We moved into a new home that previously had pets and a lot of carpeting. We easily made the appointment over the phone. When the closing date of out home purchase was moved back we had to reschedule the appointment and they had no problem changing it. The day of the cleaning we changed our plan and added on a few more item/locations to e cleaned like tile, bathrooms, and upholstery. They were happy to serve us and even gave us a discount because we were getting so many services. The youg men who did the job were very polite and professional. We had a small leak of water dripping from a heat vent into the basement but it was dealt with appropriately and we were happy. i will use them again.

David and Jordan were professional and represent their company well! Their work ethic was amazing and above all they were able to completely remove some major stains from the couch and carpet runner. Job well done! Highly recommend.

Water pipe break they came out in less then a hour and had our house dry in no time our cleaner joe was very nice and even helped us understand the process.

This is the second time I used their services. It was a slight pain to call and schedule the service to come out, and the coupons that I had received in the mail for some reason werent active with this location so I ended up paying more than I wanted to. The techs were nice and did a good job, they focused on areas that were problem areas due to my dog going potty in the house. I ended up calling back a couple days after the carpet completely dried because I noticed strong odor again and they were able to come back out that day and retreat the areas again.

We have been using Stanley Steamer for several years and we have always been very satisfied. One year when we strayed and used a different cleaning company and there was a noticeable difference. Thats why is was only one year.Our technician Floyd was very professional and courteous. I had a few questions about other services offered (tile grout cleaning), two managers Joe and Ron were quick to answer all my concerns. When everything was all done, my carpets were exceptionally cleaned and the tile and grout in my bathroom looks brand new. I will continue to be a loyal and happy client of Stanley Steamer.

Always good. Last time the person wore footies. Then walked outside a couple times with them on. Said doesnt that kinda negate the point. Told me well its a bother to change them. Also. Usually put a protection around my area rug to protect the flooring. Not this one. Carpet was clean, but their cleaner needed to be more aware of the customers concerns

Wow! That about sums it up. I contacted Stanley Steemer to have a sectional cleaned and my hardwood floors cleaned as well. Admittingly, I was initially apprehensive. Ive heard many horror stories about how the final bill is never even close to what the initial quote was with these type of places. But I decided to take a chance - and boy Im glad that I did. I had the best technicians ever (Brad and Andrew). They arrived on time, were polite and professional, explained the process to me in great detail, didnt leave me with any hidden surprises, gave my frumpy old sectional new life, and revived my tired old dirty hardwood floors that were on life support. I could go on and on. I believe they went above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks guys!
