I called Sheldon on a load out of Jackson Ms to Ga He was super informative, very smart and quick he was flexible and reasonable on rates and had me a rate con within 5 minutes. Very smooth process working with him Id recommend any day of the week. I have also Ran loads with other brokers there and my experience was similar.

Devine Williams communication skills or Awesome he did what he to do in be able to book my driver on this load and having him deliver tomorrow. His services are number one in my book definitely deserves more than five stars.

I work with Devin Robertson and Landon Sparlin. They are great for keeping me in the loop throughout the shipping process and great people as well. Bella really is amazing, she and her team are really up front and realistic, she doesnt spin you to take a load. I own my own fleet from NY to TX and she always goes to bat for me on any rate. They are a small family owned business and want whats best for everyone, drivers, shippers and her company. Bella is upfront, people take that as being aggressive, but Id rather a broker shoot it straight with me, than lie to me just to get a win.

Stay away from them, Midway Logistics, they are thieves that if you have something unforeseen, even if you notify them with enough time to cover the load, they still want to charge you $ 200, it seems that nobody wants to take loads from them for this or they deceive you that they cannot cover it again now. They want to charge you the $ 200, who in this business is charged with justifiable reasons at 8am when the pipe yard closed at 4pm and they charge you $ 200 for that unforeseen problem that was that they did not unload my truck on time because the crane did not arrive…and we stay communicating all the time, They are unkind, they treat you contemptuously because if you dont load they charge you the $ 200 or at least they try

Danny and his wife working for the company they own are the true inspiration of what a family owned business should be ran like. Very organized very friendly and very humble to earn my business rather than to expect my time and expect my money. I will happily be doing business with them for as long as they are in business even if they cost a little bit more than the average or maybe just a little bit under than the average for some loads. I know for a fact that I’ll be treated like family 100% of the time. Not one just making a ton of money for a smaller run. They want to charge me $ 200 even when I call them and I told them that I had covid with my result, they are not human, now I am still not working and their invoice arrives, cheeky, thats why my truck stop factory does not want to know about you because they know that they are thieves, please friends, the factories know why they do not give credit to new brockers without a track record or thieves like these.

I wouldnt even give 1 star i called about a load and they tried to charge me if i didnt deliver on time. They also talked to me like i wasnt important dont they know they need drivers to move their freight? also another broker had the same load so i went with them way more professional

Davin called me off my DAT poster truck.. Told me that he respects me and what I do for a living and then tried for a long time yesterday to get me a load out of somewhere I having difficulties. First off I have never been a fan of any brokers until I came across Midway Logistics. I would only use brokers if I absolutely had to. But now I use only these guys. They are honest and have always done their best to help me even when I screwed up on loads. I highly suggest these guys.

Ive been working with Jesse and so far it has been a good experience. The couple of issues that arise he has done his best to resolve them in a timely matter. As a truck driver I understand that there are issues that are out of his control. I plan to continue working with him this year!

Booked a load with Broker Jesse A for a pick up we needed to deadhead 80 miles for at the end of the day. We arrive on time and check in, shipper says load is cancelled. Jesse says he will not pay TONU. New broker with bad business practices, please be aware.
