Wish I could give this place lower than 1 star…started coming here to get nails done with Jasmine, since I’ve been coming here I have had to come back every time within a week of getting nails done to get a nail fixed. I got nails done this Friday, two nails broke off Sunday night…one from someone bumping my hand and the other was a nail I told her was cracked n needed to come off instead she put glue on it. They’re only open Thursday-Sunday so had to go to another shop to get both nails fixed cost $11…just few mins ago picked up a plastic bowl not heavy a third nail just came off!! Seriously, this place is only good when Tram is there!!

Walked in this afternoon not knowing what to expect and walked out with amazing nails. Staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. By far the best experience ive had at any salon. Definitely will be back again.

Fast and excellent quality work! Such reasonable price for gel manicure ($35 and that included cuticle trim and hand/arm massage) They also give patrons mango, strawberry or green tea ❤❤❤ Lee was great. She was gentle and did an EXCELLENT job. Ill be back for sure!!!

So I never have felt the need to write a bad review until today. I have been to this establishment many times over the past several months and previously enjoyed my experience and even received good service with Jasmine. However, I went in just over a week ago and got a gel fill with the color 863. A day after visiting two nails peeled completely off, I called and booked another appointment to fix them. Since then I have been back a total of four times to have them fix the endless chipping I experienced with their polish as well as several broken nails. I haven’t been rough with my nails at all, yet they all broke doing the slightest tasks, like scratching my dogs back or grabbing a folder, for example. When I had visited the last time on Friday, I was told by Jasmine if the polish chipped once again she would fix them for me for free, and this was verified on the phone with me when I called this Monday to book the repairs. But, when I went in today to have Jasmine once again fix three broken/cracked nails and two chipped nails, I was stopped after my appointment and asked to pay and there was no getting around that. I wouldn’t have gone back for this repair if I hadn’t been promised that they would be fixed for free. I will never be coming back. This is the worst service and experience I have ever had at any nail salon in the two years I’ve been having them done. If you want your nails done right the first time I don’t recommend coming to this establishment.

Very professional and nice. Jasmine did my nails and they came out amazing. The pedicure was so relaxing. I will definitely be back.

I showed her a simple picture of an angled french with a baby pink underneath, the baby pink was splotchy and the angled french was not how I wanted it. Her work was not neat at all, my middle finger and index finger both lifted and broke the next day they were closed due to COVID regulations!!

I get my nails done by Jasmine and she is extremely talented. The end result is always what I want and they serve teas which are very refreshing. Totally would recommend!

I have tried them out twice loved Jasime she is great. They offer a drink as you are getting pampered.

This is my normal nail place, but there are a couple of things that are really frustrating about it.Let me start with the positives, the customer service and my nail lady Jasmine are amazing.The downside is that their phone never works, and I dont understand why they wont get it fixed and they are much more pricey than other places in town.

This is my go to spot for a pedicure. They have several options to choose from. When you sit down, they offer you a specialty drink and turn on the massage chair. The tubs have liners to prevent infection.

In the area after a doctor appointment. Went in for a fill. (First time customer) I was turned away after I told the girl I needed a fill. Guess I wasnt spending enough money, and not the right skin color because no one else was turned away. Horrible!! They should be ashamed of themselves. Ill never return to this racist salon!
