Our review is too many characters to fully detail in this space so please see the included photos for Parts 2 thru 6 for you to be able to read the full story. I have also included a picture of the actual coupons and of my cars oil requirements for reference. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE AVOID THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING GROSSLY OVERCHARGED AND HAVING POTENTIAL DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE THAT MAY NOT IMMEDIATELY REVEAL ITSELF!Here is our story:Part 1 of 6:My husband and I stopped in at the 3065 S. Seneca (Wichita, KS) location for the very 1st time ever on 9/2/2021 instead of going to our preferred store at 55th Street south & Broadway due to the Seneca locations close proximity to our new residence. We were expecting to obtain the same level of service we are accustomed to receiving from our preferred Jiffy Lube here, because it is the same company afterall. Unfortunately, that was not what we experienced at all. When we arrived the bay was open so they were able to pull our vehicle in immediately. Once it had been pulled in, then the young woman rejoined us in the office/customer waiting area to get us pulled up in their system. At this point the employee assisting us made a negative comment about us being significantly over the recommended mileage for this oil change and about us being past due for a general tune up as well. We asked her for pricing for the tune up, she provided that information, but since my household has a nearly non-existent income level because unemployment ended on September 4, 2021 and we both lost our jobs thanks to the Pandemic, we declined the tune up service for this visit and elected to stick with the just the oil change. We handed her a coupon we received by email from Jiffy Lube that would bring the cost down to $26.99. She barely glanced at it and told us that we could not use it for our vehicle 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, because it requires full synthetic oil to be used. Please note that upon researching her statement once when we arrived home we found that our vehicle does not state that FULL synthetic oil is required, but it is recommended. Nevertheless, upon her denial of our original coupon we quickly pulled up the Wichita Jiffy Lube website and presented a different coupon for $69.99 + shop fee of $4.11 & tax to get the Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change w/Penzoil Platinum Full Synthetic Oil.Almost immediately after giving the correct coupon to the employee/cashier listed as IMANI H. on our invoice, she entered it into their system, and informed us Just so we know, that this service WOULD be more expensive than the amount listed on the coupon because the prices online are not up to date. My husband and I both expressed our displeasure about this disclaimer and questioned the legality of charging more than the amount published on THEIR company website. We were not provided any answer of substance, but were basically told that they charge the prices that are programmed into the specific system at each individual Jiffy Lube location. We again expressed our dismay and questioned how much more the cost would be. She said it should be around an extra $10. So, at this point we went from $26.99 to $79.99. Needless to say, we were not pleased but told her to go ahead and do the oil change, because we were at the point of it had to be done to ensure our vehicle would run properly. Upon completion of the work we agreed to she came back in to the office to ring us up so we could pay. We were caught off guard when we were given the total due of $85.87. As a refresher for everyone... rather than honoring the price published on and obtained from THEIR company website this location chose to break the law by committing false advertising (which we have fully documented) just to bring in more and more money from what previously were extremely loyal customers to the Jiffy Lube brand that are barely financially keeping their heads above water already.

Professional, friendly, quick, and priced right. Did not try to strong arm me into other services. Had beverages available while waiting. Straightforward about items they noticed might cause later issues. I am a travel nurse and had a bad experience with an oil change away from home so I was worried when I had to go somewhere other than my mechanic husband. They did a great job and I appreciate it! No broken parts on my car and did the service requested!!

I went in for a 24.99 standard oil change from the sign they were showing and was charged $60+ for it because they used the last oil I had put in my vehicle. This is ridiculous. I was also told that my air filters needed changed and when I declined the service the staff members had a slight attitude and I saw him throw my air filter onto my engine for someone else to put back in. The other staff members were friendly and welcoming and the service was done fast, but those are the only good parts.

