Finding a good barber is not easy...I LOVE the cut Alex gave me.I tried to get my hair cut yesterday but the shop was closing. The barber who was sitting outside was so friendly & welcoming. He encourage me to go inside anyway & make an appointment. His friendliness is what made me wait to return the next day instead of shaving my hair off myself. & Im so glad I did because they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Customer service is on point, shop is CLEAN, everyone is professional, & my cut is sharp! I will definitely go back!

FIRST TIME THERE AND 100% best place around . Just like NY.... 👍 They make sure they do nothing but the best work! My husband was very pleased with his cut and shave . I called an hour before apt and they got Chris in right away. GREAT WORK GUYS

My son is 16 and his stepfather always cut his hair but its a first time for everything. My son loved what he did to his hair and that alone made me smile so it looks like we have a new Barber I definitely RECOMMEND 🙂

I’ve lived in the wilkes barre area for 16 years. The first 14 I was looking for a decent barber. So I’d try 1 then be disappointed and cut my own hair. Did this for a long time. Then my son introduced me to Jose. The owner of NYO barbershop. He is the definition of a professional . He’s a real barber who advises you how to get the best from your hair. Since COVID started he became certified to operate in a clean and sanitized environment and I’ve been so impressed with his knowledge, his ability, and professionalism. I’ve recommended him to my friends and they’ve come back and said yeah he’s the real deal. If you want a cut his whole staff the truth. Book an appointment I promise you won’t be disappointed.

They were very disrespectful made an appointment and still had to wait longer than I could if I walked in and went somewhere else if I make an appointment I shouldn’t have to wait it also shouldn’t take 45 minutes to cut somebody’s hair I been getting my hair cut for a long time and never experienced what I did when I went to this barber shop won’t be recommending someone to go here
