Sound like nice people. They are now retired from my brief phone call with them. No longer in business.

Ive used these folks in the past and although I wasnt home, my wife says they were fantastic and fixed a refrigerator issue quickly charging minimally. Yesterday, I called because my dishwasher was not draining. They quickly told me that it was still under warranty and Whirlpool would take care of the cost. She then asked me if I was near it and walked me through a few things to check with the drain. So after following her instructions my dishwasher is draining again. Its rare to find such honest folks nowadays. Would use them over and over for any appliance repair needs.

After being there for only a few minutes they said oh it’s almost 900$ and if you don’t use us it’s 150$ for the service call. All other company’s we contacted said they would charge us 700$ parts and labor. Next time don’t go through these clowns or LG just call and use a higher rated company. I wish would have checked their YELP reviews first.

They were extremely helpful, and willing to help me troubleshoot over the phone in order to fully diagnose the problem, but also give alternative options that I could try myself to help save money. They were very truthful about my options, and they weren’t just trying to sell me. Also very personable. Thank you so much for your help

Ron & Susan Douglas are a fantastic duo that quickly came out, identified our refrigerator problem (making horrible jet-engine type noises), ordered new parts and today we have a beautifully working fridge. Ron also offered valuable maintenance information to enhance its performance - thank you!

Repaired my leaking front loading washer. They were prompt and had everything they needed for the repair. Didnt leave a mess either!

Reasonable prices and very experienced repairman. I called a major company first and talked to an appointment setter and couldnt get straight answer. I finally pinned them down to get an estimate for a service call after 20 minutes. I got it for much less.

Ron and Susan came out yesterday to fix my dryer that was not heating well. $265.00 later the dryer is still not heating well and they are saying the duct work needs cleaned. Well why did you replace all the parts when the duct work needs cleaned. I am in the same spot as I was in before you came out. Not saying the work was not needed however leaving me with same problem I had and $265.00 later leave a bad taste in my mouth and wallet. Will not be calling them back for any service.