I had a new Air compressor installed. I was told that they could install my receiver drier, put the oil in the lines, check for and repair any leaks, and recharge the system. The first day they told me that my coil was broken and needed to be replaced before they could fix the air. They ordered it and it came in the next day. They installed it, I assume, and then refilled the aFreon. The air was cool, not cold. By the second day it was blowing hot. I went back and after about an hour and several bogus explanations later, they say something is wrong with the compressor and I will have to replace it. Through all of this they never called when they said they would. I always had to call to see if part was in, or when car would be ready, etc. They should have looked at everything first before they did anything. If compressor was actually bad they should have figured that out before they did the work they did. They were very unprofessional and I feel, unethical. After another visit, I was told that compressor was not bad, there was too much Freon in the system. I was assured that it was all fixed and I had cold air, but I do not. The air is cool while I am driving, hot when I am stopped at a light or train. Not pleased, never will return.

Absolutely horrible experience . They performed an oil change and tire rotation THEN decided to take my car for a joy ride down the street. I asked the manager what the hell that was about he said “the worker thought your vehicle was cool” . Will not be back, don’t recommend anyone to go here. There’s a reason jiffy lube has a horrible reputation and this is why.

Whatever you do, do not get your oil changed here!!!! Spend a little extra on a place that actually knows what they are doing!!! This place is a joke!!!

Very fast and thorough. Provided suggested services, but no pressure.

They claimed my drain plug had an oversized drain plug and that someone before them had aggressively pulled it out. He claimed there was a note in there since my first visit but I have been to this same location 5 times and not once did anyone mention this. Not sure if he was bluffing but regardless if the note was in there I wish I had known before then. He quoted me $600 to fix it and ai declined because I didn’t think it was necessary at the moment. I figure if this is the case that they are the ones who put the oversized drain plug and didn’t communicate that with me because they didn’t want to be reliable.

These guys need to get it together. A serpentine belt turned into needing a new air conditioner condenser and idler pulley. They replaced that, we left for our trip to Tulsa for chemotherapy, and the air conditioner went out the very next day. So we had to drive all the way home to Wichita with no air conditioning. Over $600 when they screwed up in the first place and put the wrong size serpentine belt on nothing else was wrong with our truck I wont be back.

They are great! Definitely Recommend going to jiffy lube on south Seneca! They were super nice and helpful. Will only be going to this location from now on.

Went in for an oil change a few months ago and they broke my dip stick. I know because I checked my oil before heading to get an oil change and once I got home to check again, it was gone. Had to pull it out and buy a new one. Recently before heading on vacation I went to get another oil change and they laughed at me (I still needed 2,000 more miles) instead of just taking my money and doing the oil change. They offered to check the other fluids but obviously didnt because the next day my car had no more coolant and needed oil. I used jiffys for 2 years in Oklahoma and was thankful to find one here but the service here is poor. I wont be returning unless its in Oklahoma.

LIARSThey lied about needing a radiator flush due to acidic radiator fluid.Took my car to Derby Lube later and I watched them check my fluid--they informed me my radiator fluid is fine. Go there instead.Would have been conned out of $100Paid ~80 for a synthetic oil change, given the other reviews and the huge lie, I probably paid too much.

To say this company preformed an oil change is laughable. I took my car in last month, they reset the dash to say my oil had been changed. I Took it to the dealership a few weeks later, they say my car has no oil in it.... but The dash said my oil life is 78%. When I called I received absolutely no effort to make this right. If I could give this place no stars I would. Unless you want to pay outrageous prices for this service then have to get everything redone later. I would never go to this location ever again.

Fast and professional service at Seneca st location

The service team were great. Very polite and professional. I only gave them 3 stars because I had them install new windshield wipers which I usually never do because of the cost, but I was busy so I went ahead and asked them to put new ones on. Several days later both wiper blades fell off the arms when I went to spray and clean my windshield while driving... they had not locked them in place. One of the blades was lost because I was on the highway and I couldnt turn around to get it safely. So I bought another at Autozone and they put it on correctly. I dont usually write negative reviews and other than the messed up windshield wipers they did great. I just wished they had properly installed my new wiper blades.

I needed my oil changed and my cooling system maintained

The last few times getting my oil change has been completely different crew. This time in, guy asked me if I knew I had bubbles in my oil. There ia no such thing and felt he was trying to be slick to get other business. Probably the last time I use them.

They got my car in instantly. The people were great. They are a bit on the pushy side with extra diagnostics and prices ready for you to pay for extra work. It is fine to upsell..I do it everyday at my job..but, to comeback with a sarcastic reply when you tell them you do not want the extras is very disrespectful.

