They have lots of terrific RVs to look at. They are friendly and informative. The prices are reasonable. Clean facility.

Great rv park, close to shopping and dining, alongside the Wichita River, laundromat and Nice Staff.

Purchased our travel trailer from them this week. We gave them our weight limits, wants, and they showed us what we could pull. They didn’t push us to buy a bigger truck, push us into a unit that was to heavy, or anything along those lines. Most places will in my experience. Buying was easy, they did a thorough walk through once we purchased the trailer, and taught us how to PROPERLY set up the weight distributing hitch. We are extremely satisfied with their team and if we were staying in the area would without a doubt return when it’s time for us to upgrade.

We bought our 2015 Puma TT May 19, 2015, Thank You Holt Hartgrove for being so patient with us. This is our first TT we can not praise WFRVC enough!!!!! They have gone far and beyond to help us with any of our beginner questions, (Thank You Jason Smith), also helping us order parts the grandkids broke,( Thank you Brenda and Jason). They have the friendliest, and most knowledgeable staff anywhere!!! We plan on a upgrade next May, and I know exactly where to buy!!!!! Like I said we can not recommend them enough. If your in the market to buy, Check out Wichita Falls RV Center They will take care of you!!!!

Stopped here for help to replace rooftop AC cover on our way to Vegas, knowing it would be hotter as we went West. Jason tried every angle to use his resources to help. Mind you it was 100* and they were on the roof checking out what we needed. Unfortunately the cover they had was just slightly undersized. He was able to refer us to the Camping World in Amarillo, they had what we needed so an appt was made for the next morning and we were able to get both covers replaced. Great folks to work with.

I bought a camper a year ago and have had nothing but problems with service department from day. Sales lady was wonderful other than that I wouldn’t waste your time buying from Wichita Falls RV Center.

Went in to buy parts, Lady helping us was very friendly and helpful, the lady behind the counter was snotty and condescending to the lady helping us.She was too busy to help us or help our lady at the till.Made all of us uncomfortable.I ran a business with 45 employees, one grumpy employee like that can do more harm than 10 friendly employees can make up for. I would not go back.Felt sorry for the lady helping us.Time to clean house!!!

We had an issue with our A/C in our Aluminum horse trailer, so we called them up. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He walked us thru it all and come to find out, our problem was a bad fuse in the heater that also goes through to the air conditioning. Thank you so much for your knowledge and patience.

We talked to dealerships all over TX, NM, OK, and LA. This was our first 5th wheel and we put a lot of thought and research into our decision. Mark absolutely earned my business on a pre owned 5th wheel and Bill sealed the deal with the numbers. I was nervous about finance and Bill got us financed for an interest rate that was much less than I anticipated. If we are back in the market there is no doubt we will be buying from Wichita Falls RV Center again.

Purchased here once, had trouble with it from first day, drove it to killeen tx set it up it started raining that night the slide leaked, never could get it to stop and they would not stand behind the promise to fix any problems I had dont trust them go anywhere stay in a motel get a tent, oh yeah they kiss your butt to get your money but the after service is terrible not to mention just rude when I asked for service.

The lady behind counter was very rude and snobbish. Didnt act like she wanted to help.
