Center City Repair = Great Value.. I stopped in last week to ask about a repair for my office computer and I was amazed with the deals they had on simply better equipment. The staff, specifically Chris, was really helpful and explained everything to me. I got a quote for repair elsewhere that wouldve been $415.00 all in (labor etc) - Chris set me up with a much better set up, added a monitor, new tower, the works for $200. I was blown away, and will definitely be back!

My son drop off his tv several months ago and still he doesn’t have his tv. When I went ones to get update the tv was all open supposedly they was working on it but still to this day he doesn’t have his tv. At this point he got another tv so just stay with the tv n give me back the deposit!! This is what you call really bad service n don’t come saying the pandemic cause there’s a lot of places open n you guys just not even responding to calls neither text.

I called them from 2 different phones and nun of them picked up I left voics messages text messages and got no reply I hope that who ever is working there get a lower pay roll and just lost a paying customer

Been here a few times for repairs and purchases, this last visit encouraged me to write a review...They provide excellent service and possess a knowledgeable skilled staff,. These guys do you right, fair prices and timely repairs. Love the fact they buy and trade. In terms of electronics Id choose these guys over any of the pawn shops in the area, a diamond in the rough..a legit straight forward fair and honest business. Thanks guys!!

Staff is knowledgeable about most electronics, not just computers or phones!They will work with you to find the solution that is right for your needs, and they are honest and focused on customer needs. Chris, the owner, is very straightforward with his customers and works to have them leave the store happy, even if that means he has to turn down work - he does not try to price gouge or trick customers into paying for work thats not worth having done on older devices where a replacement may be cheaper and more effective. Repairs done quite professionally.

A very nice experience, as far as selling tech these guys are good for a fair price, dont be afraid to bargain these guys are mostly reasonable. Also doesnt actually seem to open until 1:30pm which should be corrected for customers sake.

Charged me OVER retail on used items more than once, because I trusted them, they also make everyone wait 15-20 min just to ask a question, they also receive stolen property from druggy thieves, then sells the items for barely below retail, if that. I dont know how these guys have positive reviews, I guess some people are just really happy in general about most things. I feel like they abused my loyalty, and I genuinely feel hurt because I thought they were my friends and at the very least would do me honestly. You guys can give them business, and I understand, Im just genuinely hurt and I wont be able to walk back in there, even though I would like to go back. Thanks Center City, thanks a lot. Ive given you thousands of dollars worth of business, hope that last 20$ was worth it, because itll be the last time you do that to me.

Having issues with my ps4. It wont turn on. Wasnt playing it at the time during a most recent thunderstorm, but it was running. The power also went out for a split second. Any idea what it possibly could be and if it could be fixable??

People complain that mom and pop shops are dead. This is a prime example of one that is very much alive and well with some of the best tech service I have ever received.Forget taking your phone, tablet, or laptop to a big corporate place where youll be treated like a number, charged ridiculous prices, and receive little to no respect. The guys here are complete experts, their prices are remarkably reasonable, and theyre just all-around GOOD people.If youre in the market for a used laptop, Playstation, Xbox, TV, smartphone, or just about anything with a screen, do yourself a favor and stop here FIRST before you head to a big name store and carelessly spend hundreds of dollars for something they may have. They stand behind anything they sell because are spectacularly thorough with the items they will purchase. I called multiple times and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. I wanted to know if they would take my tv before wasting my time driving there. I get there and two employees were sitting there. One was nice, the other didnt even look up, until he had some smart remarks to give when I started asking questions. If you dont repair t.v.s then you dont repair t.v.s, but either answer the phone or put a disclaimer on your Facebook site that you dont instead of wasting peoples time. And instill the need for good customer service in all your employees.

Decent place, they have a few low reviews for buyers, but they have to make a profit comeon, 6 months off the shelf and a laptops worth 70% of what it was new, so divide that by 2, then lowball it hard, because shipping and handling is work!!! i think its a fair place and a nice place if you know the game//tech

Went to I drop in the mall to have a Cell Screen Fixed. I was told POINT BLANK No we wont do it.NOT WORTH IT, To Old, Go Buy a New Ph. Center City said Sure we can fix it, check back in a few days. I did & It was Done! I could not export the Info or save it to the sim or SD card on the original PH but the techs did . Thank You CHRIS! my life is in that PH.

Had them fix my computer service was great and the work was done much quicker and cheaper than expected deffinately worth the stop

Pretty decent as far as repairs go but do NOT sell anything to them, they expect to make a 300% profit ( sarcasm ). i tried to sell my 6 month old HP laptop, excellent shape, a 1200 dollar laptop and they offered me 250, it was an insult .
