Ive been dining here since 1998! Never had a bad meal. Red sauce is excellent...so fresh!! Ciabatta bread is delicious!! Service is always wonderful and we never have long wait times for our food!!

Our group of 7 enjoyed our food and wine. The service was quick and friendly. There was plenty of food to go around including breads and salads. The interior was much bigger than it looks from the exterior. We surely will return.

Italian gem in a nondescript strip mall in Willowick with a diverse menu. Friendly and attentive service. Great prices and value for large portions, and their daily specials are amazing deals. The food was high quality for the price. I will be back. UPDATE: 3 weeks later I went back, and changed my 5 starts to 1. Never have I been treated so rudely, and by an owner no less. Had a reservation and the man did not come to the front but asked from inside the dining room (speaking over tables) if I had takeout, then asked how many and when I signaled by hand he started yelling at me We speak English here, I dont know what that means. I was stunned and embarrassed, and also confused for its a restaurant with Italian words in their name and on the menu. Other diners assured me that oh that is just him, dont let it bother you. Well I have traveled all over the world and no that is not acceptable behavior. I know we all have bad days but this was excessive and mean, and I do not know what triggered his viciousness. It may have been that I was wearing a mask for precaution (Im 2x vaccinated) and that makes me wonder about their Covid safety protocols. The manager (she did not say but I guess it is his wife) did eventually come over to apologize, and she made him do so later. He comped my $7 wine, but honestly it felt like a forced gesture. My server was very professional and pleasant and the food was good (spaghetti a bit dry) in the end. The staff does not deserve to work under these conditions. So, round two, I will NOT be back. There are lots of other Italian places that are less expensive and treat customers with respect (Scottis, Guidos, Mama Catenas, etc. etc.) What a disappointment.

The waitress could have been a lot better when it takes 3 hours to complete a meal and everybody else gets served and is eating before your party is done there is a problem. The restaurant owners though are awesome very nice and personable. Will go back again only wont request the waitress we had.

Now I know why this restaurant is a local favorite. The food is old world family style Italian. We had a party of 5 and a toddler.I really enjoyed the artichoke linguine. The pasta, cooked aldente....was great!The portions are very generous. Salads were crisp and the rolls were freshly baked. I had the house red wine and it was nice too. Service was great on a Friday night. I will go back here again very soon.

Still on my quest to find a Veal Parmigiana on the east side that tops Scotti’s on E185th, so I took the recommendation of a coworker and went to Vittorio’s. Nice local ambiance and friendly staff. The Veal Parm was very good with a crispy coating, but IMHO did not top Scotti’s ... though it was much better than several others that I have tried around town.

Food is good is good, but manager/owner I think Lisas Hubby is very rude and cranky. Went there for a bday dinner. Asked if we can bring our own cake. I was told yes. When I got there he made snide comments about me bringing in a cake and was rude. Made me feel uncomfortable.I don’t care how good the food is, I will not be going there again!! There are other restaurants with quality food!!!

The food is great! Lisa, I’m sorry. Your husband is obnoxious as can be. If you look at the negative reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor, they are usually about him. We will return when he no longer works there. I don’t go to a restaurant to hear somebody commenting on every single thing that comes on Fox News. AND HE DOESN’T WEAR HIS MASK. Under the chin only counts in boxing and inside fastballs. And we’ve been going there since before the bar was put in...

Food is excellent but people on fb and Nextdoor are saying they will never go back because the bartender is so rude. And I mean the majority of the people posting are saying that. The owners need to tell him to go home and stay home.

A nice restaurant with good food. Ordered the bruschetta and spaghetti with meatballs and both were very good with nice plating and presentation. Great atmosphere and food for a date night.

Great carry out authentic Italian! The Linguini with Clam is really good stuff. Both white and red! I asked for extra Clams and holy cow they loaded it with extra! Charged a little more but worth it! Theyve reopened the Dinning Room so were planning to visit soon!Please consider tipping for your carry out orders. Its the kind thing to do.

The food is pretty good, but I will not be giving my money to this place after my encounter with the manager. Rude on the phone when placing my order, then made it very obvious (with a mean comment and facial expressions) that he was angry I used a card to pay instead of cash. One of his workers momentarily got in his walk way to grab something and he rolled his eyes and threw his hands up like it was the end of the world and then threw my receipt and card back at me across the counter. Not to mention he had his mask around his chin the entire time, not covering his nose or mouth at all. I never leave reviews, but this time felt necessary as he really made me feel unwelcomed as a customer and quite honestly just made me mad! There’s no reason to act the way he did. Absolutely rude. I will find food elsewhere when ordering Italian.

Took my 3 kids last night for dinner and everything was absolutely amazing! From the food to the staff to the pricing, absolutely no complaints! Will definitely be back.

We happened to find this place while waiting for a kids birthday party to be over with at the skating rink down the street. We were pleasantly pleased, how amazing the food and service was. Our server was very informative and pleasant. Our food didn’t take long at all from the salad, to the appetizers to our entree. The portions are big, and the food is authentic. I have always been scared to order chicken Marsala out because most places don’t know how to make it correctly, but this place definitely does. I wanted to keep eating but couldn’t fit any more food in me. The atmosphere and ambiance is perfect for date night or even a family meal. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!

