He was 100% honest and so friendly. He did such an amazing and professional job. (I’m not surprised like I said he was amazing from the start of the phone call) Rich mentioned everything he needed to do upon assessing the situation and went above and beyond with confidence. The price DID NOT CHANGE from initial phone call price!! Joe came out for the 2nd round and what a great man, also extremely professional!! When I first called the office Ashley answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and upbeat . She answered all the questions I had and scheduling was very quick and prompt. Our field Technician Ted was also very knowledgeable and went through step by step how he was going to treat my house . He wore booties to go around the home inside as well which not many people do that treat their home as it was like theirs .

We have been very happy with the service. All techs are very professional and respect our property. We are very happy to be able to request the same tech every time, Mark knows our house and what needs attention. Only once we needed to call for a touch up between services. I thought I would have to wait weeks but they scheduled it the same week I called and the problem was taken care of.

Their techs are very good company, very honest and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and the home protection plan may just be a life saver with the wild NEPA weather. From what Im understanding, little ones and pets are in the clear for their est control methods. They also manage indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend!

I had a serious problem after rescuing a couple of cats that brought home some extra friends. Im very happy with them. Theyre flexible when scheduling appointments, theyre effective in getting rid of my mice and ant problems. I have had two techs come - Ted and Joe. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they got rid of the pests. They were both also very nice to, and good with, my dogs.

Before treatment I had ladybugs in the windows, hornets w/nests on outside perimeter, ants in basement, mice in basement/attic. My insect issues are completely resolved, along with rodents in attic. Still have some rodents in basement but in their defense my garage door doesnt make complete contact with floor. I have a pet I really treasure and the team is conscientious of that. I have their year long treatment plan and Im glad I did it. I think Ive had their services for close to 2 years. Its totally worth it for the cost!

Highly recommended! I live in a wooded area and have the potential to have many issues with bugs,bees,spiders and mice. Since having The Pest Rangers come out and treat my house every 4 months as part of the residential protection plan, I haven’t had any issues. These guys are great. We had a lot of problems with wasps and ants but weve had very few issues with them since Pest Rangers started servicing my house. Quick response time and they do a thorough job. I would recommend them to anyone in need of insect and rodent problems.

Termites are no joke and treatment for them is not cheap. After having several estimates, The Pest Rangers “take the cake”! When the tech first arrived to give me an estimate, he spent time actually looking for termite damage, unlike the others, before agreeing to take my money. That alone, sold me! The day of the actual treatment the techs explained everything they were doing to me, with patience; and I ask a lot of questions. They actually care and take pride in their work which is so hard to find these days. A+ Customer Service.

I have used Pest Rangers for a goodly number of years now, and have always been satisfied with their service. Last year, living essentially in a forest, I had a home invasion of ants. I called Pest Rangers, they came the next day and took care of the problem.
