My 7 year old received a haircut recently. And he is incredibly still and does a really good job with haircuts.We were not able to tell, until we got home and washed out the product, that his haircut is crooked. Not pleased, especially since we do not live in town. We have had good experiences at a different Sports Clip in a different town, that is the only reason we went.

I have not had the best experience at this location. Not sure why I keep going back. This time Im glad I did. Tiffany did a great job and is pleasant overall. Out of all the quick cut places Ive been to shes the best.

I really love this location!!! All the girls are so nice and friendly!! My favorite is Claire!! She does great with my son and he always feels super confident after he leaves. I like that he can get pampered at a reasonable price that makes him feel like a little man. Which makes me feel good as a mom and its a win win!!! I already have so much on my plate that Claire relieves me from the hair. Also another girl constantly cleans which is a BIG plus because of covid and overall keeping the store presentable.

Alex was Fantastic today! MVP and I truly felt like it. Love the hot towel and the massage. She did a super job with the haircut given the unruly mop she had to work with. I will definitely be back!

I showed the barber a picture of how i wanted my hair to be done and they messed up badly, the haircut was far off from how i wanted my haircut. Now i have to wear a hat just to cover up that mess.

Poor haircut and even worse on the professionalism. Not sure if she was having a bad or what but she did not need to take it out on my head. I dont think these guys have received proper training as to what is a fade but I was not happy with paying $20 for a haircut I had to get fixed by another barbershop. Overall I do not recommend this place. Too pricey for a bad haircut.

The quality of haircut depends greatly on the stylist. Also, the price is about 16% higher than typical barber shops.

Dropped in around 2:30 or 3:00 the day before Thanksgiving (today) to get my sons hair cleaned up. Hes 2.5 and I thought I could do an easy cut on him myself, to try to save a bit of money. Boy was I wrong. I popped in and was seen almost immediately by Ms. Candace. My son does not like new people, he does not like to be touched, or to interact with folks (even if mom says its ok). But Candace was incredibly patient, and kind with him. Ms. Maggie, and Ms. Katy were also fantastic at interacting with him while he was pretty unhappy about what was going on (dont want haircut). Ms. Maggie gave my son some stickers and Ms Katy helped to distract him while Candace cut his hair. These three ladies have such great people skills (including toddler/children skills), and encouraged me to come back (even through all his tears) so that he would be able to get used to them. He was happy with his cut in the end and even said a big thank you to all the ladies as we were leaving. (Once we got in the car I let him look in the mirror and he responded with you look good (and a big smile).Ladies, thank you SO SO much for making this new experience at your location an easier one for him. I really appreciate your courtesy, kindness, patience, and sweet demeanor. I hope to have my son as a customer of yours again soon.Anyone looking to get a great cut, with great people, at a decent price should stop in. Theyre fantastic.

Haircut is good but as many others mentioned a bit pricey. There is also generally a wait. Service is great though and they seem to be open earlier and later, this makes it easier to get a haircut here compared to other places.

Staff are amazing. I highly recommend checking in online. After doing this Ive NEVER had to wait more than two minutes before starting a haircut. Love this place.

The staff here is amazing. I have used servral stylist to do my hair and they all nail it. The MVP is awesome. Warm towel on your face neck and scalp massage. Good prices as well.

This is not a normal hair salon, its a surprising step above. In 20 years I have never had better customer service at a hair salon or barber shop. The excellent, intelligent interior design, the professionalism of staff and most importantly, the hair stylist Beth, 5 stars.

Ask for Beth if you want a great cut! The other girls do a good job, but Beth is worth the wait. Go for the MVP, she gives an awesome scalp massage.

Our boys love coming here. They are treated so well every time we come in. The staff is AMAZING and so KIND! They have built great relationships with our family. Way to go Sports Clips!

Its a fun environment, clean and it usually isnt a long wait. Things that really impress me-the stylist introduces themselves and shakes you hand.-they keep track of your previous haircuts and habits.-always friendly and entertaining.I cant tell you how many times Ive heard sighs of disgust from a stylist when I didnt remember what number of clip my stylist used before. Then I would say 1/2 inch on the sides and 1 1/2ish on the top as the would reply back with do you use a 3 or a 4? This will never happen to you at sport clips.

They remember me and my son, and if someone new is cutting our hair they have notes to ensure a consistent cut amongst stylists.

Good, consistent cuts. Good service. Docking a star due to the normally high wait times. On average for me its between 20-40 minute wait.

I don not require a nice fancy haircut. All I wanted was a buzz on the sides and a scissor cut on top to a desired length. They couldnt even get that right. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Get my haircut here when I am in town, Beth does it, Ive never had a more intuitive person cut my hair in my whole life, she knows exactly what looks good and is trending, I cringe when I need a haircut and I am not in Wichita to see her. The facility is way more upscale than it appears, this place is like a hidden gem, girls or guys.

Bad haircut. Service was okay but they should really learn how to give someone a real fade. Came away with a horrible haircut. Go elsewhere if you dont wanna get an involuntary mullet. Youd get a better haircut from a lawnmower than at this hovel of mediocrity and disappointment.
