My doctor ordered a long list of lab work. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff were very friendly and professional. The facility is much nicer than their last location. Very positive experience.
I was in and out, I had to get labs done for my OB/GYN. The lady was very nice and drew out my blood with no problem .
I was offered a position which I truly hoped for. Of course, a drug screening was required. The place of employment scheduled for me to have every requirement met by that Friday (4 days away). I was due to begin orientation the following Monday. I provided a sample to LabCorp the day after I was given their go-ahead.When I did so, I attempted to offer information to the nurse regarding one of my prescription medications which might test positive. She stated if the Dr. has any questions, he/she will call me. I did not hear from them for days on end. I even tried to contact them via their online form, but did not receive an appropriate response regarding my concern. My prospective employer offered me the opportunity to make up what I missed on Monday IF the results came in that morning. Monday arrived, and still no results.Tuesday arrived, I was finally contacted by a Physician. The issue was quickly and easily resolved by messaging him a photograph of my prescription bottle and information regarding the medication. He cleared me that morning.By that point, my prospective employer was no longer able to allow me to catch up. I was unable to go through the orientation/training, and it will not be offered again until January as well. This was obviously terribly disappointing. One prescription medication and the lack of communication and timeliness on LabCorps part cost me much needed and sought for employment. There is no reason why an individual, who is going through the testing process, is unable to communicate concerns such as this.I would encourage them to make changes in their collection process to prevent this from happening again.
I am delighted for the opportunity to give feedback on my recent visit to Lab Corp here in Wichita Falls, Texas yesterday, 04/23/2019, at 12:20 p.m.I was referred to Lab Corp by my doctor to get a series of lab work done. I walked into the office with my referral papers and walked towards the office window. I was greeted rudely by the technician, Go to the kiosk and fill it out. No formal greeting, and her tone of voice was loud and unexpectedly harsh.I entered my information into the kiosk and proceeded to sit down, and she yelled, I need that paper thats in your hand!I handed her the paper, and looked at her confused, wondering, why is this lady yelling at me?She gave me the charge for the first round of labs, and it was more than I expected to pay. So I began to ask her, how much is the second round of labs? Before I could get to the end of my question, she interrupted me and said, I dont know that! I havent even put the first one in! I paid for the 1st round of labs, then she put in the second, and the total was 103.00.I told her that I didnt need that test, because I didnt have the money. She replies its not a test, its several tests, so you dont want ANY of them? And I said no.She directed me to room 2. About 3 minutes later, she comes in room 2, and when I discovered she was the one that was doing the blood draw, I told her I wasnt interested and I wanted a refund. To whomever is reading this:The technician working at your location in Wichita Falls, Texas, Tanya, is by far the worst encounter I have ever had with a healthcare professional in my life. I work in the healthcare field, and I wouldnt DARE talk to or treat a patient the way Tanya treated me yesterday. She did not greet me. She does not smile. She has an extremely disturbed look on her face that appears permanent. She snatched papers out of my hand, although I was nice to her after being disrespected. Her aura and demeanor is not a reflection of being a health care professional, and she is making Lab Corp look like filth of a place with her attitude. Apparently, Im not the only patient who feels this way, according to Google reviews. She WILL be the reason why people will find elsewhere to get lab work done, and I guarantee that. She is the reason why I refuse to go back, even if it means driving to another town to do lab work.Once again, this is the experience I had with Lab Corp employee, TANYA, yesterday at3701 Fairway Blvd, Suite 110, Wichita Falls, Texas 76310.Thank you for taking the time to listen.
I have used this lab two times, the staff was friendly and had a great attitude.
The associate who helped me was very short and impatient the whole time. I havent done a drug screening for a job in 8 years. Much less at their facility. Of course Im not going to know their routine. Anyone who knows their drug screening routine that well, Id be a bit worried. They also wont let you give a list of your medications. I know certain prescription medications can show up as what they are screening for, and Im sure i am not the only one it makes anxious. Especially after being told by a supervisor that many people fail the drug test due to this. However, I was in and out very quickly.
Went today and was treated rude and witnessed other people treated the same way if not worse!! Tanya has the nasties attitude and way of treating people it’s ridiculous! The other girl who works upfront with her (I didn’t catch her name) she’s very sweet and I can tell she got uncomfortable watching Tanya be rude. I went for a drug test for a job and I hope I never have to return there, even thought to myself if I really wanted this job cause that was the place they sent me. That’s how bad the experience was here.
Very quick and the lady at the front desk was very nice, but down right rude customer service by the tech. Took no care to make the patient comfortable or even acknowledge being spoken to. Overall a very negative experience. If you can help it, go somewhere else
I was able to get in and out really quickly. The tech that drew my blood was also kind.
