Its Larry from Pa Party Rental, not sure how to respond individually to our reviews so I am posting this. We want to thank the hundreds of satisfied customers we have helped this year despite some challenging hurdles. We attempt to answer all calls and book everyone who calls. We have been a little late on 2 occasions but always before party time. The reviews with the young delivery people who were unprofessional was taken to heart and we unfortunately had to dismiss them from our service. We have apologized to the customers involved. As for the other business who we bought some items from, we did owe them an additional $50 as they stated, however we lost their phone number that day in the dozens of calls we receive each day. We welcome them to call us back if they read this posting and we will settle up with them. As for the phone conversation they say we had where I supposedly swore at them, that ABSOLUTEY did not take place and we are extremely disappointed that someone that was formally in our industry would lie about a phone call that did not take place to downgrade our business. SHAME on you for lying!!! Once again we want to thank the hundreds of customers who we have served this extremely busy season!!!

I see some bad reviews here. Well in my opinion they deserve a 5 star rating. I called these guys last minute and they absolutely saved my nephews/4th of July party. Im happy I found them and wont deal with anyone else. They have alot of party supplies and we all had had great time with the bounce house. Thank you guys so much. Please stay in business forever. You dont know how much I appreciate you guys.

Best costumer service ever! another rental place canceled on me last minute the day of the party so i called PA Party Rental and they came within the hour

I should give zero stars. Firstly they popped up 2 days before the party with half of my delivery ( didn’t let me know at all got a call they were 5 min away) Now it is the day of the party it is at 2pm and it is 1pm and there are no tables and I cannot get an ETA. Please do not rent from here

Probably the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. They showed up the day before when I was told they were supposed to delivered the day of. Very unprofessional young punk setting up everything while his girlfriend was sleeping in the truck with her feet hanging out of the window in the backyard. I called them and ask them why they delivered it the day before the young kid started yelling at me and then told me to go F myself and hung up the phone.

We sold this company some equipment from our business. He was $50 short and promised to return on another day. Now 3 weeks later in the phone yells us to f*** ourselves. Hes a crook. Be warned
