while she is working on your teeth. Its a very clam and inviting atmosphere at her office. My 8yr old daughter had a great experience with Dr. Joseph. Usually children are scared to go to the dentist, but she made her feel comfortable. I love the fact that the children go to the back alone to build up trust with her so they won’t be scared. My daughter is looking forward to her next visit....Great job!!!

My son absolutely loves Dr. Joseph. The predominantly male pediatric dentists in the area all suggested putting my 4 year old under sedation at the hospital to fix a minor surface cavity on his baby tooth. Dr. Joseph welcomed him and was able to take care of it in 20 min right in the office with no issues at all. He came out with a toy and is no longer afraid of the dentist! We changed our insurance plan to be able to keep him in her practice. Would definitely recommend this office, particularly if you are getting recommendations for outlandish procedures by other dentists in the area.

Elizabeth is a very efficient & calm dentist. Since I had a horrible experience as a teenager I am the not easiest person to deal with. The entire staff is very friendly and kind. The office manager/dental assistant Kimberly was very helpful on insurance matters. Would definitely recommend!

Took my daughter there. She was getting ready to drill her tooth and instead of concentrating on my daughter she was to busy talking and watching TV that she didnt have the drill on lock it flew of and went down my daughters throat. She had to have emergency surgery to remove it. She could have done serious damage to my daughters throat.And my other daughter she fixed her front tooth and after about 2 hrs I had to rush her back to the dentist because my daughters face was swollen and infected.I wouldnt take my cat to that place!

I just want to say that the whole staff is AMAZING.I had to have 3 teeth pulled and I didnt feel a thing.They made sure I was comfortable during the whole process and I couldnt be happier. I love Dr. Joseph. She is a great dentist. Her hygienists, dental assistants, and secretary are all so nice. One great thing about her office is its open two nights a week and i have never waited more than 10 minutes at her office. Last year I had some tooth pain and Dr. Joseph worked with me and a specialist to get everything figured out. She is seriously the best. She even has reasonable prices if you dont have insurance! Amazing office... everyone is so kind and welcoming. I had an emergency at 6:30 pm where I needed an orthodontist wire cut off because half of it came loose. They got me in before closing AND cleaned my teeth like a routine visit. I am so grateful for their generosity. I’d recommend them to anyone!

These are beyond amazing people. I came from a place for my child that had just looked her as a dollar sign!!!! They were willing to destroy her teeth for money in their pockets. Going to Dr. Josephs office was like walking into a family home. Warm, welcoming and caring. Looked at my child as a child not money. One of my other children were worried her first visit with her. But her first experience at a dentist was horrible. When she heard her name she went running!!! Wanted to know when she could go back!!! And for that I would tell anyone to go there!!

Dr. Joseph is truly amazing. She got me in the same day and took care of my severely infected tooth. If it wasnt for her i never wouldve made it on my vacation. Id recommend this place to anybody . She truly cares about the patient. A++++++++

I had my first visit today with the office after not going to the dentist for 9 years (I never liked going). I had an extremely pleasant experience and will make sure to keep up on my every 6 month appointments. The staff is extremely friendly, everyone is very professional and patient. The doctor and her assistant were very thorough with my teeth and made sure to go over any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Satisfied is hardly the adjective I would use to describe my dentist and her office - I feel that satisfied is not a powerful enough term - The word fulfilled would be better suited for this impeccable operation. From the sunny warmth you feel when you walk in to the office and talk to the office manager right through your non-judgmental dental exam - the whole experience made me forget the phrase oh man I have to go to the dentist and switch it to hey, I get to go to the dentist, should be a fulfilling day. Quite honestly I wish I could get monthly dental exams because thats how happy I am with Dr. Joseph.

First visit was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The technician was patient and gentle, in working with my extreme gag reflex. Dr. Joseph was more than accommodating to my particular situation. I will definately be making this my new dentist office. I cant recommend them highly enough.

If I could give less stars I would! Receptionist was nice and pleasant; however, Elizabeth A Joseph needs to take a class on the way she speaks to patients. She has an issue with Foster children and refused to treat my Foster son. She doesnt understand the law and that foster parents have the right to ensure their children get routine care. But maybe she considers routine visits at her office abrasive. If she works the way she speaks.....

A molar that Dr. Joseph had extended the life on for me several times finally crumbled apart while I was flossing one evening. I was not experiencing any pain and she scheduled me 2 days later for a new crown. I was in and out under an hour with a temporary crown and the permanent one to arrive in a week or so. Thank you Dr. Joseph and staff for your skillful dentistry and up to date technology.

Dr.Joseph and her staff are wonderful. I recently had really bad mouth pain which was an abscess. thats no fun at all but I was able to get in quick to have it looked at and was prescribed medicine that made the pain go away.I was highly afraid to go to the dentist but since I have been going to Dr. Joseph, Im alot less scared now and I am more motivated to take better care of my dental hygiene.
