It was work. Moving is hard when you dont have enough help. U haul was AMAZING.

Clean good reliable trucks for moving. Ide suggest setting your truck up online to sure you have what you need. This place is very busy.They dont have all the supplies listed on line but are easy to work with.

The guy inside was super nice and friendly. I made the mistake of renting online and doing the option to pick up with phone. Just make your reservation and select go inside. They guy is great and will have you out in 1/10th the time of the stupid app.

Great location to get a truck from when must dont have any available

Stopped for gas. Always prefer the Shell brand, but not happy with this location. Empty window washer fluid in the bin; no receipt from the pump (a regular issue), etc. Id much rather drive down Euclid to Willoughby. Time to up the game.

Found professional movers but I had to get the truck????😩 Im exhausted already

The van smelled like dog and had dog hair all over the seats. I was offered a broom to clean the snow off of the windshield and the lady who checked the van back in got into the drivers seat and started demanding I put more and more gas into it even though the gas needle was a hair away from full when I got out. I will not use this U-Haul again and would not recommend it to anyone... that I like.