We have been coming here for over 20 years. Dinner is always wonderful. We had our sons baptism dinner her 20 years ago, meals for our large family in between visiting hours for each of my grandparents funerals, have ordered to go catering for large parties, family meals for friends and family after surgery or a death in the family and have enjoyed countless dinners here. I highly recommend the chicken beure blanc and cavatelli. Good people! Just got takeout. Everything was packaged nicely and was delish!

Its been quite some time...as I live quite far away...but Lisa and her staff continue to deliver absolutely First Class food and Service every single time! The most recent experience was a Baptism party they catered for me. One word describes my experience...WOW!

I came here to eat with my family one night and the service was terrible. the food was good but honestly not worth making a trip out here. not to mention the manager is so rude and made the experience that much more unpleasant. i have also heard from one of my friends that they re-use their bread dipping oils and their rolls. just the thought of that is so gross especially thinking about using the same oil as someone that might be sick. will not be bringing my family here again. would not recommend this restaurant to family or friends.

Excellent!!! Sauce is fantastic! Chicken, and pork cooked perfectly. BEST Italian wedding soup Ive ever had. Delicious pizza. Crunchy with perfect filling. Lunch prices insanely cheap. Highly recommended. Wish I would be back in this part of town again.

Phenomenal dining! Superb food, impeccable service with almost unbelievable prices. Really reasonable. Friendly staff even when we came in off the road while traveling when they were scheduled to close we felt as though we were special guests. Not to be missed.

First time coming to Vittorios on 12/18. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, very delicious. Also, since it was my birthday, they light a sparkler on my cheesecake. Very nice place with reasonable prices!

The owner is just outright rude. Closes at 8 call at 735 nah we’re closed. Try to change or take items off a list, it becomes a issue. Food is good, but the owner needs an adjustment.

The meal that I had here was the greatest thing I had ever tasted. The staff was warm and inviting, the atmosphere incredible, the taste to die for, and all hidden behind I a simple, unassuming exterior. The ONLY complaint that I have is that it makes everything else that Ive eaten since taste like ash in comparison to this wonderful food.

I went to this place for a wedding reception about 2 yrs ago and enjoyed the scones that were provided by this restaurant. Me and my mother went today to order a half a dozen scones and were directed to place our order to the older man at the bar. He was very very rude and disgusting to us and condescending. His response to our order for scones was, “WHAT! We don’t have scones this is an Italian restaurant not an Irish restaurant. “ I politely let him know we had scones here before yet he still talked nasty and down to us and when we turned to walk away then he thought of his mistake and wanted to apologize. Too little too late! First of all the British eat scones, second, if you don’t make scones why did you provide them at the reception? Did a ghost make them? Third, who knew a scone could make a man angry, take your medication before you let out your aggression on innocent customers. I will never visit this establishment again and will be spreading the world as well. What we thought was a cute hole in the wall turn out to be merely just a hole in the wall. Grumpy old man at the bar needs to go!

My husband and I went here for a date night. It was the absolute best Italian restaurant I have been too. Wonderful ambiance, excellent service, eggplant parm was crispy, thick and very tasty. Cannot say enough good things.

So the menu has nice variety (though it is very meat heavy) and the music is good, but the updated decor seems cheap. The staff were friendly, but inattentive. The food portion were generous and reasonably priced, but the execution was off. I work right around the corner, so it would be nice to have a solid Italian restaurant to use regularly. I probably wont be back.

Went here last week with my husband and another couple. It was recommended by the other couple who said they go here all the time. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. All the staff seemed happy and seemed to care about each other as well as the customers. I had the cheese ravioli which was FANTASTIC!! My husband had the meat lasagna which was also great. We shared a bottle of wine that was perfect with the food. We will definitely be making this a regular dinner spot, so glad we found this place!!

They were very busy with a private party when we went, but they seated us anyway. They were fairly quick with the service, and the garlic bread was phenomenal. But both orders of pasta were only okay. Not what we were hoping for in a pasta place

My wife and I had two pasta dishes that were simple but amazing...just the way good Italian food should be. I chose a sauce of sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, and cream served atop freshly made tortellini filled with cheese. Ive never had pasta this good, except in Italy itself! Will definitely visit again.

Food was excellent, server was crabby but the place was jammin. Kind of irritating that I made reservations over a month ago for a party of 4 and we were seated on the bar side at a table big enough for 2. Not enough room and we were crowded.

3 only because food was quite good, but service was worse than slow. We had reservations and were promptly seated, waited 20 min to give orders. Took 30 minutes to get a basket of cold bread. Salad took 15 min. Never offered water or drink refills, even though large party next to us were given pitchers of water. Certainly not how we have been treated in the past, NOT what we expected.

The food and staff are outstanding!We have been at Vittorios several times now and love it every time!Give them a try, you will not regret it.Another visit on New Years Eve, one of the owners came by our family table and said we were to loud, as the walls were only slats. This is not a very large place, and sound carries like any restaurant. Mama Robertos is similar in layout, and we NEVER had a problem there. Maybe Bob was having a bad day. He never came by asking about our dinners later, so the seven in our family thought he was extremely rude, and will probably not be returning. TJs in Mentor, Geracis in Pepper Pike, Mama Robertos are much better anyway.To bad Bob had to ruin our celebratory dinner.
