I came in at 3:40pm on a Sunday to see if hey could change my oil, I wasnt sure if I would have enough time considering they close a 4pm but the gentleman working they were happy to help they had me pull right in and changed my oil, the filter, and checked all my fluids to make sure they were good as well and I was done by 3:55pm. I really appreciated all their help they were all very nice and helpful. I would recommend going here to anyone theyre great!!!

I have never paid more than $40 for an oil change anywhere before. They did not tell me the price until the oil change was finished. The total was $87 WITH an $8 off coupon! I’m pretty sure they took advantage of having a young woman and used the highest quality products to jack the price up. Not to mention them making fun of the people in the car next to me, causing them to leave without service. Will not be returning.

No wait time as there are three aisles of maintenance lots available. and they are doing courtesy checks. we will get good deals on oil Change in Groupon. try to find Oil change coupons on Groupon.com. only drawback is they are giving warranty on oil change only for three thousand miles whereas other hops will give five thousand miles. think wisely.

Staff amazing they were really kind and they helped us with our car getting an oil change. I do have to say though that they try and Market other products to you when youre getting your oil change like new carburetors or new coolant. We were confused on resetting the alert for new fuel levels and one of the staff members was very kind and helped us reset it. I would definitely recommend coming here but if you dont need any of the things that they try to Market to you dont buy them.

The young man, whose name I didnt see, was very polite and helpful. He checked the fluids and replaced the air filter and changed the oil on my daughters Tucson. The price was higher than expected but the experience was great.

Stopped in for just an oil change. Being a younger female I’m always worried when it comes to car stuff that men will attempt to swindle me. They were very respectful, didn’t push anything on me and even noticed I needed windshield washer fluid due to the light on my dash. The guy helping me also reset my maintenance required light. It may be small gestures but it made a huge difference. I was there 15 mins max. Will definitely go back.

Went here for an oil change before a long trip. Very friendly and professional. Jeremy went above and beyond to help make sure my Durango was in perfect condition for my long trip next week. He changed oil, inspected my vehicle for anything else that may have needed attention. He was extremely helpful and very interested in my concerns. Jeremy went out of his way to ensure my vehicle was ready to go. Even helped with my hood latch problem so the hood now closes and stays closed. I will definitely be back again.

Good bunch of guys, fast and do a great job

Well to be honest this place was amazing the guys in there having a blast at work something you dont see everyday. The Assistant manager Eric helped me and my girlfriend out changed everything that needed to be changed but also asked 1st which even better. He also tried fixing our passenger side tail light but unfortunately he couldnt but he tried and explained to us that is something he has never seen I said me neither and he loves jeeps. By the way we got it fixed and still appreciate your help but from now on we will be getting our oil change here at Valvoline in Wilkes-barre because you guys are awesome and very helpful and I like the fact that you guys enjoy what you do at work keep up the great work. I was in the Spring Street Wilkes-Barre locatoin on Saturday, Feb. 15 - had service between about 11:15 and 11 45.. I was greeted by Chris, who was a manager. He was very professional . Answered all my questions. Explained to me everything he was doing. My headlight was out and he asked me if wanted it fixed. and fixed it for me. Also fixed my licene plate light...It was professional, kind and courterous. Knew what he was doing. . This is my second time coming to this location - and the last time I was treated the same way by a employee (cant remember his name.) I hope Chris is told about what a great job he is doing!

Yeah ripped me off, all I wanted was an oil change and kept on saying your one light bulb is out and all this stuff. And charged me $90!!! NEVER GO HERE, my friend also got ripped off there too.

Ive been going here for over a year now and have had nothing but great service. One time I was riding a donut home, due to my commute being 40 miles I stopped to ask if someone could tighten the nuts for me, as AAA had advised. I swung into the parking lot and asked an employee who was outside if this was something they could do, he informed me they were just about to close, so hed do it really quick, no cost. He ran back out, tightened the nuts and sent me on my way. Real great team here!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! got a flat on a spare with a bent wheel and every mechanic came to help this damsel in distress. The shop manager fixed everything and got me to work on time. Keep up the good work guys. Yall are killin it and are ANGELS. I will never go anywhere else for work ever again. What a god send!

Rude and unprofessional, I went to get service on my car and while waiting outside side, no one came out to greet me, I hunk my horn twice and an employee came out at last very angry, lecturing me with a getto attitude. Then the so called manager came out when I left to ask me I threatened his employee. I don’t make reviews to trash anyone but I feel since they are rude and nasty, someone has to address them out. Go somewhere else instead.

Hate to that guy. But yes i used to work at that location as well and sickens me to say that. But Valvoline on Spring and Mundy is not a very wise choice for lube center. Never have proper tools to work with, they never seem to have manufacture recomended oil in stock when needed. And just to clearify i dont post this cause i have a vendetta. I just believe in being honest with customer and not seeing how much commision i can make off each sale. Just a heads up next time you go in get out and make sure you getting what you pay for. Not even wprth of one star. AND AGAIN THIS IS NOT A VENDETTA JUST EXEMPLOYEE BEING BRUTALY HONEST!
