Recently retired again but still wanted to work a bit. The people here have proven to be very professional, helpful and kind while helping me stay busy.

I recently moved to this area and of course needed a job right away. My friend suggested I use The Arnold Group to find work. The staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Im now employed by a reputable company and I love my new job.

I have worked with The Arnold Group twice now, and both time has been excellent. Easy, quick placement with employers and great communication with employees.

I found myself in a pinch needed work and I was involved in the medical field but had never heard of The Arnold Group. I just sent a message on indeed one day and within the week I was working for a major medical facility in the area. This worked wonderfully for me and it was just what I needed. The staff was always a pleasure to work with and were able to be flexible and always had my safety in mind. I would highly recommend.

I applied for the Arnold group after hearing they like to band people from working there a lot. I got an interview set up & ended up getting another job. Im now band for 2 years for a no call no show! I never had an assignment through them & still got band for it! They dont seem to be out to help people.

I had nothing but great experience working with TAG. Ashley was always super polite and eager to help answer all my questions. She matched me with an amazing company and I just got hired on. I am very excited. I told my husband about TAG, he applied and less than a week later he also found a job. I told other friends about them and they also got great jobs with them. I recommend their work. If you are looking for better paying jobs in Wichita area, TAG is the way to go.

All the reps that I have worked with here are great. They go out of their way to get you out on assignments. Due to how busy they are, you may have to leave a message...but they get back to you in no time. As a temp service I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I loved this company at first. They found me a job that I loved within a mater of days. Once I started my new job I noticed there was an issue with there time clock. I mentioned this more than once to them but it never got corrected. Once I was hired, working directly through the company, I realized my checks were being shorted. I quite the job and when I went back to the Arnold Group to have them help me find another job an assistant called me in and asked what happened with the previous job. Being the honest person I am, I told her. BIG mistake. She stopped taking my phone calls and wouldnt return any emails. Ned less to say, they have never found me another job. My checks were being shorted $99.98 per month. That is not small change and I felt I should have been getting paid for the time I put in. Apparently The Arnold Group would have rather I kept my mouth shut and worked for free.

I had a pleasant experience here. I got hired as a temp at an aerospace company which i still work for. The reason only four stars is the guy i talked to had told me the hours were 11 to 6. Once i started working i found out they were 11 to 7:30. Thankfully that was fine with my schedule but maybe there should be more communication between TAG and the employer. Overall i enjoyed and am thankful for TAG and its process.

This place responded with a vary rude response I do give this place 1 star for the fact of the matter when I went in I told the staff from the get go that I needed first as I have two kids. I told them several times made it very clear the ONlY position they offered me. Was a call center that was 2nd shift and over the weekend. As far as that goes. I do have screenshot proof of the time I did cal in on Saturday due to being in a car wreck the day after I tried to reach out to them there office was closed and I have proof of that as well. As far as I am concerned this place is very very unprofessional.

I signed up with The Arnold Group upon arrival to Wichita in order to show employment in the area. I went to their office, did their tests and was told all were within their guidelines. I was told many times that they would find me appropriate office work.In 6 months, theyve placed me twice, neither in the role that I am trained for. The last job was putting together holiday baskets-at a rate more than $5.00 my minimum required pay. That company supposedly cancelled the assignment, but I find the timing suspect since 2 days before the cancellation, I mentioned how a co worker urinated outside where I could see him and how a discussion in break room made me uncomfortable, but that wasnt a big deal.Since that time, Ive emailed, Ive called. Ive used their online system to CHECK IN AS AVAILABLE...still nothing. No emails, no call backs-its as though I dont exist. Getting very frustrated.

So far been good just waiting on a call for another job its been two and a half weeks now.. Gotta go apply other places i suppose.

My experience with this agency was horrible. I went there on a reference from a friend. I paid for them to complete a resume package for me. After a very detailed interview they emailed me copies of the resume and I have to say that a first grader could have done a better job. I put that aside and still worked with them as a placement agency. I went through their testing requirements later in the day and there was so much door slamming, coworkers personal conversation about their relationships, phones ringing that were not getting answered, that it was hard to focus on my testing. After testing, they reviewed my scores, and were very satisfied with them; they advised they would finish up with an interview with a lady named Marilyn. I waited for them to call to schedule this appointment. I didn’t receive any phone calls or emails. I started calling them twice a week for three weeks. No one would follow through with an appointment. They advised they didn’t know what happened, why my file was lost, why no one was communicating from their agency, but they would correct it. After another three weeks of incompetence, I have stopped working with them. When a person is looking to work with an employment agency, they don’t need to waste their time with the Arnold Group. Go somewhere else; this isn’t who you need to handle your business with.

Started out working for TAG as a temp, did a few different jobs for the first year and a half. Always kept me as busy as they could. Finally got hired on and have been at this job for 6 years now. It all just depends on what your looking for and what they have available at the time.

Youre better off going through other agencies. You can fill out the online application but they will never contact you

My son applied with them for his first job and was very excited when he obtained a temporary position. However the job was not at all as described and his first night they wanted him to stay late when he was told he would be off at a certain time. They did not give him a chance to let his ride know. I would think that an agency would at least be honest and what a bad experience to feel lied to on your first job, how unprofessional.

I had my meeting with the consultant, took the evaluation, then heard nothing from them. Thankfully I got a job on my own, but I would definitely not rely on them to help you find a job.

Went to one of their meetings for job placement, did all the tests they had asked me to do, then I never heard back even after applying to several jobs through them. Its a waste of your time.

This is (Rakesh Davis) just commenting under another family members Account. The Arnold Group was ok at first, I did a lot of work with them and even got hired on a couple of jobs. The minute I didnt want to do the Job they wanted me to do they turned their backs on me and start listed bad things in their own notes about me so I wouldnt be eligible. False No Call no Shows, False Accusations about other work Assignments. I never no call no show with any company this company is the only one saying these things just be careful. There is also nothing I can do when I represented this company well for years now all of a sudden nothing. I thought We/they were better than this. So Sad!!!

Never again I will go through this company again never told me why I lost my first job and put into another job where the ppl made a slave out of me
