Paid $200 for deep cleaning. Said it would take four hours for my request to be fulfilled. Also tipped them. But 4 hours later they hadn’t even vacuumed my living room and didn’t dust or do a lot of the requested things I wanted. They cleaned the bathrooms well (although I have a wax burner in my bathroom and they didn’t bother scraping that off, maybe I should have asked?) and cleaned the grease off the ceiling on top of the stove which was very wonderful and probably took a lot of time. I do think I overpaid and was a bit bugged that they didn’t clean my living room and only vacuumed. They did take time to set up my daughters crib with stuffed animals which was cute. And they make it smell pretty good when you walk in. I’m just being honest I feel like I should have paid a lot less because it’s a small two bedroom apartment. Good job on the one bedroom and bathrooms but living room lacked which I wanted to be the main focus. Also I requested my living room baseboards be cleaned and they missed that as well. They did get the stickers off my hardwood in the kitchen area (I have a two yr old) which was well done. Just wish they would have dusted as well. Won’t use any cleaning service again- maybe I’m just picky, oh well.

I had a very positive experience with Perfectly Clean LLC, not only are they extremely thorough with their cleaning but they have an excellent customer service. They respond very quickly to your inquiries and in a professional and respectful manner. This was my very first time to use them to clean my new house and I am very satisfied with the job that they had done! I highly recommend this cleaning company!!!
