Service: Had septic system cleaned/emptied/flushed.Caution: Be sure that you are aware of your septic systems cleaning needs. Mine was cleaned way too soon. In year four of owning this new septic system I asked them over the phone if my 2k gallon septic system needed cleaned. They just put me on the schedule, I took off of work, and the owner came and cleaned my tank.After this, I investigated the recommended septic cleaning charts online and found that my system did not require a cleaning/flushing/emptying for over 20+ years! Im not going to go broke over the $400 charge or the lost days wages.The point is, I question the integrity of the company. If I was told that over the phone beforehand (or when owner was here in person) that my tank did not need a cleaning yet, I would have appreciated the honestly and commented here with the positive review expressing my gratitude for the companys ethics.I emailed the company (after my research) expressing my discontent and have yet to receive a reply, an apology, or a bonafied reason that I did need my septic cleaned so soon.

Had an inspection done. The worker left out parts in my yard and incorrectly installed the bafflle wrong in the tank. Had issues getting them back out fix these issues . Will not use this company again

We needed to get our current Septic System modified in a very short period of time. Joe was able to get the job done in two days while working with the County in order to get approval in time for our property to transfer on time.

I was beginning to put an addition on my house when the current septic system was disturbed and needed to be replaced quickly. all work stopped until this could be rectified. Joes brother Josh at Fry had been servicing the existing aeration system, so I called them. I explained that our contracting schedule was upside down because of this. Joes father Bud responded immediately followed by Joe specifying our options.He was able to quickly determine what system we needed, and whether any of the existing system could be used. Any septic installation requires a lot of interface and coordination with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Joe handled all of this and was able to speed up the process as best as possible. A new Norweco aeration system was installed at a price less than I expected, in an efficient and effective manner. We continue to have a semi-annual service to keep the system working properly and compliant.
