Excellent customer service. Worked with me to do an estimate using pictures over text. Dropped the car off in the morning and the work was completed by noon. Actual price was within their estimate and they fixed two additional dents while they were working on the door. They buffed out several scratches too and the result was a door that looked like new. Had a very large dent (from backing into a tire bumper) and a sharp dent from a single hailstone on same panel - looked like someone had thrown a baseball at it. Both of them had been there a few years but you’d never know it after Alex and Shawn repaired it! It looks great, was finished quickly and they came in on the low end of their estimate. If youre looking for your hometown, good ole boys dent repair shop, please, dont bother looking elsewhere. This is it! Alex and his team are the kindest people and from day 1 I knew they were going to take good care of me and my car. The team (2 brothers) have been doing this for years and are experts. They even took the time to explain the PDR process and show me their examples.My initial quote was higher (not significantly) compared to others I got, but it is HONEST. Other companies will quote you less so you choose their shop and then charge you (not insurance) on the backend because it actually costs more than the quote. Do not let their quote scare you away!! It is incredibly reasonable and will save you money in the end.When it came time for the insurance adjuster to view the damage, he wanted to facetime me to inspect my car. I told Alex this and he thought it was unusual, so he asked if I could come to the shop during the scheduled time so that he could talk the adjuster through the quote versus me. I thought it was so kind for him to care that much and invite me in on his clock. Unfortunately, even after Alex gave the adjuster an incredibly in-depth report on the damage, my insurance came back with a claim price lower than the quote. I told Alex this and he told me he would handle it - I didnt have to do a thing on my end.Getting a rental car was a little unfeasible for me due to added fees. so Alex arranged for my car to be done while I was away one weekend. They even went so far as to take me to work the morning I dropped my car off. When I got back, I told them if possible I really needed my car for an errand and to my surprise and pleasure, the team had it done early. When I came to pick it up, the outside and inside of my car were spotless! (yes, they vacuumed and cleaned the whole inside of my car!) I was blown away. Companies nowadays dont go out of their way to show their customers just how much their business means to them. Wichita Dent Company is everything businesses should be and more. They go the extra mile and arent afraid of a little hard work.I promise you wont regret choosing them.

Had a couple very deep dents on my hood, the guys did a great job. Only took 45 minutes, and if you didnt know there had been damage, you would never notice anything.

I was in wichita for work, I had hit a racoon on I70 coming from nw Kansas, brand new 21 camry just put tags on it. My birthday is Thursday and I was a little bit of a hot mess. 🔥 I called the Dent co. After being to another place that wanted 800+ dollars to pull out the little dent on the corner of my bumper.. I called and talked to Alex he was super nice and said to stop by. Sean was there when I arrived and looked at it, had me pull it in the shop and he popped the dent out and did some touch up paint. 🤩 They were THE NICEST PEOPLE. And didnt charge and arm and a leg!! I had about a 3 dent on the rear of my vehicle at an area where there was bend in the body. The dent was a crease and they got it out perfectly! Its as if there was no dent in the first place. I am extremely pleased with their work and will be coming back if I ever have another dent or hail damage. The process was extremely easy. They came out and took a look at my car, gave me an estimate on the spot, and asked if I was free right then for them to fix it. It only took 45 min. The shop and waiting room were very clean as well. If you are looking for dent repair, I would absolutely recommend this place.

My son left the truck door open in the Lowe’s parking lot. A big gust of Kansas wind came through and slammed the door into another cars mirror, denting the truck door. If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! Alex and the team were so polite and professional! That waived my deductible and worked with my insurance company directly as my insurance company said I only had 1600 dollars worth of damages when in reality it was closer to 4000. The care they took of my car was above and beyond. I think it looks better now than when I bought it. I can’t recommend them highly enough, they were truly all about customer service and great work!

My father just picked his Fiesta ST up earlier this evening after it only being there for a full day and got a big dent on the front passenger door back to I’d say 99% normal since the dent was actually on the verge of needing to have the whole door repainted! Shawn and Alex are miracle workers! I dont know how they did it but my truck came back looking brand new after getting hammered by hail. All of the body shops said it would take 2-3 weeks to fix and they would have to tear my roof off and get me a new hood. I am so blown away by the quality of work these guys do. Just awesome all around! My car looks amazing and better than before. Not only did they have the car all marked up at the shop before the insurance adjuster got there so my claim was quick and easy to process, but they also did a full detail inside and out when the work was done and dropped me off at the rental car place. I am very happy with the service and the work that these guys did. I called and they had me in the same day for an estimate. My insurance estimated the job slightly higher than their bid and thought it was a very fair price. Once I received the insurance check they had the vehicle in and it was done late the same day. It was a black vehicle, had some fairly extensive hail damage, and I can not find where any of the dents were.

These guys were great. Scheduled my appointment online for late in the day. Went for a free estimate and even though they were scheduled to close in 10minutes he said they could get me done tonight. Pulled it in and did a fantastic job getting a deep door ding out of a body line of my Challenger. I was so happy with their work I showed them 2 other very small dents that I would bring the car back for...they showed me another I didnt even know about. Knocked all three out at the same time. I am VERY particular about my car and would not hesitate to go back. Infact I will be taking my wifes wrangler to them soon. Dent repair is more of an art than a science and these guys are artists. I had multiple dents/dings in my car, including a couple that needed paint touchup as well, and the crew at Wichita Dent Company did an amazing job on all of them. I was really worried that a couple of them were beyond repair but I just picked up the car and I couldnt even tell where the dents were. Customer service was also top notch. My 2015 WRX was beginning to look like a beater after being hit in Wichitas parking lot 4+ times (and I dont just mean door dings). Shawn was great to deal with from start to finish, and did amazing work. My WRX looks like new again. Not only that, all repairs were finished very quickly, and nobody in Wichita could beat the price.***Note that I did go to Diamond Dent first, because it was closer to my house, and these guys gave me the run around. Left my car there all day, came back and no work was done, then they told me they wanted me to go through insurance and would send a quote, but never sent me a quote. Huge waste of time. ***Save your time and money and go see Wichita Dent Co, youll be glad you did.
