Absolutely impressed with this company. Family owned, great to work with. After a HUGE scam from Empire and awful customer service at Home Depot I was relieved to have discovered Location. My flooring is astounding. The installer was super to work with. Couldnt be happier, highly recommend!

Just had our bedroom carpet replaced and we LOVE it!!!! Terry and his team did a wonderful job. Great selection, very reasonable prices, and all done so quickly. The installers came on time, were very polite, answered all of our questions and were extremely neat. Can’t ask for more. Happy we went with Location Carpet!

Great, family run business. Used them for carpet stretching after the big box guys did it wrong. I will be using them again this year for new carpet installs this year.

Ben Schneider and his team are awesome! They are patient while you shop through their showroom, and even showed us what they had in remnants to try to save us money. There installers are professional and experts in the field. I have had them do my house, rental properties, and referred them to my real estate clients. Everyone Ive referred them to have been very happy.

Had to wait 30-45 for someone to talk to and then she didnt know about the carpet I was asking for. The guy who does know about it was supposed to be back within a half hour! Waited 45 min and left!

As a person who thinks they can save some $$$ & do it themselves, I learned a valuable lesson - you dont save much & are pretty unhappy after the fact. I highly recommend Location Carpet & Flooring, wish I would have went there before that other big box store that begins with an L
