A HUGE thank you to Matt for giving me instructions on how to minimize the damage done to my dining chairs after I knocked over a large cup of coffee that splashed and then drained onto 4 white, velvet chairs! I was very impressed with the level of professionalism as well as the quality of service I received! Matt was awesome and answered all of my questions and concerns before my appt. day. James showed up on time and worked diligently cleaning my carpets. I have pets and kids so we had several stains to address. I had them out one more time to touch up some of the larger stains. Had my carpets cleaned on Friday and had a few concerns (mainly with my couch). Matt contacted me right away and came to my house to discuss them with me in which his company is coming back to readdress/clean my carpets/couch again (not that I asked him too) but he wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied.I have used this company since first moving to Temecula and this was the FIRST time I had issues (probably a communication issue on both our parts) but I greatly appreciate Matt taking the time to come out and do what he needed to do to make sure I was satisfied and not just a number in his system. I will NOT go with any other company, I totally recommend Andrews and Sons, they will treat you right and ensure you are taken care of!

This family owned business is exceptional and special! My experience with them has been the best and better than I could have expected. Matt, the owner answers the phone efficiently and calls back right away if he did not answer. Their prices are hands down the lowest I have seen in this industry. If you are one to call around for price/service quotes don’t even waste your time because you’ll be calling A Andrews & Sons back! This company is very trustworthy and established. They cleaned my white sectional couch and rugs when they came and they looked brand new by the time they left!! My cleaning company for life now.

Matt came out to help me figure out the best solution to clean the ceiling in a house I just purchased. The previous owners were smokers, who lived and smoked in the house almost 40 years. Matts solution was exactly what I needed to do. If you are reading reviews, then you must be considering this company. Dont hesitate hiring them! You will be glad you did.

I wish I had taken a before and after picture my carpets look so good!! Very pleased with the service. I got a hold of Matt and explained my dirty carpet situation - living with messy roommates does not bode well for clean carpets. He said it wouldn’t be a problem, and I’m shocked how clean my carpet looks. Especially because there were drink stains everywhere. Hopefully it’ll stay clean for a long time. But if it gets dirty again, I’ll be calling these guys back for sure

I had my office carpets cleaned on a Saturday, James and Tony did a great job and were very good at communicating. Prices are very good. I would expect to pay more for the level of value they provide. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them ever.

These guys were great! We needed our carpet cleaned in a hurry because we were moving out. They came right over and made the carpet look sparkling new!If you need someone to come by and clean them up give them a call! They cleaned my loft, hallways, stairs, and guest room and did it within a few hours. They will tske good care of you!

Matt, the owner of Andrew & Sons, contacted us after we requested a quote through HomeAdvisor to remediate mold underneath our bathroom flooring. When I looked up their company information, I was concerned that it seemed like a carpet cleaning company. So I asked Matt twice, if they are able to remediate mold and he assured me that they are licensed.Initial quote given to us was $700 to sand the plywood floor, clean all the mold. Unfortunately, we did not ask for a written contract and they did not offer one.Matt sent one of his crew out, James to do the job. James started the work, and three days into this told us that the plywood flooring has to be removed and the cost would now but $1000 to remove the existing flooring, do the clean up/remediation.We were naïve to agree to this increase in scope but nevertheless we agreed. After three days of work, James told us that he was done. However, the outcome was subflooring /plywood with gaps that wabbles as soon as you step on it. We contacted Matt to let him know that his employee did not complete the job properly.Matt agreed to send someone else to redo the job (remove the improperly cut / placed plywood) with a new piece of clean cut and properly attached plywood. Matt sent out a Carl but demanded a $500 down payment. We gave him the money in good faith. Carl came out and informed us that there is mold underneath the bathtub and the vanity and that to do the job right he would have to remove the tub and the vanity and that it would now cost us $3000. Again, we agreed in good faith. He came this morning on 1/1/2020 to start work but did not bring anything to seal of the bathroom while he is doing the demolition. When we politely asked him to bring plastic to seal off the bathroom (containment) from the rest of the house (to not impact our health)..and that we will be hiring a company to test the area for mold after he is done, he refused to finish the work and left.We are now out $500 and have a bathroom in the attached photo.Matt is not willing to help us and has stopped answering our calls.Do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. They are not trustworthy and will rip you off.

I work for a Property Management Company and have been working with Andrews & Sons for quite some time. Out of all the carpet vendors I have come across, Andrews & Sons have been my absolute favorite to work with! They are very prompt getting back to me (within minutes I will get a response back), very reliable, professional, and do a fantastic job with the carpet cleanings, tile and grout cleanings, carpet replacement, etc. I have never had any complaints about them and would HIGHLY recommend their service!

I called the same day and they came within 45 minutes after calling them and were very pleasant to work with and the carpets came out looming great. I have a business for carpet cleaning in a different country and have alot of experience with it. If you need a carpet cleaning hire them! You will be happy you did.