Walked in with a coupon for an oil change 29.99, was told to hold onto it until my car was finished. Rang me up fo 80 something dollars. Ive never paid 80 dollars for an oil change in my life. Showed him the coupon and got me down to 52 dollars. Wont be back. My dealership does oil changes for that price.

They did a good job. But theyll try to sell you every gimmick in the book and convince you your car is gonna explode if you dont buy a $50 bottle of ambiguous liquid.

I went here for an oil change second time with another car a red Kia Rio. After being kindly seated offered a drink and talk to the manager I sat down waiting for the change. 5 min later he said we can’t work on your car because it has engine noise. I know my cat better than anybody and the car has no issues as I drive it everyday for delivery service and it absolutely makes normal engine noise from the belt area. These guys are ignorant and arrogant for not understanding that this car has no issues. Never be back and don’t bring them your car shady business with shady people.

The last time we were here is literally that. The last time, they stripped my wife’s oil plug on her car we used to own. They always attempt to sell stuff you do not need and if you tell them you will get it done elsewhere they question you on how much will it cost etc. not the place to go if you want to listen to a desperate salesman..

It was the worst experience! They stained my drovers seat with grease and they did a transmission flush that wad suggested by Aaron so called manager and messed up my car. I do not recommend this place. Also lies about my truck needong brakes.

I took 2 cars here this week. I knew what I wanted going in. Just an oil change, which they do quickly. Why I went there. But.... 1 car had new wipers, 1 old. Both were recommended for replacement. 1 car has brand new brake pads on the back, old on the front, we already bought new ones just hadnt installed them. I was told they were all at a 5 and new ones are usually at 12. So they would need replaced soon. Which means they didnt look at them, or didnt know what they are doing. But the back ones should have been rated great, the front ones are terrible. But apparently new and horrible look the same. If you go there, stick to your guns. I just want an oil change.

We asked them to fix their mistakes and they said ‘sorry we can’t help you’Absolutely horrible, the mechanics clearly don’t know what they’re doing sending customers out the door after they RUINED our engine. They did not give us diagnosis as to why our car broke down or a refund for our oil change.* the car ran perfectly and had no serious issues BEFORE they touched our car*Do not go to this location.

Hospitality shown as soon as I got there. I notice at every Jiffy Lube Ive been at they always find something extra that needs to be replaced or fixed. But if a customer refuses the extra repair they usually wont pressure him/her.

Off, their texts were completely honest with me on whether I needed extra services that were going to cost me more money or not when they could have got more money from me, they didnt. The guys working there today were extremely friendly funny warm and had a great sense of humor while still staying professional.

I went in for an oil change. Sure they performed the oil change but the skid plate on the bottom of my car was partially removed and not put back in the proper state. This review will change if the problem is fixed until then I will not be back in your establishment and I will tell everyone I know to avoid Jiffy Lubes.Edit: I took my car back and they were able to get my skid plate back on properly! Thank you very much for getting me fixed back up.

5 outa 5 stars.2008 Audi A6 3.2 quattroo.I Come with my company vehicle and my personal vehicle for maintenance. Nice people meet me outside the door of my car and really just go the whole 9 yards. Vacuumed floors and did my windows for free with a average oil change. If your in a rush and need oil change done. Go here. Wont take but 15 minutes and youll leave with a smile.++wallet friendly 😎😎

I just emailed the owner at the email address provided in the comments below. I paid for a premium oil change and my motor blew the next day. They are now giving me the run around regarding damages. My car wasn’t vacuumed, windows weren’t cleaned despite these services having been listed on my work order. My car is toast and I have incurred hundreds of dollars in towing and storage as well as costs for a rental. I don’t know what they did. I don’t know a thing about cars. What I do know is my car wasn’t knocking or smoking or any of this before I brought the car to them. Damn, I wish that I would have read these reviews before taking my car there. Don’t follow in my footsteps! Beware!

Their customer service manager Dat, took great care of me, going over and beyond his job duties to make sure I was taken care of. He was a pleasure to deal with and was excellent at what he did.
