I was really disappointed since years back their service was great. I took a mower in that needed a new coil and the carburetor cleaned. They just got the mower where it would start. I later ordered the coil from amazon and cleaned the carburetor myself. Its obvious they need to find another mechanic.

I went by D&D Small Engine Repair today to have them fix my lawn mower. They were fantastic! They took it out of the car for me and then proceeded to get it running while I waited! When it took minimal effort to start the mower they put it back in the car and didnt charge me a thing for looking it over. I will bring everything to them, including the kitchen sink, if I need it fixed. Thank you!!

Tells you he will be there then doesn’t show. Doesn’t answer when you call to find out why he didn’t show. Shame he’s a good mechanic!

Had my lawn mower forever and couldnt fix it right... It still wont start once its hot.

Shop closed dont answer phone.

Took longer than the estimated repair time. Repair ticket claimed blade was sharpened. It was in the same condition it went in complete with oxidation of the steel. After I sharpened the blade, mower runs long enough to cut about a 10X15 section of lawn, acts like it is out of gas even with 3/4 of a tank full.
